Best fast food wraps, white cheddar mac is some of the best mac I've had period, the Reubens are phenomenal. Honestly some of the best fast food around. They're value menu is lack luster, but if I want some actually good fast food this is where I go. I think that people will inevitably complain about fast food places, these 40 year old buildings being run by teenagers and senior citizens are never gonna be pristine. It's fine. We're all mostly using the drive through anyway. I rate based on what I expect and it's really not that "dirty" for a fast food joint. The last beef and cheddar sandwiches that were 2 for $6, purchased mid afternoon, were flat, the meat tasted off and there was very little cheese or Arby's sauce on them. Neither of us could eat the whole sandwich because of the funny taste. Arby's commercials now turn us off. read more

Arby's is my fav fast food place. It always seems me style clean the staff is usually polite and the food the thin sliced roast beef with horseradish or horsey and Arby's sauce. Hard to beat on a great roll. I came in to try their new waygu burger. Well not overly impressed. They use a flat iron grill to cook which is ok but they had the temperature a little to hot turning the maillard reaction ( the browning of meat to develop flavor) into a thin charcoal layer that will put hair on your chest as my Dad used to say when the meat got messed up. The lettuce tomato and sauce was great though I'm glad I ate at the inside tables. Because it was messy! The inside of the meat had a vague blush of pink but was pretty dry. So I do not recommend this though not a bad price. This is why the three stars. I also ordered my main stay of the Arby's roast beef sandwich which was as usually is perfect and my favorite. A four star all the way. Again if you stick to the traditionally Arby's it's great. At risk with other stuff. read more

Store was super dirty from the start. walked in and there was only 2 works during the time after about 8 mins me and my family were finally helped. We ordered and then i am an arby's employee at a different store so i was asked to be granted my 50% off the man then went to the back grabbed another worker keep in mind this "manager" was not in uniform at all had nike hoodie on which u should have an arby's shirt or manager jacket on. He then came up didint say a word to us then put in the 50% off. first employee comes back finishes my order and then went were given our drinks. after some time the back line worker had no hat on as he should have some type of hair cover while making food/being behind the counter. The man then lost one of my sliders had to make another one and then when i was giving my food my large order frys were not filled at all my buffalo chicken sliders which i asked for pickles to be added were not on the sliders.Overall, this store is a complete disaster needs cleaning asap this was disappointing. read more

I like Arby's. Their roast beef sandwich is a mainstay. But stay away from the Waygu steakburger. It is dry and overcooked. And the description states "Made with a blend of 51% American Wagyu and 49% Ground Beef." I guess in corporate America and steakburgers, 51% is the controlling interest. American Wagyu is not the same as Japanese Wagyu and is likely made from crossbreeding. Japan doesn't allow export of Wagyu cows, and it would be extremely expensive for a hamburger. But I digress. Stick with the roast beef sandwiches, and you won't be disappointed. read more

Asst Manager Mike at Arby's on Iron Springs Rd, Prescott was awesome! The restaurant was very clean and well maintained. Mike personally even cooked up a fresh batch of curly fries just for us! He also gave us a heads up that the orange cream shake was coming soon. The chicken bacon swiss sandwich was perfection! I tried their new fried fish, not worth the money, they're using haddock, and it doesn't taste all that great. Also the filets are extremely thin, as the breading is thicker. A&W is so much better as they use cod not haddock. Not a good choice here, and either the price has gone up or the sandwiches have gotten smaller, or both. read more

I haven't been to Arby's in a while. This Arby's was great! The staff was very friendly, service was quick, and the food was awesome. We tried the new fish sandwich and was pleasantly surprised. It's hard to get a good fish sandwich at a fast food restaurant, but Arby's nailed it. Got the new crinkle fries on advice from the cashier, and loved them. I have not been to an Arby's for years since in my head it was synonymous with orange cheese, but I needed a really quick bite recently. This place is super clean, and the staff behind the counter were fun and engaging. It took me a bit to get over how much the menu has expanded from what I expected. There is a whole series of sliders to mix and match so I looked no further. My buffalo chicken slider and order of onion rings came out hot and fast. Was in here tonight. While the food was nearly as good as usual, buns seemed hard, and the beef in our regular sandwiches seemed colder than normal. What extremely aggravated me was the two female employees ganging up on the male employee that they inferred couldn't do anything right. I believe he forgot he needed onion rings for an order and he forgot items too many times and basically was a worthless employee. They were so loud that I had no problem hearing them from the dining room table we were seated at. I find this inexcusable. If disciplinary actions are needed then take it away from the public area. These two women were so focused on this banter of harassing a fellow employee that their job suffered as they were complaining rather than dealing with customers orders, hence the cold sandwiches we received.. We spent our hard earned money here to have to listen to this rather than being able to dine in quiet calm and collected atmosphere. I think these two women employees should be ashamed of their behavior. I have been a long time customer and have never ever experienced such a thing at this establishment. read more

I find it crazy that they would automatically put jalapeños on a kids roast beef slider. We ordered the 2 kids roast beef sliders meals last night and couldn't figure out why my son said there is salad on it and my other son said it was spicy on his tongue. Well when we got home I checked and both of them had jalapeños on them. What a waste of $10 for my children to not be able to eat. Ugh. I'm sure y'all can do better if you put in some effort. What happened to this place? It used to be our family's favorite fast food. It has gone way past down hill! Husband and I came in about 8 months ago and decided to come in and sit down. During this time, a female employee came in and out of the bathroom and through the kitchen (visible to dine in guests) several times, with a bloody nose. She then proceeded to stand in the food area with a bloody Kleenex and bloody hand, clearly unaware of how bad this not only looks to customers but unaware of the blatant disregard for food contamination. Needless to say, we got up and left immediately. It took this long to have the stomach to come back, but Arbys has always been clean, so we figured this was likely a one time incident. This time we chose the drive thru. Come home and unwrap our dinner to find all 3 sodas were flat, fries were cold. Not just like room temperature, i'm talking fresh out of a refrigerator cold. His French dip, cold. Mine and my daughters cheddar beef sandwiches soggy to the point that the bottom of the bun was basically non existent. Don't waste your time or a dime on this place! I stopped in just to grab a quick bite. I was pleasantly surprised. The restaurant had been recently remodeled. The floors walls, seats were extreme clean. Everything was well stocked. The person behind the register was helpful and courteous. My food was ready while I filled my drink. Then, the sandwich was amazing. I have a new favorite. Chicken cordon Bleu sandwich. The bun was fluffy fresh. The crispy chicken was crunchy crispy and not a bit greasy ( like some deep fried can be). The Swiss was gooey melted perfectly and the ham was the most perfect amount. This particular Arby's is pretty good. Food comes out fresh, service is relatively fast and they've always been friendly. It IS an Arby's, though, so it's a little pricey for fast food. If you can get your hands on coupons, it makes it much more reasonable. Overall, a good change-up from your typical burgers or Mexican fast food here in Prescott. read more

Visited Arby's today and was seriously impressed. The staff was on point with everything, friendly, professional. The resturant was clean, and the new traditional greek gyro really was traditional. They get their lamb in frozen strips, rather than a large chunk that roasts on a spit, but it's spiced correctly, baked in the oven correctly, and tastes perfect. The cucumber sauce was a little light on the gyro, but there was enough. And the pita bread was fresh and tender, not tough. read more
