At 10:55 am I noticed the worker with gloves on touching various things including the cash register, another employee was touching the cash register without gloves, when I told the employee who's last name is ball is that in fact sanitary she said if I'm not ok with it I don't have to order and can get food somewhere else. I ordered a footlong Meatball with Pepperoni and a Chipotle Philly Cheesesteak, both with extra meat. Unfortunately, neither sandwich was made correctly, which I noticed right away by the weight of them. I hadn't even left the parking lot before turning back to have them checked. Sure enough, I was right, both sandwiches were missing the extra meat. The staff immediately corrected the mistake, and I believe the manager even came in from her break to assist and apologize. They added the proper amount of meat and kindly offered two cookies as a gesture. Thank you, Subway, for quickly rectifying the issue and bringing a smile back to my face. I come here often and I'm guess the cashier was having a bad morning she tried to force me to get salt and pepper on my meat which they never due. Made it an issue to add it after the veggies and added extra salt made it so salty it was inedible. Also asked for extra onions and gave me a sea of onion. Won't ever come back here again read more

I've went here for the past 5 days because I've been in the area. They don't add napkins or put your chips in the bag. Sandwich guy is constantly on his phone and messing around, touching the cheese containers with his bare hands. This Subway added a tip option on their ATM reader which adds $2 to a 1 person meal. It's awkward to have this while the cashier is staring at you. Can't afford to eat this once or twice a day if you're pressured to add $2 to your meal everyday. No free cookie with meals like the Subway on Garey. Parking lot is crawling with hella bums. Stay away from this place. Go to the Subway south on Garey, staff there is friendly, cleanly and none of the negatives of this place on White. These little things add up and lose potential everyday customers. read more

I frequent this location of Subway a lot. I work close by, and to be honest, there aren't many healthy options for lunch in Pomona. For the most part, the sandwiches are always fresh and tasty. In the 2 years that I have been eating at this Subway, I can count on one hand the times I've had a sub par sandwich. The reason for taking off one star is it's not the cleanest location I've been too. The floor is dirty, and the drink station always has spilled soda and ice everywhere. The closest and best location for a Subway sandwich, right off the White exit of the 10 freeway heading east. Quite clean and organized. They greet customers every time they come into the door. There are two semi-booth style tables, one pub-style table and two regular table areas for you to enjoy your meal by yourself or with your friends. There is a drink station. It has various fountain drinks, coffee area with the works (including flavored creamers, always a plus), and a mini fridge with additional bottled drinks. It's always maintained and cleaned out. Their vegetables are always fresh and I have yet to see the infamous frost I usually see at other Subway locations. They have cilantro, which I LOVE. Parking is shared with the 7-11 store next door. It gets busy during morning and afternoon when customers are likely to be on lunch break. The lines go pretty fast here, even when the line is almost at the door. The staff seem to have their routine pat down. They alert each other when extra hands are needed. Communication is obvious in this location. There is a unisex restroom available to customers, which is nice considering this is a smaller restaurant than others I have visited. Very clean restroom as well. The atmosphere is very pleasant. I feel welcomed here and I love the big windows you can peer from while eating, although there isn't really anything interesting to look at outside. read more
