This is really a great Denny's. The service remains consistently wonderful, friendly, upbeat and always efficient. The menu has several good breakfast selections. I decided on the Fit Slam, a healthier alternative. It has egg whites scrambled with spinach and cherry tomatoes. It comes with sliced turkey saussge and fruit. On the side was an English muffin. The eggs were good. The fruit, bananas, strawberries and grapes was just OK. The coffee was good and readily replenished. Overall this Denny's is a solid bet for a good meal. read more

No, not anymore... The last 2 times I went it took over 10 minutes just to get the drink order. And another minutes to order my food. And around 30 minutes for the food to arrive at the table! I must had been there 2 hours on those last 2 visits. They were so much better a few years ago, but I guess covid really slowed it down or something. read more

Fast service even when busy. Our waitress was friendly and efficient. I got the strawberry crepes and they were delicious and very full of filling with fresh strawberries . The bacon was a little thin but still tasted good. My bfs burger was huge and the seasoned fries are a must get with ranch. Plenty of room and seems updated. read more

First time coming to Denny's that we left the restaurant! We waiting 15 min to get seated during the week ( Thurs)at 1:00pm. The host had an attitude when we asked if we can to be seated at a booth! She said we had to wait! So we waited! After cleaning the table, she called us to be seated , and the seats were wet! We told her ,and she threw paper towels quickly on the table! So this morning we went to the Denny's in Prescott, on Gail Gardner Way. We were denied what we wanted by our server SERENTY. So we left. But we so wanted to have our regular meal that the whole day, all we could think about was our meal. So we decided to go to Denny's on Hwy 69 for dinner. They always treat our with kindness! It was packed. But we got seated right way, our server was JACOBY! He was fantastic, with his section full and him running around, he was courteous, kind and patient. He would even stop to check on us periodically as well. Which was great for us. Hubbys breakfast arrived with a tiny smashed white bread toast. We laughed and joked about it, then JACOBY came and saw and "wow, I knew it was a Value Meal, but is really value there" We all laughed and he wanted to change it out for new. But we said we were ok with it. JACOBY then shows up and says "Here's some napkins and the salad you ordered. And they were super small!! We all broke out in hysterics! As busy and rushed as JACOBY was, his bright personality shined through! JACOBY deserves some high praises and some great compliments as well as a raise! read more

The avocado bacon cheeseburger was delicious. Standard fare and I was hungry. The service was awful. I needed to set up my laptop and work and told the hostess so. She was very kind and sat me in a good place. The waitress was PISSED. Even though I ordered food and coffee, even though it was a dead time of day between breakfast and lunch, she was horrible to me. She refilled my water glass once and then slapped the ticket down and never even looked at me after that. read more

Phone in orders take priority over the walk-in customers. The kitchen was overloaded with phone-in orders so no walk-ins would be seated until the kitchen caught up. It took 40 minutes before I was seated. Many people just left to go elsewhere. read more

Why am I giving this Dennys 5 stars? Because on a Saturday morning at 8 AM I was seated quickly and politely, even asked if the seating was okay. Rare for a single seating, Usually they stick you in a corner facing the wall and walk away. A server acknowledged me and was soon to the table. Ordered from the senior menu. Scrambled eggs and pancakes,bacon and sausage $7.99. Something I usually don't order. The meal came out quickly and was good. The pancakes were light and large with butter and syrup. Not much you can say about scrambled eggs, two strips bacon, two sausage links it's a bargain. Overall the breakfast was good and a good price. New management. The current one is clueless. He needs to attend management education classes. We had 12 in our group, our table was ready, and we were not seated for 30 minutes later. Numerous smaller tables were empty for other customers. Customers would enter and see our group waiting and leave, thinking it was a long wait. We asked the manager about being seated, so his other customers wouldn't leave, but denied the request. He said it was up to the hostess. The hostess said the manager said she had to seat people in the order they arrived. Well, that was not followed because they called a group of 3 that came in after us. Denny's lost business because of the manager's inability to properly manage. read more

The menu has a nice selection, although we typically get the same food items each visit. This Denny's is one of our favorite places to go for breakfast, lunch or dinner. They have great food, service and lots of smiles. They are contious of the high cost of going out, so they offer affordable breakfast, lunch and dinner. Our favorite servers are Emma, Ary and Rickie. They are awesome!! Keep up the good work. Done with this place...worst service EVER. It has been steadily declining over time. Last week, we went in and waited about 15 minutes at our table before we were acknowledged, and drinks were offered by a waitress who called across the room and asked if we had drinks (not our waitress). Our waitress finally arrived and took our orders with an attitude. I had all-you-can-eat wings, and my boyfriend had a steak with a side salad and a baked potato. The food came up pretty fast but sat in the window for 10 minutes while our waitress ignored it and was on and off her phone. So everything was cold. The salad arrived after the meal and was practically frozen. I asked for a refill on wings. About 20 minutes later, there were no wings. I caught the waitress and told her to forget it. She shoved the bill at me and left. We spoke with the manager, who was apologetic and comped the bill, which we appreciated. But we are done. read more

I was going to give it a 3 1/2 but not available. I order online for pickup. I ask for no tomato's on my salad and got tomatoes. On my double cheese burger I add bacon and there was no bacon. I called and ask for a refund for my bacon. The person on the phone said they didn't know how to do this on an online order. Otherwise food was good and when I pickup the server was nice. Let me add that this was in the evening I was busy reading. Suddenly I realized that I had been waiting 24 minutes. The waitress assured me that my food would arrive shortly. She went one to say that pick up orders were being processed before customers seated in the restaurant. That shows me that the manager is not very good with customer service and satisfaction. This restaurant service has been less than stellar. It resembles more if a truck stop atmosphere thar a diner or family restaurant. The waitress was very cold. The coffee cups given to us were not cleaned. When pointed to the waitress no apology or acknowledgement. The cups were replaced with an attitude of annoyance. My husband and I have been going to Denny's for many years. But today will be the last. When does a waitress get to cup an attitude with a customer, who was on the phone, get butt hurt and tell the rest of the staff there. He has always been polite and gave her good tips. What made this upsetting to me was her immature attitude to go cry to the other waitresses. That's totally uncalled for. Just because she was having a bad man day ,what she said to him She needs to be reminded who pay her salary,and out her personal issues out the door when she goes to work There are other restaurants that will appreciate our business and are alot friendly than Denny's . CLOSED for renovations. No reopening date given on the recorded phone message. In times past, my experience was that this location was a bit better overall than the Prescott location. When inquired about the ownership of the two I was told they gad different owners. That would explain the difference, but this was a few years back. Absolutely not! My son and I went for a mother / son lunch. To our surprise the menu is all jacked up! What in the world did you guys do corporate office?? No slider that was the reason we went, so we sat there and when we ordered everything single thing we asked for they were out of! We ended up eating a salad. My wife and I went to Dennys in Prescott Valley, Arizona for lunch and thought we'd try out their "$2,$4,$6,$8," menu. Imagine our disappointment when we found out it was not the old 2,4,6,8, menu, but an "add on" menu. You could "add" the smaller meal to your order If so desired. That's false advertising in my book. Also, the restaurant was so minimally staffed, we had to wait for the cashier to check out the line of customers before we could be seated. We were patient and understanding. We asked for a table and were told the wait staff was no longer being seated in that section and directed us to the booth section which had an unoccupied table. Our waitress was pleasant enough, but, when I asked for a slight change on my order, it did not get to the cook. I let it pass. Towards the ed of the meal, the waitress came by and asked my wife if she wanted a coffee refill and my wife said " no thanks, I'm good". The waitress then proceeded to fill her coffee. We have been going to Dennys for over 30 years and have never seen such inefficiency. The food has always been good, but, the corporation seems more focused on profits than customer service. Needless to say, we'll not be frequenting Dennys very much in the future. read more

BUT sat for over an hour for food ordered cob salad ..Roast beef melt and it was horrible retuned it ..He ate 1/2 of A 1/2and Still tried charging me for it ..waitress became sour after we returned it I had to pay1/2 price for an aweful tasting sandwich that had a few bites taken... so not worth the wait..
