It's true-l'm back! When I'm feeling a little under the weather, nothing provides comfort quite like a Subway Tuna Sandwich. My visit today delivered the friendly, welcoming atmosphere l've become accustomed to. What warmed my heart was witnessing the patience of the young woman assisting two adorable elderly women ahead of me. It looked like a special lunch outing for them, and it's a reminder that a small trip to the sandwich shop can mean a great deal to those who don't get out often. The gentleman who helped me, who l believe is the manager, was as friendly and upbeat as ever. He had a trick-or-treat bucket for everyone to grab a candy! They had fully decorated the store, embracing the Halloween festivities. The service was excellent. I didn't need to ask for "a little more" of anything...the portions were generous and sufficient. I hate to give a bad review but you guys are gonna make someone sick. I was there at 6:30 ordered the subway original sandwich. A young man made my sandwich. I didn't get lettuce and spinach because they looked awful. Wilted and brown. I asked for more onions and peppers and he acted like I asked for his first born. There was another lady and she ordered a salad I wanted to tell her so bad she would be disappointed when she got home. The girl working served her a huge handful of brown lettuce. Subway - Six Inch Turkey on Wheat - Fast Food Near Me - Phoenix, Arizona

Food was ordered online at about 5:30 pm on the Subway.com website. I was sent a confirmation text that the food would be delivered by 5:57 pm. After 6 pm I tried calling the store, no answer. About 6:30 pm, the driver finally shows up and the hot food is stone cold, I handed it back to him and told him to take it back and have it remade. He said it was not his fault as the store did not request a pick up for the food until after 6:15 pm. I called the store again, and Tim the assistant manager answered. I explained what happened and he started yelling at me that he was not issuing a refund, I said I just wanted the food remade and sent back. Still yelling he is telling me that I ordered at 5:20 and he only has 17 minutes to make the order. I told him I was not yelling at him and was not requesting a refund, just that the order be remade please. He said he would not (still yelling). I asked that the manger please give me a call tomorrow, he yelled at me again stating he would not refund me and hung up on me. As of right now, I am out almost $45 and no food. Don't ever order food to be delivered from this location. read more

gone here twice so far and both times the workers were very rude and the sandwiches had hardly anything on them. for $14 per sandwich I'd like more than 4 slices of turkey And a few veggoes. when I asked for a fuller sandwich he said it would be another almost $4 charge. read more

Pretty standard Subway, clean and reasonably efficient staff. What sets this one apart from about ten other ones I've eaten from Surprise all the way through to this area is that they opted to stock the veggie patties. NONE of the other Subways I've tried have these. Which opens up two new items on their menu - the Veggie Patty sub and the Veggie Max salad. I just posted a pic of the latter. I'm quite a fan of the veggie patties, although they're apparently fairly high in sodium. The veggie max salad is just the right size to take the edge off your hunger at lunch and see you through to a 3pm linner. Not many people know about the veggie patty, often the person behind me will look at my sandwich being made and ask me "what sort of meat is that?" *8-) Since I'm not a vegetarian, one day I might try the veggie patty with a coupla slices of meat like ham maybe. Might taste pretty good, especially with the spicy buffalo sauce. Anyway. Five stars. read more

They always seem to have a deal on meatball subs (1.99 6 inch), and the employees really make the subs look nice. We come here once in awhile and are never disappointed. Note - that "sweet onion sauce" or whatever it is - will probably be fine on a 6". It gets a bit cloying after awhile. You've been warned. read more

I'm so excited this Subway carries seafood subs. I have not seen a seafood sub for over ten years. It has always been my favorite sub. The employees here are super friendly and helpful. They even explained how I can sign up for reward points. PS they accept EBT card and open at 7am. read more

Of all the Subways in the area, the owner op's for much higher prices than suggested by Subway cooperate, or from other local valley owners. The service is fair here, but management is so-so. Defiantly an older store, it's pretty retro inside. read more
