Had a server named Lisa Lucero who was practically reading my mind while I was dining here. When ever my drink was low she filled it up if I needed a napkin she was there she was absolutely amazing made my whole morning. And to follow up the food was also great everything came out hot and fresh. read more

Rhonda, our waitress was amazing. She did everything to make her order very great and wonderful and a few extra things on top of that like bring me a bowl of hot water so I can empty my bag of buttery grits that I have to have at breakfast. She was super very kind. I give her a five star plus. read more

I've had a few bad experiences here, but this is the most notable one. I had to wait like an hour after getting sat to even get my food, which was mostly flavorless mac and cheese with some steak tips drenched in BBQ sauce which was the only flavor in the meal. Had to wait another hour for an omelette we ordered to go, which we literally only got because we told them we had to leave. Overall, food is just worse Denny's food, with an average Denny's vibe, and it is horribly understaffed. read more

The night crew were absolutely kind and provided friendly and knowledgeable service. Both of our meals looked great and tasted amazing. I enjoyed the salmon dinner and my guy had the Lumberjack Slam. Everything was better than he expected with perfectly cooked eggs, beautifully golden, fluffy pancakes. He loved the buttery English muffin with his eggs. My salmon had nicely crisp edges, the veggies weren't overcooked, and they remembered the dinner bread, which was toasted perfectly. The iced tea was fresh brewed, too. Denny's recently changed their breakfast sausage and it was over seasoned and tasted funny, but that wasn't this restaurant's choice. The restaurant was especially clean, and despite an uptick in business while we ate, everyone was keeping the restaurant clean. read more

Denny's - Super clean table condiments at Denny's. - American Near Me - Prescott Valley, Arizona

This is really a great Denny's. The service remains consistently wonderful, friendly, upbeat and always efficient. The menu has several good breakfast selections. I decided on the Fit Slam, a healthier alternative. It has egg whites scrambled with spinach and cherry tomatoes. It comes with sliced turkey saussge and fruit. On the side was an English muffin. The eggs were good. The fruit, bananas, strawberries and grapes was just OK. The coffee was good and readily replenished. Overall this Denny's is a solid bet for a good meal. read more

Great job, Richard the waiter. Fast, friendly and efficient. Will come by again. Food was fresh and hot, too.

I felt bad about my review last week. I stopped at the Denny's in Prescott Valley, Arizona once again. I believe in second chances. I review last week I was wrong. It's even worse. Once again, no one at the front desk to seat you,and it took over 12 minutes to get a cup of coffee Black. It took 47 minutes before my food arrived at the table. I should've sent it back. Scrambled eggs, bacon, and hashbrowns cold and I mean really cold. I ate it only because I was hungry and was running out of time. Well, that it, strike three. Never again for this Denny's. My recommendation is to avoid the place. read more

Lisa was absolutely amazing in helping us with what to order. I will definitely be back here

Fast service even when busy. Our waitress was friendly and efficient. I got the strawberry crepes and they were delicious and very full of filling with fresh strawberries . The bacon was a little thin but still tasted good. My bfs burger was huge and the seasoned fries are a must get with ranch. Plenty of room and seems updated. read more

Denny's - Strawberry Vanilla Crepes Slamburger™ Seasoned Fries - American Near Me - Prescott Valley, Arizona

Today, Monday June 22. 2026 at 6pm I ordered the newly advertised Monday All You Can Eat Spaghetti. After waiting over 1/2 hour it finally arrived Luke warm with only 3 small meatballs, little watered down sauce and a thimble cup with dry shredded cheese( 1/2 teaspoon insize). I gagged trying to eat it. The waitress came back in 20 minutes. And I asked for a second helping( hoping against hope) to get better results. After a 20 minute wait she placed a tiny soup bowl in front of me with a tiny(one, hard as a rock) meatball on a tiny bed of Spaghetti and sauce. When she finally brought my check I appraised her that the miniscule hard meatball was unable to be eaten. She took the tiny plate and stated she would tell the cook. Customers beware of this Denny's All You Can Eat Spaghetti Special. read more

No, not anymore... The last 2 times I went it took over 10 minutes just to get the drink order. And another minutes to order my food. And around 30 minutes for the food to arrive at the table! I must had been there 2 hours on those last 2 visits. They were so much better a few years ago, but I guess covid really slowed it down or something. read more

First time coming to Denny's that we left the restaurant! We waiting 15 min to get seated during the week ( Thurs)at 1:00pm. The host had an attitude when we asked if we can to be seated at a booth! She said we had to wait! So we waited! After cleaning the table, she called us to be seated , and the seats were wet! We told her ,and she threw paper towels quickly on the table! Still she had an attitude! So we left!! We were very disappointed! Never had a problem at a Denny's!! read more

We are Sunday regulars at Denny's in Prescott Valley. Why you ask? Mainly because we can always count on great breakfasts and because the servers are truly service oriented, especially one, RustiAnn. we always ask for her. She knows what we like to eat and always has coffee and water waiting for us as soon as we walk in. She is very personable, helpful, and attentive, and is an asset to Denny's. read more

Delicious breakfast and fabulous server, Lisa. Moons Over hammy highly recommended! Will come back.

So this morning we went to the Denny's in Prescott, on Gail Gardner Way. We were denied what we wanted by our server SERENTY. So we left. But we so wanted to have our regular meal that the whole day, all we could think about was our meal. So we decided to go to Denny's on Hwy 69 for dinner. They always treat our with kindness! It was packed. But we got seated right way, our server was JACOBY! He was fantastic, with his section full and him running around, he was courteous, kind and patient. He would even stop to check on us periodically as well. Which was great for us. Hubbys breakfast arrived with a tiny smashed white bread toast. We laughed and joked about it, then JACOBY came and saw and "wow, I knew it was a Value Meal, but is really value there" We all laughed and he wanted to change it out for new. But we said we were ok with it. JACOBY then shows up and says "Here's some napkins and the salad you ordered. And they were super small!! We all broke out in hysterics! As busy and rushed as JACOBY was, his bright personality shined through! JACOBY deserves some high praises and some great compliments as well as a raise! read more

Always great service from Erica. There are 9 in our group every Thursday. Our orders are always accurate and delivered hot and timely to our table. Thank you Erica. read more

The avocado bacon cheeseburger was delicious. Standard fare and I was hungry. The service was awful. I needed to set up my laptop and work and told the hostess so. She was very kind and sat me in a good place. The waitress was PISSED. Even though I ordered food and coffee, even though it was a dead time of day between breakfast and lunch, she was horrible to me. She refilled my water glass once and then slapped the ticket down and never even looked at me after that. read more

Phone in orders take priority over the walk-in customers. The kitchen was overloaded with phone-in orders so no walk-ins would be seated until the kitchen caught up. It took 40 minutes before I was seated. Many people just left to go elsewhere. read more

No more birthday meals unless you join the "club" kind of a bummer. Prices have gone up although nothing new nowadays.

Great service, clean dining room and restrooms. The food was really good. Will definitely be back.

Great service by our waitress Erica this morning. Great pancakes as usual. Always enjoy breakfast here.

Forty five minutes to our food. Food was cold and pancakes were hard to eat. Save your money!

I go to Dennys in Prescott Valley Az. The food and service are always awesome! My server will always be Ricci. Best service!

Why am I giving this Dennys 5 stars? Because on a Saturday morning at 8 AM I was seated quickly and politely, even asked if the seating was okay. Rare for a single seating, Usually they stick you in a corner facing the wall and walk away. A server acknowledged me and was soon to the table. Ordered from the senior menu. Scrambled eggs and pancakes, bacon and sausage $7.99. Something I usually don't order. The meal came out quickly and was good. The pancakes were light and large with butter and syrup. Not much you can say about scrambled eggs, two strips bacon, two sausage links it's a bargain. Overall the breakfast was good and a good price. I looked the lunch and dinner menu over, will be back. read more

My son loved coming here for his pancakes. We usually enjoyed eating here, too. I'm so sorry that I'm unable to come here because of the memories. He always wanted to bring us out for breakfast on his day off and insisted on paying. Maybe soon. Always had the best coffee, too. read more

Wholly cow !! I avoided Denny's for all the same reasons your probably thinking - my wife and I have gone 4 times the last few weeks - why ? Food and service is fantastic especially compared to elsewhere lately read more

New management. The current one is clueless. He needs to attend management education classes. We had 12 in our group, our table was ready, and we were not seated for 30 minutes later. Numerous smaller tables were empty for other customers. Customers would enter and see our group waiting and leave, thinking it was a long wait. We asked the manager about being seated, so his other customers wouldn't leave, but denied the request. He said it was up to the hostess. The hostess said the manager said she had to seat people in the order they arrived. Well, that was not followed because they called a group of 3 that came in after us. Denny's lost business because of the manager's inability to properly manage. read more

Whenever I get to have lunch with my friend we go to Denny's. The service is great (Erica is +++ on friendliness and attentive to our needs). I was going to give it a 3 1/2 but not available. I order online for pickup. I ask for no tomato's on my salad and got tomatoes. On my double cheese burger I add bacon and there was no bacon. I called and ask for a refund for my bacon. The person on the phone said they didn't know how to do this on an online order. Otherwise food was good and when I pickup the server was nice. I will now start checking my boxes before I leave. read more
