I drove to this location and I was a little disappointed. I waited at the drive thru for a few minutes and nobody ever came on to take my order. Maybe the computer just got stuck because not even the AI came on to take my order. We went inside and it was very busy. Our food didn't take long but it was packed to the brim in a tiny bag (I got the 10 castle cheeseburgers) and they left out 1 fry (comes with 2 and 2 drinks) We had to ask for sauces even though I ordered chicken rings. Food wasn't hot... just kinda warm. My sister had to go back inside to get the fries. They didn't ask any questions but why was 2 things left out and the burgers weren't hot... seems like they don't care about that part. They have a lot of workers in the kitchen at once, someone should be able to make sure the order is accurate. Probably won't be back to this location.

Totally expected and was okay with waiting 5 minutes. Wasn't okay with waiting the actual 20 minutes. After checking in with the guy at the register he pulled the ticket and placed it on the line. Never said anything else to me. Apparently he forgot in the time he pulled the ticket to the time he bagged it and put it under the hot lamp. They were still serving other folks who had ordered before I arrived so I assumed it wasn't my order. After 15 minutes and people arriving and getting their food, I asked if the order was ready. Lo and behold it had spent the last 15 minutes under the hot lamp. He also apparently forgot the mozzarella sticks. So they asked if I wanted the burgers now or wait 5 more minutes for the Mozarella sticks. I took the food bc my 4 year old had waited long enough. Get to the coke freestyle, and they're out of napkins and straws. Counters were dirty and could have used some attention. After getting that from the clerk he again forgot I was standing right in front of him when he called out my name for the Mozarella sticks. The burgers were lukewarm, surprise surprise. Overall not impressed. This is the 3rd time I've had subpar service since thy opened. The shine has clearly worn off, and the owner/operator doesn't care about the long term success of this location since they've let it go to hell so quickly.

The second time at the Colonial drive store the gal taking our order was very rude. When I went up to the counter she stood there, no eye contact or smile and I asked her if I could order and she did not respond. She looked up at me with her head tilted. I asked again and asked if she was okay and she said she was tired. So I made my order and said a smile might help you feel better. Other than that a great place, food and service.

It's like a well cooked smash burger with 2 thin patties. I imagine only one patty wouldn't be enough. I'm not a krinkle fry fan because I find them starchy. The line to wait for your food was new, don't mind that, if you have to wait, it's a good system. The special sauce is don't care for. It was like a cheap tzatziki sauce which...to me doesn't go with any of the food there, so that was odd. Sadly for me, it wasn't my favorite and it wasn't some life changing burger or anything and I still don't know why it's called a butter burger. Maybe they cook it in butter instead of oil? No clue. For me, it was your standard fast food taste. I bet the custard is delicious! Looked like a lot of options!

I stopped in after doing some shopping and placed my order online so it would be ready by the time I finished. I ordered the chicken club sandwich and a Dream Bar. It was after 8 p.m. on a Saturday, and the restaurant was pretty much empty. My order was ready ahead of the quoted pickup time, which I appreciated. However, the sandwich didn't quite live up to what I remember. The bread didn't taste as fresh as I expected, and the sandwich was lukewarm instead of warm and toasty like I've experienced at other locations. The Dream Bar was also not quite what I remembered. It didn't have the same richness or taste that made it a favorite for me in the past. I'm not sure if the time of day impacted the quality, but the overall experience just didn't match the Potbelly I remember from Chicago. That said, because I've had great experiences with this brand in the past, I'd be open to giving this location another try. From the outside, the restaurant is pretty unassuming, but if you've spent time eating at authentic Mexican spots, you know that's usually a good sign. Inside, it's small and quaint and honestly feels like you've stepped into someone's home kitchen in the best way. We ordered plain bean and cheese burritos to-go (a true test for any Mexican spot) along with a small order of chips. While waiting about 10 minutes for our food, we loaded up at the salsa bar. We tried four salsas: roasted tomato, enchilada, habanero, and tomatillo, and every single one tasted incredibly fresh and flavorful. Serious salsa bar goals. If I had to rank them, the roasted tomato and tomatillo were my favorites, but honestly you can't go wrong with any of them. Then came the burritos. One bite immediately took us right back to the LA food trucks we grew up with--simple, comforting, and exactly what a good bean and cheese burrito should be. Finally, a bean and cheese burrito that tastes like California. I wish I had taken photos, but honestly... I was too excited and dug right in. Safe to say we'll be back soon. This has officially become our new go-to spot for Mexican takeout. Pro tip: Don't skip the salsa bar--grab a few different ones and experiment.

Food: - Mexico City tacos: including 2 steak, 2 al pastor and 1 carnita. A great taco sampler. Ground beef topping, was ample, refried beans, cheese sauce, and topped with fresh tomatoes, it was super flavourful and yummy. Filling to say the least, recommend to share for 2-3 as a side or even a main! - Fish tacos: grilled tilapia, decided to opt with no rice and beans. Fresh, flavourful and simple. generous portions of fish. Service - friendly, fast and was able to provide us ample time to decide what to eat. Didn't feel rushed, rather inviting. ** there is a fresh self serve salsa station that includes sour cream, guacamole, salsas, hot sauces, onions, cilantro, pico de gallo, and so many other goodies!! Loved how it was self Serve so you can customize your own items the way you want. I like how you can pack away the toppings in to-go containers as well if you're taking food out. **complimentary nachos if you're dining in, a plus! Prior to opening, this establishment has turned over a few times leaving us uncertain if this one would last. Well, i'm glad it did! As you walk in, you're almost always greeted by the kind and friendly staff that they have. I believe it's family owned, which is even more of a plus. The vibe in the establishment gives off an Arizona, desert feel. It's always clean and there are always other people inside. They even have outdoor seating. On this particular occasion, we brought our dogs so my husband and I alternative in to place our order. I ordered the bacon burger. And my husband built his own burger. We sat outside with the dogs and the employee brought our food to us. The fries were crispy, and the burger was absolutely delicious. Mouthwatering. They have a soda machine that you can actually refill your fountain sodas on, which encourages my husband and I to share so we can reduce our soda intake overall. The biggest caveat is the price. It definitely is a little more expensive for a burger place, but I understand the variables based on the location. I also am not resistant in paying it because it is good. That good.

This reads less like a sincere tribute to Native American history and more like a marketing…read moredepartment's fantasy of what Native American history looks like. The opening paragraph is historically simplistic to the point of being misleading. Thousands of years of Indigenous history across two continents are compressed into a cartoon narrative about tribes "taking over" America and earning their place through bravery. Entire civilizations, languages, governments, trade networks, spiritual traditions, agricultural innovations, and cultural achievements are reduced to a generic story about warriors and conquest. The text repeatedly treats hundreds of distinct Indigenous nations as if they were a single culture with a shared identity and experience. The Apaches, Cherokees, Navajos, Cheyennes, and countless others are mentioned almost as decorative references before being blended into one vague idea of "the Indian." Modern scholarship, Indigenous historians, and Native communities themselves have spent decades pushing back against exactly this kind of flattening of Native identity. The deeper problem is that Native Americans appear to function here primarily as a branding tool. Indigenous peoples are introduced, their history is briefly summarized, and then the narrative immediately pivots to selling hamburgers. The text essentially argues that because Native Americans were brave, a burger restaurant can inherit that "warrior spirit" and use it as a brand identity. That connection is so weak that it borders on absurd. The repeated use of terms like "warrior spirit," "warrior cooks," and "bravery" relies on some of the oldest and most overused stereotypes applied to Native Americans. It presents Indigenous peoples primarily as warriors, hunters, and tribal figures rather than as diverse, living communities with rich and evolving cultures. While courage and resilience are certainly part of many Indigenous histories, reducing entire peoples to warrior symbolism is not respect--it is stereotype. What makes this especially concerning is that there appears to be no meaningful connection between the brand and Native communities. Is the business Native-owned? Does it partner with Native organizations? Does it support Indigenous causes? Were Native people consulted in developing the brand? Is there any authentic Indigenous influence on the menu, recipes, sourcing, or business mission? The text offers no indication of any such relationship. Instead, it appears to borrow Indigenous identity, imagery, and symbolism while giving little back to the people whose cultures it claims to celebrate. As a result, the branding can feel less like appreciation and more like appropriation. Native American history becomes a backdrop, an aesthetic, and a source of marketing language rather than something treated with care, accuracy, or depth. The story invokes Indigenous peoples not to educate customers about them, but to create an atmosphere of toughness, adventure, and authenticity around a burger. From a branding perspective, the concept is surprisingly self-defeating. The story spends so much time romanticizing a vague and stereotypical version of Native American history that it never establishes a convincing reason why any of this relates to hamburgers in the first place. The connection feels forced, contrived, and ultimately unbelievable. Rather than strengthening the brand, it raises questions about why Indigenous identity was chosen as the foundation of the business at all. If the goal was to honor Native Americans, the brand should begin with historical accuracy, specificity, genuine relationships, and respect for the diversity of Indigenous cultures. Instead, it presents a romanticized and commercialized version of Native history that exists primarily to make a hamburger sound more exciting. Ultimately, the most difficult question this brand story fails to answer is also the most important one: Why are Native Americans central to the identity of this restaurant? If the answer is simply that concepts like bravery, warriors, and tribal imagery make for compelling marketing, then the brand is not truly celebrating Indigenous cultures--it is using them. That distinction matters, and it is why many readers may find this narrative not only historically questionable, but deeply inappropriate as the foundation of a modern business.
