Went a little overboard when ordering since it was my first time but I'm glad I did. Ordered a chili cheese burger, chili cheese dog and chili cheese fries. The hotdog was my favorite followed closely by the fries the chili and cheese is the perfect amount for me because I love a saucy meal. We went through drive through and the gentlemen helping was sweet asking if we wanted and ketchup or yellow chilies which I'm glad he did because I love some spice with my meal. I'll definitely be back for a chili dog and fries !

Chili cheeseburger with side of chili cheese fries!

Tommy's has the BEST chili burgers! I've been craving their food for MONTHS so of course they were at the top of my list of places to eat at while visiting my family in Cali. I wish they would expand to other states so people can enjoy their delicious food. But I guess for now they will be a delicacy I can enjoy when I come back to my home state. Go to order is their chili cheeseburger with chili, cheese and onions with a side of chili cheese fries with onions (yes, I love onions!). I'm definitely going to miss enjoying their food since I don't currently live in Cali. But I highly recommend for anyone visiting or living here to try them when they can. Their chili is the best I've ever had!

We happened to be in the area and needed lunch. So we stopped in for Tommy's since it had been a while. We were disappointed, to say the least. First, we noticed how expensive it was. My cheeseburger meal was $15. We paid about $45 for 2 combos, chili fries, and a burger. I would be willing to pay the $45 if the food was worth it. But it wasn't. The cheeseburger was eh. The chili itself was more mushy than with whole beans. I was also sad to see Pepsi products instead of Coke. Despite the food, service was good. The lady at the counter was friendly. Store was clean too. And a side note, their restrooms don't have changing tables. I went to change my toddler and had to have her stand up to change her diaper. I didn't want her to have to lay on that ground.

Finally got to try Tommy's for the first time and I wish I had them sooner! I've known about them for a long time too, damn, where has the time gone?! I tried the chili burger that has tomato, onions and pickles with a good amount of chili-excellent. What a great idea to put chili in a burger. Really changes the dynamics and brings the burger to a different level. The regular fries we shared are thick cut, not oily or too salty and a good amount. Since we biked there, this was a good amount and did not feel overly full or heavy. In n Out is good, but from now on, the next time I'm craving a burger, I'm coming to Tommy's, hands down. They also have other interesting items too like the caliente burger or the chili tamal. Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. Bike racks right outside. Highly recommend!

Go to another Tommy's. Portions here are tiny, like kids' meals for full price! Don't recommend

The Hitch Burger Grill - Upland - 7/9/24 Juicy & delicious, huge mouthful of fabulousness

The Hitch even has a drive thru which is super convenient. The value of the combo meals here are insane - upgrade your entree to a combo anf for like $4 you get a drink and a massive portion of your chosen side. We enjoyed the Sidewinder burger which had a spicy kick and the Texas burger with onion rings and bbq sauce. For our sides, we tried the friend zucchini and tater tots!

The key to a good chili cheeseburger is to either make it easily handled so you can take bites…read morewithout making a huge mess everywhere but still get a fair amount of chili and cheese goodness. Or you abandon all hope of civility and propriety, and just make a pool of chili and cheese and try to contain it in a burger somehow. This last type you definitely want to eat with a knife and fork. What you don't want is somewhere in between--too much chili and cheese to pick up the burger, but not quite enough left over to make you consider a knife and fork. I think that's the problem with the Hitch's version. It was very hard to eat because the chili would look some onto the wrapper but it was still portable enough to never eating it as a meal. The taste was good and I could see why people like it. But I felt kind of unfulfilled after eating it. The onion rings were good but they put so many compared to the burger, at an almost 2:1 ratio. If they had made the burger a bit bigger it wouldn't have seemed that they were skimping out on the main attraction. The service was okay. I didn't feel unwelcome. It just didn't feel like anyone was super helpful--no recommendations, no one checking how I liked everything, and not much banter when ordering. It felt very clinical. The space was nice though. And I was able to read a lot so that was great. I wish it was closer for that reason if nothing else. But since it's not I'm not sure when I'll be back.

Solid food and really friendly, kind, and accommodating staff! Great options for gluten free (GF…read morebun or lettuce bun), vegan, vegetarian diets. They have good portions and reasonable prices. My 6 and 3 year old like their kids meals -- burger, hot dog, chicken tenders, and grilled cheese options. The food always comes out pretty quick, the restaurant is clean, and the people really are so nice.

(Important Note: MOOYAH Burgers [Upland] uses a gimmick to get Yelp reviews. They offer free potato chips for Yelp reviews; be wary of positive reviews. I will upload a photo of this gimmick.) I arrived at MOOYAH Burgers (Upland) on Sunday (around 10AM). Parking is very easy. The lot is big. Although I arrived at opening hours, MOOYAH Burgers only unlocked their doors around 10:10AM. Staff is professional and pleasant. Staff worked hard, and the location felt understaffed. I was the first customer that day, and my food took 11 minutes and two seconds. Fairly slow for a cheeseburger. As mentioned, I ordered the MDC ($10.99). It arrived picturesque. Unfortunately, its appearance was tastier than its ingredients. The buns were toasted and extremely buttery, but they easily flatten like cheap, thrift store hotdog buns. There's no bounce. Then, its meat patties tasted bitter and dry. The best part of this burger was the gooey, well-melted American cheese which desperately tried to distract from all its shortcomings. Regarding ambiance, MOOYAH Burgers (Upland) felt clean and comfortable. The tables are well wiped, and the floors are swept. There's also a restroom in the back. The decor felt sleek and modern. Overall, I had a disappointing experience at MOOYAH Burgers (Upland). The location is not horrible, but it's also not great. At the very least, the burgers make a pretty photo. 3.4 out of 5
