This location has disappointed me for the third time therefore its's time to do a review. Twice , on different days I ordered pastrami sandwich and was made cold. It's suppose to be hot pastrami and when I got it home 12 miles away, the pastrami was never heated at all. The pastrami was terrible...who eats it cold? cold fat and meat cold. TERRIBLE. Then today for the third time, I ordered Philly beef and swiss cheese MELT. GHot it home...ALSO was COLD. The menu said philly cheese MELT which means hot melted cheese NOT COLD PHILLY BEEF CHEESE unmelted. I understand that people are understaffed right now. However, as a previous food worker myself, there is no excuse to be rude to the customers. There was this older gentlemen who had been waiting at least 20 minutes to be helped. When he got up to the counter, he asked for six foot longs. The worker instead of calmly explaining that they couldn't do six sandwiches because of how busy it was and their lack of staff, she lashed out at him and very angrily told him no and dismissed him. Again, I understand the stress food workers are under, but if you want your customers to treat you with respect, you need to do the same to them. read more

I used to go to subway all the time. I did a mobile order and they told me they never got it. I spent 36 dollars. They called the owner and he wouldnt refund me because he said if the store didn't get it then I would get refunded in 3 business days. I never did! This place deserves NO STARS. Not only do they NOT ACCEPT CASH but they are too busy dealing with mobile orders and ignoring the customers in the store. So not only did we wait 20 mins to place our order, we had to wait another 30 mins or so before our sandwiches were even made. Yet when we got there, there was a manager or owner person there. Saw the line and left instead of jumping in to help out, he left. Who does that? Upon entering the store, we were promted to give our order at the register before having our sandwich made. This was unusual, but whatever, I guess they do it differently at this location. Well, it's a good thing that they do it this way, because as we were giving our drink order, we found out that they would not give us a water cup and would not allow us to bring our own water into the store. I actually thought it was some kind of joke. I mean, when was the last time you told a waitress or counter staff that you would like a water and they told you NO? It's just crazy, and the person, who identified herself as the manager, was rude about it too. We told her to cancel our order and we left. Poor business decision. I just ordered a footlong meatball sandwich and while ordering i made sure to tell them to heat up the meatballs because i saw them frozen in the little container. Very little meat and cheese for the price. I won't be going back to that location. It was a half Black Forest ham and turkey - two thin slices of ham and turkey and one slice of cheese. They should look at their own website and get a clue to how to make a sandwich. I put in a complaint to the Subway website a couple of weeks ago and didn't have any response. This restaurant is great. Sometimes you go to subway and they are so stingy that they try to put as little veggies as they can or you have to ask them for more sauce like 3 times. But this one was awesome!! They put a lot of sauce like we asked and weren't trying to save on their veggies.
