The woman taking the drive-through orders was extremely rude from the beginning. While I was ordering, she kept rushing me and seemed irritated for no reason. She immediately started yelling at the other employees, telling them to hurry up because "this lady needs her food." Her attitude toward me was rude and unnecessary, but what bothered me even more was the way she spoke to the other employees. No employee should have to be yelled at or spoken down to like that, especially in front of customers. I asked for her name, and I believe she said Jesse, Jess, or Jessica. I couldn't hear clearly. She had very short grayish hair. I don't know if she was having a bad day or what the issue was, but there is no excuse for treating customers and coworkers that way. But it was really delicious and I was pretty hungry, so I devoured almost all of it (left some rice, the grilled onions, and the roasted chili pepper).
