You can see their high quality meats they display in the cold case kind of like a deli (in fact I wouldn't be surprised if this was formerly a deli). You pick chicken, beef or lamb and how you like it (shawarma / wrap, on a plate) and minutes later you are served some absolute deliciousness. If you like Mediterranean food, you will love this place. I say this as someone from SF who enjoys some of the best you can get anywhere.
