I frequent this location of Subway a lot. I work close by, and to be honest, there aren't many healthy options for lunch in Pomona. For the most part, the sandwiches are always fresh and tasty. In the 2 years that I have been eating at this Subway, I can count on one hand the times I've had a sub par sandwich. The reason for taking off one star is it's not the cleanest location I've been too. The floor is dirty, and the drink station always has spilled soda and ice everywhere. The closest and best location for a Subway sandwich, right off the White exit of the 10 freeway heading east. Quite clean and organized. They greet customers every time they come into the door. There are two semi-booth style tables, one pub-style table and two regular table areas for you to enjoy your meal by yourself or with your friends. There is a drink station. It has various fountain drinks, coffee area with the works (including flavored creamers, always a plus), and a mini fridge with additional bottled drinks. It's always maintained and cleaned out. Their vegetables are always fresh and I have yet to see the infamous frost I usually see at other Subway locations. They have cilantro, which I LOVE. Parking is shared with the 7-11 store next door. It gets busy during morning and afternoon when customers are likely to be on lunch break. The lines go pretty fast here, even when the line is almost at the door. The staff seem to have their routine pat down. They alert each other when extra hands are needed. Communication is obvious in this location. There is a unisex restroom available to customers, which is nice considering this is a smaller restaurant than others I have visited. Very clean restroom as well. The atmosphere is very pleasant. I feel welcomed here and I love the big windows you can peer from while eating, although there isn't really anything interesting to look at outside. read more

I wouldn't recommend delivery or take out. Also regret tipping the girl who delivered my sandwhiches. Neither of them were toasted as we requested and were missing some items like some of the dressings. My experience here was pretty awful from start to finish, a total of 20 minutes and no food in hand. First the girl with dyed hair was being obnoxious and unprofessionally talking across the room making customers wait, secondly they didnt have the sandwhich Iwanted, so I let the couple behind me go in front, not realizing they would take upwards of 20 minutes fixing 2 sandwiches, he had no back up, before furiously leaving with no food bc there were 2 instances where i had to notify him of flies on the food while he walked away from making my sandwich. And despite the strange out-of-the-way location, the restaurant is super clean, the food is as good as any other Subway, plus a few extras, and the staff is almost friendly. I like subway sandwiches but I don't like having to tell them what to put in it every time. They often can't understand what i'm saying and I have to repeat everything every time. I just wish they would give me the turkey / ham with whatever is standard on the sandwich that tastes good. Maybe there is a "code word" I can say to tip them on the fact is I want it made the standard way. So that's why I really really like the online ordering app. I just reorder it the way I like it the same way every time. So convenient! But this location is usually late with my order. The receipt tells you what time the sandwich will be ready to be picked-up which is 15 minutes after the order is confirmed. I try to go in at the time it's suppose to be ready and they are usually still working on it. Today I went in 20 minutes after I ordered and it wasn't ready at all, Moreover, they said they never got the order. I had to leave with no sandwich even after I paid for it. No lunch for me today. Just like the other people who left comments about Yvonne they are completely true. In my entire life I have never been treated or talked to the way she did with me AND my coworker. To see that she has been there for months and getting away with it is beyond me. I have contacted the store manager and am waiting to hear back from corporate. This is completely unacceptable that she continues to bully the customers that go and spend money there. She is one of the meanest, ignorant rude person I have ever met. this subway is TERRIBLE with portions. I came in and ordered a turkey italiano (no longer on the menu) the sandwich is turkey, pepperoni, and salami. anyways I order it.. the lady starts making it. and she puts 4 pieces of turkey across the whole thing. kinda pissed me off knowing it's suppose to be at least 6. anyways i wasn't terribly mad about the situation UNTIL the person behind me walks up orders a turkey 6 inch, (keep in mind I ordered a footlong) and she put 5 pieces of turkey on his sandwich. I love this subway! Pros: Clean, convenient, next to 7-11, & staff is always nice. Cons: Small parking lot, sketchy people lurk outside, & the staff is a little slow. All in all I like this subway! But I'll only go during the day. I've lived in Pomona 23 years...but I'm a little scary berry. I'm really paranoid & hate going in alone. Especially with the liquor store across the street. I've gone here at night before..never again! But it's not the subways fault. Just the location! Very healthy option and a nice change from the Del taco, McDonald's, etc. that are all within a 5 mile radius. read more

I just experienced the worst service ever. Only white and wheat bread available and no onions??? I checked what time they closed, perhaps I came in last minuteI but, nope it stated open till 11 pm and I walked in right at 9:30. I've gone to the most busiest subways in Down Town LA and never have I ever heard of bread and veggie shortage, there is no such thing! I love that this is location for a subway was picked its about 3 minutes walking distance from my house so that is a good thing. They stay packed and the only down side I would say is that they could be better organized and some workers more focused on work rather than employees or customers asserts. Enjoy! read more

Hey, it's Subway, fresh and fast. Normally very little wait time at this location, like that we can sit and relax while talking about kids school work or sports in a nice atmosphere, good place to bring kid and sometimes his friends and have some good food and conversation. My only complaint is that since my kid takes the bus to his school, they are not open earlier to grab him a nice hot breakfast every once in a while, otherwise it would be ideal. read more

This is the last time, I will be going here! This place went to crap with rude customer service! I'm with the cholo that went off on the employees! Yes, he got crazy but I completely understand why.. 1st one out of the 3 has attitude issues. The food isn't good ..Why? Well the wheat and flat stale bread we had no choice but to eat them because I took the sandwiches back to work was on my lunch break. This place went to Sh^%! This is the second time this year, I have gone to this place. Went a few weeks back and again ATTITUDE, that person needs to fix her attitude and clueless workers. I ask a question got attitude and person in front of me wanted mayo and mustard.. and they said we don't use mustard or mayo but we have packages. I was excited when this Subway first opened because it was right down the street from my job and it looked really nice but my experiences have been horrible. The first time I went to Subway, the employees were rude and too busy talking amongst themselves instead of focusing on the customers. I decided to give this location another try but this time during breakfast. I go in and I'm the first customer since they just opened. The girl working didn't acknowledge my presence for about a few minutes and kept doing what she was doing. Finally she greets me, rudely and then as I'm walking to my car I noticed that I forgot to grab my chips although I had paid for them. When I went back in, there was one other customer and I wanted to inform the employee about me forgetting my chips so that way it wouldn't look like I was trying to steal anything. As I'm explaining myself she just swings her hand and tells me whatever and continues talking the other customer. That pissed me off and I wanted to kick her....well you already know. So in spite of her rudeness I gave Subway one more chance this time during lunch. I go in to get a sandwich for me and a salad for my co-worker. When I get back to work, we weren't able to have our lunch until about an hour & a half later. As my co-worker goes to take a bite of her salad she sees a fruit fly in her salad. Because of the environment that we work in, we weren't able to take the salad back right away. Once I took the salad back, the employee was rude and stated that she couldn't do anything because the manager had to be there and that I would have to wait until tomorrow.
