I love a sandwich. But as a vegetarian, I rarely get the opportunity to have one out. The Veggie Delite at Subway is a treat. I got mine with jalapeños, extra olives and oil and vinegar. I've had this before, but today I got the best I'd ever had. I suggest letting it sit for a bit to have a juicy sandwich and let the flavors meld. I'm sorely disappointed in this store. The service was fantastic, and our sandwiches were fresh and delicious. So, what's the problem? They reject Covid protections. No masks, no distancing, all tables available without concern about spacing. No wonder Arizona is the world's (THE WORLD'S!) Covid hotspot. What are you people thinking? Subway is Subway UNLESS you get the chance to go to this Subway. I don't like to leave bad reviews so I don't usually leave reviews on fastish Food joints unless their customer service stands out and let me tell you that is the case for this particular restaurant. I've eaten here several times and I'm always impressed at how friendly the people behind the counter are, I'm not sure what the management is doing with their employees but whatever it is seems to be working. I ordered a toasted turkey sandwich via the app. When I opened the sandwich in my car, I found a soggy untoasted sandwich which was truly unappetizing. Being in a hurry, I took a few bites. The sandwich tasted musty. Within 3 minutes I had an allergic reaction consistent with my severe allergy to spores and molds. I carry epipens to counteract acute allergic reactions. I knew the vegetables or bread were old because of my allergic reaction. I provided feedback via the app. It was apparent that the owner, Brooke Weitkunat did not read my email as she responded confused as to how I could think the vegetables were old since they use fresh vegetables every day. She argued with me. I reported the restaurant to Public Health for Yavapai County, but this restaurant is on Native American land so they couldn't do anything. I will never eat here again. Via email, the owner invited me to eat elsewhere after apologizing for my cold sandwich? lol read more

Wish I would've read the reviews first, I don't usually have high expectations for Subway, but this was probably the worst one I've been to. Walked in and 2 guys are cleaning the lobby and moving tables (which is fine) and a 3rd guy came out of the back to take my order. He was stingy with the meat and wasn't very social, but was the friendliest of the 3. Two more people came in after me and the older guy came back behind the counter after cleaning the lobby, but never washed his hands. He just stared at the girl until she asked "How are you?" He replied "I'm good," but never asked how she was. I can tell she was looking for a little customer service and was bothered by his response, which I don't blame her. The tuna tasted pretty plain, even with adding cheese and mayo. I would recommend driving to a different Subway in either direction then stopping here. I was hungry and thought I'd give them a shot, but won't make that mistake again. read more

Would give ZERO stars if I could. Customer service is HORRIBLE. After speaking to the RUDE employee who answered the phone I was transferred to the Manager, Harvey, who was very rude, disrespectful, extremely unprofessional, No customer service skills what so ever. Called to let the employees know that our order was incorect from my 'Uber Eats' delivery, and staff just wanted to argue, rather than try to resolve the issue. They must not train their employees. I've been here a few times. The food tastes fine but they need a change in employees. Incident 1: employee put olives on my sandwich when I didn't ask for them, when I pointed out that I didn't want olives he told me to just pick them off. When I asked for a manager I was told by the employee to leave. Incident 2: employee was waiting for my card to go through at the register. She was playing around with my card. I asked her to stop because I didn't want her dropping it. She rolled her eyes and then ended up dropping it down a crack. Incident 3: employee put the wrong kind of cheese on my sandwich then insisted it was correct, then continued to the veggies, I asked for light lettuce, she put so much I had enough to make a salad, she also threw banana peppers on there even though I didn't ask for them, at this point I didn't care enough to say anything about it so I just paid for my food, as I was paying, she pushed the tip box a few inches towards me. Let me just start by saying my son LOVES a Subway sandwich. To me, it's just another sandwich... so I'm not reviewing the food here. This is about the experience. Subway is franchised, so they are all individually owned/operated (Usually). We have made many stops at Subway restaurants all over California and Arizona. That being said, my 13 year old specifically instructed me to "yelp this one" because he was so impressed with the friendliness of Adam, our sandwich maker. This guy excelled at customer service. Adam made a point to not only welcome me and ask me how my day was, but he asked my son, which most don't do after acknowledging the adult with the money. Adam made fun conversation about my son's first day of football practice and asked him questions. He was smiling the entire time, seemed to truly like his job, and he made our visit worthy of me taking the time to give a glowing review on Yelp. Thank you Adam for being a wonderful example to my son, and making our first experience at your particular establishment so pleasant. We will be frequent visitors :) read more

A typical Subway. The big difference is the people. They are very unfriendly. They are very stingy with their ingredients making a sandwich. We like Subway, just not this one. I do not understand all the poor reviews on this particular Subway. I have only been here twice, one time I ordered online ahead of time and got a platter. When I went to pick it up it was ready and a simple transaction. The gentlemen who was there told me if I wanted to order again to just give him a call and that he could put together a nice platter in 15-20min. Today I was in a pinch to feed a handful of people so I gave him a call and placed an order. I'm not sure if it even took him the full 15 min to have it done. My husband picked it up promptly, brought it back to the shop and it looked great, tasted great and was gone in about 10 minutes. I go into this Subway frequently and have done so for a couple years. I have always gotten great customer service and excellent, tasty sandwiches. The staff is friendly, Harvey is the best and the owner Andy is always friendly and pleasant to talk with. I highly recommend this location. I'm not sure why the other negative comments, I have not experienced any bad visits. read more
