This used to be my go-to location for a long time, but after today, I'm extremely disappointed. These two individuals responded with visible attitude, inappropriate language, and interacted with me in a confrontational manner. At no point did they attempt to de-escalate the situation or provide respectful customer service. They completely messed up my order and insisted the wings were "well done" when they clearly were not. When I asked for them to be re-made, they said it would take another 30 minutes and responded with attitude and profanity. The interaction felt hostile and very unprofessional. When I asked for their names so I could follow up with management, they refused and said they weren't "allowed" to give them out. That response alone speaks volumes about the lack of accountability from these individuals. I am requesting that this matter be reviewed seriously, including speaking with the staff on duty during my visit. I would appreciate a follow-up regarding how this issue will be addressed. I will be filing a complaint with management. I hope ownership takes this seriously because this is not the level of service regular customers should experience. read more

I want to start off by saying that this location has by far been my favorite location & most convenient location for me & I usually have great experiences when ordering from here. The last 2 times, this time included, were absolutely terrible! These last 2 times my order took double, almost triple, the quoted "ready time". The workers were somewhat decent in terms of their customer service. I understand they're slammed & busy, but better communication skills would go a long way. Staffing should be looked at by management because apparently they forgot how to schedule accordingly, especially with football back in season! If I do decide to continue ordering wingstop I'll definitely need to find a better location. The food is usually always good, but these last 2 times it's been just alright. One more place i will not be taking my business to... I'm a bus operator and it's already hard as it is to find places to use the restroom while on route. Ive been driving in pomona for more than 5yrs and not once have i had a problem with this place using the restroom. Until today that i walked in and noticed that the doors now have locks. I asked the lady up front that was counting the money at the register if i can use the restroom and all i got its for customers only. I understand I'm not entitled to anything or expect anything cus l'm a bus operator but damn have some compassion for someone thats limited to restroom use. Not even during Covid did i have this issue when all the restaurants had the restrooms closed. Shame on you Wingstop. Other restaurants on different routes have the same rule.. "restrooms for customers only" but yet still manage to make an exemption for us bus drivers. So whats the big deal here? read more

Since UberEats doesn't allow you to add items in, once you submit & pay, I did the next reasonable thing- called this location (from which the order was coming from) to make an attempt to add them in, and was successful thanks to the extremely kind staff (server & the manager) who attended my call.
