I have a LOW expectation coming to BWW as a whole. Tried this location 6 months ago and it's was cool, service was great. Came again tonight. Not a great experience.. My Server Kayla whose name I learned when I asked 2 other staff for my bill. She seemed nice but only came to check up on my table ONCE in the 1.5 hr I dined in. I asked other staff whom were around me for assistance and it's like sweeping/sidework was #1 priority. Mind you, they were next to a POS. Asking for my bill seemed like a hard chore. lol When I asked Erin if she could PLEASE HELP close out my tab she made a sour face. Went to this location yesterday. It was not overly busy. We ordered our appetizers followed by our food approximately 10 minutes later. It took 35 mins for them to bring out our appetizers and they were room temperature at best. Then our server brought out our food about two minutes after and some lady in the back ran out and pulled it off the table saying this isn't yours and came back with the same plates 5 minutes later saying it was yours. No apology nothing. Food was cold. My wife and I ate one wing each and decided to box up our food so we can heat it up at home. Ended up getting food poisoning from this location. I've never came to eat in the restaurant but from the reviews I can see the service isn't great. I've ordered thru 3rd party delivery and the food is always good the only thing is the wings are pretty dry they don't have too much sauce on them other than that everything is pretty good. Came for the Pick 6 for $19.99 deal but sadly they stopped that promo a few days before this visit. They currently have BOGO days. BOGO burgers on Monday & Wednesdays and BOGO boneless wings on Tuesday & Thursdays. We ended up getting the BOGO boneless wings deal and also sharing some traditional wings since I prefer them over boneless. Their dry lemon pepper seasoning is my favorite. I like to order their potato wedges and get a side of the desert heat dry seasoning to throw on top. Also, I have to mention the customer service this visit was amazing! Usually service can be a hit or miss here but our server was awesome! I didn't catch her name but she was super sweet and attentive. Ugh they've ruined my Buffalo Wild Wings experience! When we received our order, I was eating until I notice 1 wing have some feathers still attached so I was like okay there's 1 gross, but found 2-3 wings more same deal. Not including how many my boyfriend found on his! So gross. Complained about it but they didn't think it was a big deal & thought it was normal. In all the years I've been going to BWW I have never had that happen. I've been twice over the past six months this particular location (Montclair). Server was excellent. Food was horrible. Wings came out cold & hard (like beef jerky). I'm surprised about all the negative reviews for this location. I went for dinner yesterday (Friday evening) and got excellent service. We were greeted at the door and got sat within minutes. Also, our server (I believe her name was Autumn based on the receipt) was sweet, friendly and attentive. She checked on us multiple times and even included extra sauce for my wrap without me even asking for it. The place was also clean; I saw someone doing a sweep of the floors while we ate. We walked into what was not a packed timing lots of open tables waited maybe 8-10 mins for this girl to walk over ask for name & number of people write it down walk away. The "wings" are so small they fit side by side in 1 box. I get there's a variety of sizes but these wings were SMALL. And as usual with this location the wings are cold. The fries are cold. Me as well as my other friends had the worst experience here ever. Waiting approximately an hour to be seated as well as an extra 30-40 more minuets to get drink orders taken. Her bf literally got his drink snatched from his hand while he was drinking his drink. Like that is beyond crazy! I don't usually write negative reviews, but my last visit to Buffalo Wild Wings was just unacceptable. My party arrived around 6:50 PM and was told the wait would be about 30 minutes. We didn't get seated until 7:40 PM. Once we finally sat down, we waited another 20 minutes--and not a single server or manager came by to greet us, take our order, or even offer water. I get that the Rams/49ers game was on and the place was packed, but if the staff knows they're short-handed, why seat multiple parties they can't serve? It felt like we were completely forgotten. Someone from another table asked a young employee with face tattoos if he could get a server for our section. He said, "I got you," but then walked in and out of the restaurant multiple times and never followed up. He completely ignored the request. After waiting with zero service, we decided to walk out. We've been coming to this location for years and usually get decent service, but this was by far the worst experience we've had. Really disappointing. I hope this was just a one-off and that management takes steps to fix these issues moving forward. No one should have to sit through that kind of treatment. read more
