Stopped while out shopping for lunch a few days before Christmas. The store was busy but we were quickly helped by a very friendly gentleman. I ordered a pick 2 - broccoli cheddar soup with half a cheesesteak and chips. The soup was steaming hot and delicious as usual. This sandwich was new to me - chopped steak, some onions and pepper. Not sure what kind of cheese but it was decent. Of course the ciabatta bread it was on was delicious. I took the chips home. For a drink I tried the citrus punch. Too sweet for my liking, I drank half and tossed it. My dining companion had the whole French dipper and enjoyed it. He also had the citrus punch, wasn't his favorite but he finished his. No photos! I ordered about an hour ahead of time online specifically for pick up during my lunch break pf a half hour. I got a message that my order was ready in the Rapid Pick up area. I stood in front of the pick up area for 13 minutes before finally I stuck my head around the employee counter and asked for my food. apparently the entire time I stood there, the bag of food was sitting there behind the counter. no one apologized for my wait. I now have a soggy sandwich and room temp soup with no time left on my lunch break. I did call customer service and they credited my account due to my poor experience. read more

I've been here a few times over the past year to meet up with a friend. We choose this location simply because it is equidistant between the two of us and it offers outdoor seating. I feel like things are a bit inconsistent here. Depending on the visit, I may give them anywhere between 2 to 4 stars, which is how I landed on the 3 stars I gave them in this review. I've never had a problem with the staff; they have always been very friendly and helpful. The cleanliness of the dining area can vary; sometimes all the tables are clean and floors are swept, whereas other times it's hard to find a clean table, and the floors are a mess. Food has always been consistent, but the coffee hasn't; sometimes it tastes very weak, like it didn't brew completely. I've also gone to add creamer a few times and it was spoiled. They've always been very accommodating at replacing the coffee and creamer when this happens, but the fact that it happened more than once is concerning enough to me that I now just drink it black. My friend has a fondness for this particular location due to its convenient location, which is why we keep coming back. But, I may have to start insisting we go somewhere else if we have another poor experience. read more

I really enjoy the food here when they actually have what I want to order available, but the last couple of times I've been here they were out of bread! What's happening? Most recently I came for some bakery items and a loaf of bread at 10am, but they were out of everything I was planning to buy :-( I stopped by again the next day at 8am, and they STILL didn't have the any of the items I wanted. I asked at the counter if they'd bake more for a pickup later that day, and they just said no... We have gone to this Panera a bunch of times. It's in a convenient location and good when you're in a rush and need some quick food. I noticed the manager is always around and keeping an eye on things. They have even asked us about our stop a few times, making sure everything was good, or asking us if we need help, which is nice. Seems like they genuinely care about running this location, and try to keep things consistent and decent quality. The servings here are always generous, and have noticed that other locations maybe don't have as generous of portion with bowls of soup. You get pretty much a full bowl here. One time we got a pretty bad sandwich here, which was memorable because I remember that I essentially got a giant ball of turkey between two pieces of bread, but most times the sandwiches are good. Food usually comes out quickly regardless of takeout or dine in. We have never had to wait very long for food here, even though this location can be quite busy. Usually always pretty clean. Due to the volume, at rush hours the tables are kind of "honor system clean" but most people seem to leave the tables clean for the next occupants. As always, stopping here can be quite pricy for what you get, but you pay for convenience. read more

This is more like three and a half stars. I definitely don't care for Panera all that much but it's a pretty solid small meal. I ended up coming here on a break from errands and we both ended up enjoying the establishment just for the simplicity of the meal. I do like the tea that you get here and it's more of a make it yourself kind of a deal. They have plenty of free parking in the lot that's adjacent to them and it's decent value for the money. This place needs better quality control. I ordered a coffee and a bagel lightly toasted. When I went to use the half-and-half, it was obviously spoiled. I brought it to the attention of the waitress and she replaced it. When I went to pick up my bagel, it was not lightly toasted, and it was burned around the edges. I love Panera, especially when it's soup season! They have delicious soups, broccoli cheddar and autumn squash soup are two of my favorites. Sandwiches and salads are pretty yummy too, but I tend to get soups with a baguette on the side. Their bread is great! Their drinks are extra pricey I feel like, so I usually just get water. The place is clean and there is usually plenty of space to sit. I especially enjoy sitting near the fireplace when it's on. It wasn't on the last time and it was chilly out. I visited Panera yesterday after a gap of more than 5 years, and was pleasantly surprised to see a bigger focus on healthy options. They post calorie counts (which may be required by law) and have new grain bowls that look like they are trying to copy what BGood offers (although instead of quinoa they feature rice, and they don't look quite as healthy and tasteful as what BGood offers). Also their sandwich menu has evolved. I enjoyed the Cuban which had their good bread pressed with pulled pork, pickles and mustard, among other toppings. The sandwich was not the best Cuban I have ever had but for Panera (I.e. for a chain) it was pretty good. They have a new set of tea/juice options that looked good and also had calorie counts. The green tea was very tasty. Bottom line it has a lot of what you might expect from Panera with some good new additions. read more

Got take-out here this past Saturday. 3 registers open at noon and the place was hoppin'. Waited in line 5-10 mins before giving my order. Cashier was helpful as I had questions. Off to pickup area. Another 5-10 mins. Pick-up crew very friendly and professional. I had ordered three pick two's plus two smoothies, strawberry for my mom and mixed berry w/Greek yogurt for me which was ice cold , thick & delicious I also ordered a cup of chicken & wild rice soup and a half turkey avocado blt on sour dough. Both were excellent. My mom also had a Greek salad and tomato soup. She enjoyed both. My companion had a strawberry salad (?) and a tuna sandwich. She absolutely loved the salad. Couldn't stop talking about it. The sandwich not so much as she said it smelled too strong of fish like it wasn't fresh. Overall a great experience and we will return soon. Update 3/08/2020 - ordered 3 flatbread pizzas; Chipotle Chicken & bacon, Margarita and Steak. The girl who took my order (Margaret on my receipt) was very friendly and helpful as was the girl at pickup. The pizza were excellent. Fresh, nicely distributed toppings on a crispy crust. Absolutely no complaints on any of the pizzas. They came out in 10 minutes so I was concerned; pleasantly surprised. I would absolutely order these again. Highly recommend. read more

Panera is a fun, happy family place. It's chainy and pretty consistent. Although they have some fun foods to consume. It's not really my go to spot. This particular store is a bit worn and needs some broom attention. They have some pretty strict rules as far as food storage - which I do appreciate. I had their sausage, egg and cheese on an asiago bagel. It's not my go to spot because their portions are super regulated. Don't come hungry - because you'll have to eat for two - especially their lunch sizes. The sausage on their breakfast sandwich was meager at best. The combo of the asiago and the cheese with egg left a pleasant lingering happiness on your palet. It's a great combo. If you are looking for a low carb experience - there aren't many options. I've been a fan of Panera for a long time. Their soups, salads, and bakery items are always so good! However, if you are wanting a quick lunch I wouldn't recommend using the Rapid Pickup. I work about 7 minutes from the Panera in Seekonk. I have a 30 minute lunch so I ordered ahead of time and chose the Rapid Pickup (wanting to avoid going in due to the viris) I made sure to be there right at my pickup time and clicked the "I'm Here" button in the email. 10 minutes go by and nothing. Finally, I got out of my car and went inside to ask for my order, as I see them just bagging it up now 15 minutes past the time when I was supposed to pickup. Needless to say, I barely got a few bites of my lunch before I had to drive back to work and my break was over. I get it's the lunch rush, but it totally defeated the purpose of "Rapid Pickup". On two occasions, we hadn't gotten one of the ordered items which we only realized after reaching home. I have to give credit to this Panera Bread. I've always loved Panera and I have not really been to a location that I haven't loved. But this particular location needs some love because they saved my butt one day. I forgot my debit card in the restaurant and called them a couple hours later. They were so responsive and were able to reunite me with the card. Nobody wants a scare like that and I'm grateful they didn't give me any grief for my mistake. Also, every time I come here, the manager talks to customers and makes sure everything is going well. He will even pick up dishes if you're still sitting around and chatting. It's never a bad experience when I'm here. It's a relatively convenient location next to all the other shops in Seekonk so it's a perfect place to stop after running errands. We ordered a couple of new baguettes/ with cheese and tomatoes and they had one slice of tomato and a tiny piece of arugula and a smidge of cheese. I have gotten over the fact that this place is a chain and just accepted that the food is damn good. I walk in and there's a huge line. I think, ugh, I'll never get out of here. Maybe I should bail. But I'll never get to another place faster, so I stay. The line then just starts moving and I realize whoa I'm gonna eat today! I order the food (will caloric information listed, which is AMAZING) and then move to the next counter to wait for my food. I don't listen for a number -- they call your name. I thought I'd grab a table and put my stuff down since it was certainly too busy for my food to come out any time soon. Nope. I heard LINDA being yelled from the counter before I could even grab a table. Wow. From arriving to taking my last bite, was a span of about 35 minutes. Crazy efficient. Not to mention, the food is good and you have plenty of healthy options to choose from. The bread, though. Can't resist. The bagels... oh damn you cinnamon crunch bagel. Even better... the mac and cheese. How the hell can snooty joints claim to have great mac and cheese, yet pale in comparison to this chain? I'm impressed and confused, but I don't care. I go to this location sometimes 2 times per day for my ice coffee and lunch or dinner, depending on the day. The cafe is clean, well managed, and EVERYONE is always wearing a mask! I cannot believe that on any occasion their workers would not have them on!! Everyone their is so nice and most workers know my name without me even giving them my phone number for my card. I think you need eye glasses, and during these "covid times" you should respect workers for any of their work you receive. Being new to the area, I was hoping this Panera could satisfy my craving. Well, I'm sad to say, it did not. While the food was just ok, the store was a mess. When I arrived for breakfast at least half of the tables in the store were dirty. I wondered how so many tables (at least 7 when I counted) could be this messy if the restaurant had just recently opened. I ordered through the kiosk, which was great because it allowed me to customize my own sandwich every quickly. However, anything quick, ended with the kiosk. We had to wait on our meals for a good while. Then, when they called my name, they had one sandwich completely missing. I saw one of the employees take the sandwich out of a box he was closing, and put it on a new plate. I'm not sure what's going on but this store really needs to get their act together. I'd like to stay this was a one-off event, but I've had other issues with the store. This experience wasn't the worst, and i'm sure other eateries, comparatively are far worse than what's happening at this store. Having said that, this is far and away, one of the worst Panera's (cleanliness, food temperature, wait time, etc) I've ever been too. I'm disappointed and I hope they get their act together soon. Meh. This is only my second time at a Panera bread. Maybe third. Each time has been mediocre at best. First of all, why is Panera always so crowded?!? Like what is the big deal?! I don't get it. The line was ridiculous! I was seriously flabbergasted. Luckily we came at 11:30 on a Friday for lunch. So crowded, but we were able to find a table. The manager took our order for us today. I don't think two soups is a part of the "Pick 2" option, but he let me get two soups anyway. Both are about 4oz. The meal comes with chips or a piece of fruit. I liked that option! But wish there were other options like a banana or pear. It was a really fresh apple, regardless. I got the clam chowder and all natural chicken noodle. The chicken noodle was mostly broth and left me wondering where the rest of my soup was. The clam chowder was surprisingly good though. My friend got the salad and sandwhich, which if you're hungry is probably your best option because it's more food. It also came with chips or fruit. She didn't finish her salad and left the crust on her panini. I'm not sure she cared for it. The two meals and one soda came to $20. Which...I found to be quite expensive actually. I'd expect that to be at least five dollars cheaper. The place was clean. All food is served on thick, heavy-like glass plates/bowls, which is Eco-friendly, but I wouldn't let a kid carry. Service was friendly. But the plaza and café were crowded. The food was okay and overpriced. 3 stars. Average at best. But It's also a healthier option, compared to other chains. EXCELLENT ! Love eating at this place ! It is so warm and cozy here ! It is very quiet and a good place to sip a coffee while studying or doing work . They have a cute little fire place to keep you nice and toasty!The pastries are very good here , my favorite is the chocolate cupcake ! But they also have very good cookies as well, they are always very warm and soft ! The food here is extremely good as well ! I love the broccoli cheddar soup , it is always warm and has a very rich taste to it . It is also good if you get the soup inside of a bread bowl , it is fun to eat the soup and get to take a bite out of your bowl as well ! The bread is very good ! Went to Panera today after packing for a long distance move. We were very hungry and tired. We forgot our credit card. We asked a Panera employee if it is possible to use one of our two cards that have been on file for months. He got the manager to come to the car. We are 82 and 84 with no re,actives. We said we belong to the coffee club also. The manager said she could not take our order. She could not use our card on file ..???? We did not belong to rewards, She said come inside and swipe your gift card we said we are quarantined. She said the health Dept will not allow her to take the card. I'm writing this review because yesterday I lost my wallet and called Panera to see if I left it there. The manager, Ryan, was, very literally, overjoyed to see that I had called because I had $500 from work this weekend that I had yet to deposit into my bank account still in the wallet. He was such a nice person and was genuinely happy to reunite me with my lost wallet. He had even thought about driving to my address to bring it to me because of the amount of money that was in it. Thank you, Ryan, for being so kind!! I really appreciated you. Panera, you have not only a good manager, but an awesome person here!! On another note, this Panera is a great lunch spot in Seekonk. Food is always prompt and on point, and I had even commented to my boyfriend as we were leaving yesterday (before my wallet fiasco) that all the employees we had encountered were incredibly friendly. I work in the restaurant business so I know how hard it is to come by genuine, happy people, and every person I saw there yesterday was one of those rare finds. So good job, Panera! This was my first Panera experience. I ordered the Mediterranean Sandwich sans feta. The bread was amazing and the rest of the sandwich was a solid "okay" I got it with a side of more bread which was kinda stupid of me. I wish they offered a tiny side salad instead of bread, chips or an apple. I got a green tea which was WAY too sweet for me but I like things unsweetened. I love that they donate and support Children's Friend, a great organization. Oh and the checkout person was SO patient with my indecisiveness! This was a solid 3-3.5 stars experience. read more

My feelings are mixed, Panara Bread. I hate you because you're a chain, your sandwiches can be rather sloppy, and the menus are riddled with caloric information (I don't want to know! Ever!). However, I love you because you're uber-convenient, reasonably tasty and you have yummy Republic of Tea teas. I will continue to frequent this location as it truly is the only option for decent food in the area of the 'konk that I like to call Strip Mall Drive, where there is absolutely nothing - NOTHING - but fast food and super-store chains.
