My New York had a gas, lighter fluid taste that I could not get passed. My wife's Prime Rib looked like a maniac with a machete cut it, horrible uneven mess of a cut, it was tough and cold. The meat loaf and beef tips arrived stone cold. The green beans had a shriveled up limp look that was very off putting. The staff showed NO interest in how long or quality of the food. I love a good hot pastrami sandwich, so I ordered one on a sourdough roll. I also got a small potato salad and macaroni salad to try. While we were waiting for the sandwich to be made, they brought us a complimentary deviled egg, which was a very nice surprise and absolutely delicious. The sandwich was excellent. The vegetables were sliced nice and thin, the flavors blended together perfectly, and the pastrami was flavorful without having all the excess fat that some pastrami can have. The potato salad was delicious--just like homemade. I'm not a fan of sweet macaroni salad, and unfortunately this one was a little too sweet for my taste. That's just a personal preference, so next time I'll stick with the potato salad instead. I will definitely be stopping here again and look forward to trying more of the menu. The food was fresh, delicious, and the complimentary deviled egg was a thoughtful touch that made the experience even better. I highly recommend giving this place a try!

Our family and group of friends--usually 20+ people--eat here at least twice a month, sometimes more. With a group that size, you'd expect to run into issues now and then, but we never do. The food is always excellent, orders are accurate, and everyone leaves happy. That's pretty impressive! One thing people should know before they visit is that this isn't a full-service restaurant. You order at the counter, they bring your food to your table, and you bus your own table when you're finished. Personally, I LOVE that concept! It keeps costs reasonable, allows the staff to focus on making incredible food, and the quality is second to none. It's a small trade-off for such an amazing experience. There is just something about the cheese that taste different from any other pizza I have tried. The sauce was not bitter like some. The young slim guy with glasses was great, very friendly! When we were done eating inside we sat on the furthest benches by the grass. We went down to the river and enjoyed the view, we watched the boats come and go. I sat there and soaked in the sun and enjoyed the long hours we hung out there. Definitely an amazing experience. I already wanna be back, but not sure when that will be. If you're visiting Red Bluff or live there and have never been to Ed's Locker room, I definitely recommend it. The kids loved it too!
