She looked at him confused and then went and got him, I kid you not, the largest dinner fork I've ever seen. Another server came to check on us and when my friend asked again about a small crab fork, the server explained "oh no we only have those large forks sorry." And then left. The staff was super attentive. Overall I think they deserve higher praise than what other reviews have given and maybe that's because they've been working on improvements.

I understand maybe they are understaff since it's a small family business, but it did affect the whole dining experience. I had the boat noodle, broth is rich with good flavor. My husband had pho, he liked it. The lemon pepper wings were lemony, I wish it would be more peppery. I thought it would be the dry lemon pepper seasoning. His 4 small limp carrots had a massive amount of cinnamon on them. The side salads that came with our Prime Rib were nice. The Caesar salad (with shrimp) that one of our friends ordered she found to be very disappointing with a massive amount of very small croutons. The Chef salad (with added steak) that my wife ordered also wasn't very good. The fried pickles chips weren't as good as their former fried pickles and for $9.50 we expected more of them. Note that we went on Saturday June 21st, 2025 the longest daylight of the year however they no longer offer/do outside seating for dinner. For their overall prices I would expect like most steakhouses that charge as much as Lassen currently does these days to have cloth napkins however Lassen only supplies cheap paper napkins. I was having a difficult time finding the location but it is in the same strip mall as the dollar store. There is plenty of parking. The store employees were extremely friendly and helpful. There are monthly specials available and this month was the jumbo shrimp!! I was able to pick up the special along with scallops and calamari steaks.
