It took about 30 minutes but I did finally get to the front to order two hamburgers with grilled onions and two fries, I also bought a Tshirt! The food was delicious and satisfying as expected and the shirt had a cool design showing various sites in SoCal with In N Out restaurants. However, I wish they didn't put an AI couple in the car on the shirt--kinda creepily realistic, I would've preferred cartoon people. Also the quality of the shirt was not as hoped...more of a plasticky iron on feel than silkscreen. For $20 you'd expect a better product. read more

I usually love coming to In-N-Out Burger, but my visit last Friday was really disappointing. I always order a Double-Double protein style with extra lettuce and tomato, and this time my order was completely off. There was no tomato at all, and instead of "extra" lettuce, I got one small, wilted piece on each side of the burger. To make things worse, the fries were cold and tasted stale, like they had been sitting out for a while. I've come to expect better consistency and freshness, which is why this visit stood out in a bad way. This place is a couple blocks from me, which can be a pain. Pro tip: if you're going south in Indian Hill past the 10, stay in the left lane until you pass it, because the right lane will be backed up with customers. I've never received anything less than a perfect double double and excellent, friendly service from this location in. The 9 years I've lived here. They're happy to give me extra spread, happy to make a grilled cheese For my vegetarian daughter, and happy to give out free hot chocolate to kids on a rainy day. Warning: the drive through is a real fustercluck! They have 2 lines and one guy taking orders in both lines. Both lines curve to the food delivery booth, but the left line on the inside track holds 4 cars and the right line on the outside track holds 6-7 cars. Why is this important? Because, if you are like us and pull in and the guy directs you to the right line, then you get to sit there and watch the person behind you get directed to the shorter left line. The guy behind you in the left line will have his order taken before you and he will drive off with his food while you're still waiting for yours. I felt sorry for the order taker and asked him if he deals with angry customers all day, because of their jacked up lines situation. He said yep, all day long. I usually go to the one located in La Verne (near the Regal movie theater), but this place is closer to where I live. Near Super Kings (Claremont), but this In-N-Out place is located in Pomona (not Claremont). Had a $25 Christmas Gift Card that I kept for years so wanted to use it all up. I ordered the following to-go: - 3 Cheeseburgers (with onion): $3.55 per burger x3 = $10.65 - 3 Fries: $2.10 per fry x3 = $6.30 - 1 Animal Style Fries = $4.30 - 1 Large Drink (Diet Coke) = $2.25 TOTAL WITH TAX: $25.91 In terms of parking, it can be really tricky as it can be very difficult and tight-fitting. There are 2 drive-thru lines but you may also order in the front. Limited seatings outside as well. Waiting time can take forever so be patient since there are A LOT of people ordering and waiting just like you. This place opens at 10:30 and I stopped by VERY early, but it was still crowded and the lines were huge. I wish this location expands their parking structure as it is not spacious. read more

I asked for 3 orders of fries well done to go. Easy and sometimes I don't have to wait long. But this is different. I was waiting for my order number to be called but Alliah, the one in the front window, skipped my order after 30 minutes of waiting. So I asked her about my order and she asked me about my order number. I think she lost my receipt because she kept looking at the receipts on her left side where the receipts were hanging and I saw her peeking at the receipt that I was holding. I have to show it to her a few times. Then I have to wait for another 5 minutes or so just to have the FRIES. It's okay if she gave me an explanation as to what happened to my order/receipt, but nothing. She just continued taking orders from the customers. Then she apologized when she was giving me the food. No explanation, that's it. I was just too tired from waiting that I just grab the bag from her and left. This was not the first time that this happened to me in this location. The only thing about this location in general is the drive through line is a nightmare and the ordering to dine in is not that much better especially Fri--Sun nights. The staff is always friendly and attentive. I definitely do not recommend going during 5pm - on during the weekends. If so expect to wait about an hour they get so slammed (not their fault). It's like having that one person that you can always have a shoulder to cry on, when others are not available. This location can get super busy but it always moves very fast. Driving up to the drive thru lane, there's a lady that comes up to greet you with an in n out mask (for covid-19) ready to great you and take your order. Luckily the line had only 4 cars in front when I was there. I ordered the usual. A number 2 combo - A Double Double with onions and whole grilled onion, french fries, and a coke. Within 10 minutes, I was able to pick up my order and be on my way! The taste, it's consistent, fresh juicy, fast, and a friendly team of staff to help you! Lately the service has been lacking, but I didn't want to jump on Yelp and abruptly give my opinion (My friends and family and I have continuously given our patronage). Items have been forgotten or not provided. Food has not been cooked as ordered. Instead of being met with warmth and friendliness, you may now encounter cold and "busy" customer service. They showed me that on the side of each in n out bag there is a number to call when you are lost in drugs .
