The problem started as soon as I started ordering! I asked for Italian bread she gives me herb and cheese! W.e cool! I order a flat bread steak and cheese she adds one little portion size of meat and has the whole flat bread the wrong way if that makes sense like a short rectangle rather a long one I said wait mam I'm ordering a flat bread usually they use 2 portions of meat and spread it out the long way! Mind you only the meat and cheese were toasted not the flat bread for some weird reason. As well the steak and cheese was toasted to much the cheese burnt the to nothing my little triangle was gone lol. The young boy starts to build the sandwiches "only mayo on the steak and cheese please" proceeds to add mayo and a whole bed of lettuce lol no sir I didn't ask for lettuce please removed or remake he proceeded to pick every piece of shredded lettuce individually and put it back into the lettuce bucket with mayo stuck to each piece! The tomatoes were disgusting and the end piece should no be considered a slice of tomatoes! The cucumber were so old they were translucent! Just a very bad experience today. I should have told him to stop and start over as a paying customer but I just didn't have it in me. Took my 2 special needs kids to eat here 2 nights ago. I ordered using the app, but I was right outside when I did it. I wanted to ask the sandwich lady to put the cheese on my meatball sub on the bottom so it didn't stick to the wrapper when I opened it. The other girl who was there kept interrupting me and refused to let me talk, which ended up with me asking her in a raised voice to please stop so I could talk. Finally, I was able to make my request. Afterward, I thought I'd be the bigger person and apologized for how I might have come off even though I knew I was right. Instead of accepting the apology, she started mouthing off, saying I had an attitude. We sat down so I could let the kids eat their sandwich while it was warm. The girl called the cops and had us removed, and I was told I can never go back. How is it I can't contact the store manager about this? Come here for lunch. Tourist area so lots of foreigners and it gets pretty busy but plenty of staffs on hand so I never wait long. Subs are always great. Just like most subways its kinda small so if it gets packed might be hard to find a seat!!! read more

My kids and I are down from CT, visiting parents and my middle child insisted we hit up a local subway for lunch today. Being the closest to their house, we ended up here. I knew from the second we walked in that we'd be in good hands since there was a smile on both the workers faces AND a big Subway trophy that said "Subway Top Shop of the Quarter." Give them a top shop of the year, he is SO nice and the woman was too. Doing his job, he was always trying to up sell but in the kindest way (He finally hooked my Dad for extra steak). Turns out, this nice guy was always the owner. I would highly suggest going there for lunch or dinner to get a great sandwich and service with a smile. My Subway-addicted daughter loved the trophy and he let her take a picture with it. He made her Subway day!! We will be back next time we visit! read more

They need to hire more people! But the guy who fixed my subs was doing everything by himself. The lady that cashed us out she was in the back the entire time. So I love Subway sweet tea, I go in today and I'm like hey are you guys going to fill the sweet tea because it was only unsweet they're like no we don't fill it for the rest of the day. It's 1 o'clock in the afternoon you're open until nine, a customer comes in wanting something that you guys have, but you don't serve it anymore after it's gone how much sense does that make? I would've gotten a combo but they didn't have nothing there for me to drink and I went there wanting one specific thing, and they didn't want to make it , so disappointed with the response that I got and how I got it, the black girl and the Spanish girl that were behind the counter. Their attitudes were just so gross, like you wanna customer service you need a little help and you're stuck in a positive direction not a negative one, I asked a question. I'm getting attitude , they're rushing me to order. I'm like I'm not ready yet because my whole flow of what I wanted. Just got messed up, and on top of that there is a bomb in the corner, sleeping on a bench and the Spanish girl that work there with the short black hair today from 1 to 3 in the afternoon was eating an ice cream on top of the cold meats. I know there's a Camera there , I know if the manager of the owner goes and looks at the camera they going to see the Spanish girl eating ice cream in front of everybody like the disrespect I don't care if the cover was on the cold meets you eat that in the back where no one can see you, discretion is key. read more

Do not eat at this place. Manager very rude & unprofessional. When I brought to his attention; the small amount of meat on my steak sandwich. Did not even cover the bread. He handle very poorly. To the point where I was not going to eat something from somebody, that nasty! The customer may not always be right. However, it is alway the customers money that keep the doors open. One time, with three other people in the place, the employee locked the doors 45 minutes before they were closed because she didn't want to have to make more sandwiches. If I could leave a 0 star that would be what I would give. My mother went into this store to order herself and I a sandwich around 3:40pm. Upon going in the store she was not attended right away. Then the gentleman that was supposed to be attending to her stopped making her sandwich to start making sandwiches from an online order that came in. After 5 minutes of being ignored she called for the guys attention so he could go back to assisting her. Since he did not another young lady stepped in to wrap up the sandwich and cash my mother out. After my mother arrived home I checked my sandwich and noticed it was missing bacon but I didn't fuss I put it aside to eat later. When I finally sat to enjoy my sandwich I realized that it wasn't just missing bacon it was missing guac too. I drove back to the store around 5:45pm to ask for them to fix the sandwich. After waiting 25 minutes for them to pull up the receipt the young lady tossed out my old sandwich and made me a new one and told me I had to pay $3.50 for the bacon and guac because the young lady who cashed out my mother cashed out the wrong sandwich as if that was my fault. When asked for a manager I was told that there was not one on duty and I would have to come in the morning.When I asked if they could get a manager on the phone they told me that they had called twice and that they got no response. When asked if they could call again I was ignored completely by all three employees. This was absolutely the worse Subway experience I have had in my life. I will never visit this Poinciana location ever again. read more
