Omelet, gluten free toast, side of bacon.
P D.

I had an amazing gluten free, comfort food breakfast. I enjoyed a custom omelet which was cooked to perfection. The hash browns were exactly as hash browns should be, crunchy on the outside and soft inside. Bacon was top notch, thick with a great flavor, browned and with a nice bit of goody bacon 'flavor crystals' on the outside. Gluten free toast was an unexpected surprise and not listed on the menu. Waitress was awesome, happy, helpful, great smile and very accommodating. This will be a new must-stop in Red Bluff. Nicely done.

For locals and travelers, the M&M Ranch House Restaurant located at 645 Antelope Blvd, Red Bluff, CA, is a perfect jewel worth a stop. The breakfast was ample and tasty. Noticing the hefty burgers at the next table made me promise to make another trip back. It's a few minutes from I-5. The service providers were welcoming and the ambience was in keeping with an old western town. Come and enjoy! Worth the trip!

Philly Cheese Steak

Best club sandwich in Red Bluff. Piled high and loaded with turkey AND ham as it should be. No corners are cut on this baby. Delicious zucchini sticks and cheese curds. Philly cheesesteak (tri tip not steak) was good.

M & M Ranch House was the kind of locally-owned burger and sandwich joint we had hoped for when taking a break on a road trip north. The food selection was solid and the experience a good one. I'd certainly stop in again if I'm in the area. Before you even walk in you feel that "ranch house" vibe. The restaurant is located in a row of buildings that are made to look like an old-west town. once inside, it's relatively spacious. Our party of 8 was able to snag a big table at lunch time. I went with the french dip sandwich. What I expected and hoped for was a tasty sandwich packed with tender meet and a big cup of au jus, and they did not disappoint. The sammy was delicious. What I was pleasantly surprised by were their crisscut fries. These were some of the crispiest, tastiest fries I've had in some time. I could have come back for these alone. All in all, an experience worth repeating. I look forward to coming back sometime and checking out one of their burgers, which seem like the cornerstone of the menu.

Straw Hat Burger with the crispiest tots we've ever had

My family was heading back to the Bay Area after a week-long stay at Lake Almanor. Driving through Red Bluff, everyone was hangry -- M&M Ranch House saved our family from going ballistic towards each other. Service was excellent, and the food was fantastic. Best French Dip sandwich I've ever had, and my wife had a burger that could have fed a small village. The owners were even nice enough to allow us to bring our small dog in while we ate. Super accommodating and hospitable of them. We'll definitely be making this restaurant a regular stop on our trips to the lake from now on.

Staff is always prompt and friendly. Food servings are generous. Restrooms clean. Old west motif in Frontier Village.

Ribeye and potato, asparagus.

The helping size for the cost is not good. Fries are cheap, why so few when the plates are 18 bucks?

Food was pretty good, service was a little slow. All in all I'd go back when we are in the area.

The decor, service, cuisine and ownership had all the desired elements we look for in a restaurant. We did not have a reservation, but they were so kind and accommodated us. We have a one year-old so it was lovely that their pristine ladies room has a changing table. I really like how the owner was overseeing the dining floor and his wife is the chef. Front to back coverage and family owned, in my experience, has the best eats! We ordered the scallops on a bed of lemon butter orzo with broccolini as our appetizer and it did not disappoint. The scallops were cooked to perfection and the broccolini Al dente just the way I prefer it. For my main entree I ordered the Gulasz wolowy the beef was melt in your mouth delectable. Their home recipe sauerkraut was the best I've ever eaten. (I've had some in Germany) My husband's entree of choice was their Lublin Schnitzel. (Similar to a chicken fried steak but with pork on top of a savory potato pancake sandwiched between mushroom gravy). For dessert we had a white chocolate brownie with berry compote vanilla ice cream caramel and fresh mint. While eating we let out groans as our eyes were meeting as if to say, without words, where has this restaurant been all my life?! (I'm well targeted having visited Germany, Mexico, all up and down Cali, road tripped across the U.S. and lived in Italy, New York and Southern California) So I have had some jaw dropping dishes in my lifetime. That being said I was completely astonished at how mind blowing this cuisine was! On top of the food the service, cleanliness and decor was top notch. If you have not eaten here you must. C'est la vie that this establishment exists in Red Bluff a stones throw away from where we reside. Thank God, we'll be back and thank you for a wonderful anniversary dinner. They have a full bar with an extensive wine and beer selection as well if you drink alcohol.

What a gem in downtown Red Bluff!…read more Came here for the first (and certainly not last) time with a colleague for a late lunch. It was pretty quiet so we got our pick of seating in the open dining room with the bar running down the left side. A booth? Yes, please! We had friendly, fast service and delicious food. Can we just talk about the dill pickle soup for a minute ~ or seven?! I honestly wanted to order a vat to go. I almost did. Zupa Ogórkowa FTW! So unique and a must order. Very much enjoyed the fried okra and opted for two sauces: lemon garlic aioli and creamy horseradish. Crunchy, served piping hot and majorly munchable. What's not to like? I liked that we could get the cabbage rolls with both tasty sauces, although they weren't my favorite dish during our visit. Certainly a generous portion, though. My lunchmate had been here once before and raved about the Fall Farro salad, but alas, they didn't have it the day we came in. We opted for the Fall Goddess salad and it was delightful. I can't deny being disappointed that they weren't serving pierogis the day we visited, since they only serve them on Saturdays. Our server told us they spend most of the week making ~400 pierogis and they always sell out of them on Saturdays, the only day they're served. (Note to self: return on a Saturday, early in the day if possible!) Look forward to having an excuse to return to Red Bluff for more of that pickle soup and some pierogis!

Plan on around 7:30, the crowds diminish, and the sunset is beautiful." He also said reservations are fine but not necessary. Cool, see you this evening. Returning to the B&B, I decided to research the restaurant. I found the website, and searched the menu and reservations. The website said closed, and no reservations available.I thought it odd that the information was in conflict, so I called. I received confirmation that the were open, and made a reservation. After arriving that evening, we were told we needed to wait awhile because the server was busy. We waited patiently for about twenty minutes to be seated. After finally being seated, we waited again to order. The place was very busy for a Wednesday evening. After all the waiting, I started to wonder it this would be worth it. Finally, the meals came. The food was very good as was the service. After the meal, the waitress coherced us into the cheesecake for desert. She said - if we liked - she could serve us on the patio. The sun was setting, and the weather was beautiful, so we took her up on it. What began as a question marked evolved into an exclamation mark. The cheesecake with blueberry compote was Devine. Was it worth the wait? Yes, for the cheesecake alone. If you are visiting the Mt. Lassen area, this place is a must. Barring the inaccuracies of the website, the experience was wonderful. I could rate the restaurant a four, for the error, but they get a six for the cheesecake, so five it is.

Food, service and ambiance are all first class. Excellent bar and the cabins are beautiful. Our "go…read moreto" place for all special meals.

The entire team was great, but Matti especially stood out. She was so friendly, attentive, and genuinely seemed to care about making sure we had a great experience. It's also in a super convenient location--right off I-5 and within walking distance of the KOA, which made it an easy choice for our group. And for all 10 of us, the total was only around $150--which is hard to beat. Great prices, delicious food, quick and friendly service, and a clean, welcoming environment.
