Heated, I sat down finally for some dinner. The burrito was nicely filled with meat, cheese, beans and some rice. I like to eat my burrito with both hands and from one end, like burritos from a taqueria, so that's why I don't want any sauce over my burrito. I'd say this was a nice burrito, better than that Bandito joint, no Mexican flavor there! Long time ago, this restaurant used to be one of the worst Chinese restaurants in Red Bluff for years ... glad that's gone and this Guadalajara Mexican Restaurant is here now. My son ordered a carnitas burrito and it was huge. He's a big eater and he even had leftovers. Also ordered were the fish tacos and chili verde, served with warm tortillas.
