#84 Very generic Wendy's, not much to say about it overall so I'll keep it simple and quick! The staff working when I was here only consisted of two people at peak breakfast time with everyone on the road. When i thought it was my turn the worker left after taking the previous order and disappeared for a bit before coming back and just staring at me without telling me to come over to order. I placed my order and waited overall more than ten minutes for a simple sausage, egg and cheese on a english muffin. The muffin itself was decent however this was more of a biscuit/muffin combo. The sausage was pretty good but a bit peppery. The cheese was melted perfectly and had the right amount as did the egg! A little salty overall as well but a decent quick(ish) bite for the car and road. Place was pretty clean and the worker was wiping stuff down in between each order he took. Not a place I would stop for again in the future, knowing how long it took to get my order this time though. read more

This is a tough one because it's on the turnpike and not a stand alone store. There was a huge lack of customer service here. I don't usually order from a kiosk but even if I did, it was out of order. There were plenty of employees buzzing around and talking but not paying attention to customers. I waited several minutes to be acknowledged and that was to tell me the guy would be up to take my order soon. That never happened so another 4 minutes later, the lady who said that, came back and took my order. I ordered the bacon burger meal. Again, I waited several more minutes for my order. WORST. WENDY'S. ON. EARTH. Can't overstate how disgusted I was at this location. Only 3 employees; they were barely able to help customers between texts and phone calls. Service was the slowest I have ever encountered at a Wendy's. By far. And at least half the orders were incorrect; not in regards to minor issues - but rather - the wrong meals. Customer after customer brought their orders back because they were not what they had ordered (and paid for). I witnessed an employee trying to convince a customer to accept the wrong food, because she "had written it down wrong!" The customer showed his receipt and explained that he had paid for different food, and she reiterated "but I wrote it down wrong." Seriously!?!?! The girl taking orders was awesome, but the heavy set white dude making the food could not possibly go any slower! Huge line, huge waiting list, and not one person worked any faster. Sucks it's the only option. Could use better trading which is usually a management issue! read more

They had plenty of employees that kept their long line moving at a good pace, as well as had the orders ready quickly. I ordered, and told the cashier I was going to get in line and Dunkin as well and he said he would let them know. I was in line at Dunkin and kept hearing my name, so I got out of line to get the order to go back to Dunkin. Not sure really how they can fix that situation. I don't stop at rest areas too often, but I was tired and wanted to let my fiancé drive. I went inside to check out the facilities and grab myself a drink. The restrooms were clean, the general lobby area was also immaculate, they did practice social distancing, and this isn't my dad's rest area. They have definitely modernized, including the selection inside. This wasn't just about Wendy's. This was about the entire facility. read more

There is something about Wendy's chili that I fell in love with many years ago. It is something that I only order during the winter and on a rare cold night. It has the perfect amount of meat, beans tomato taste to the recipe. The chili goes great with the crackers provided, french fries or a baked potato. It's a hearty meal. There are a lot of copycat recipes that claim to come close to the secret recipe but there is no comparison. After not eating all day my husband ordered a Bacon Double Stack and a Crispy Chicken Sandwich. He devoured both and was sufficiently stuffed afterwards. Worst service ever! I have been in-line for 30mins and still not at the counter to order - really!? One order taker; how is this customer service??? The Jalapeño Bacon had NO jalapeños ---- NONE not even one --- they forgot my daughters fries and the baconator fries --- well save your money and don't order it !!! Below average service & the food was even worse. Food wasn't fresh & soggy fries. This location costs a lot more than regular locations & they DO NOT accept Wendy's coupons (doesn't matter if on the mobile app or printed). Do not go to this location. Complete waste of money. Not to mention the lady passing out the food had a mask on that only covered her mouth & she kept pulling her mask up to cover her nose with the same hand she uses to pass out food. read more

Yelp hours are wrong. they are open 7-7 through the week and 7-8 on Saturday and Sunday. they were quick and the foot was good. no complaints. read more

Dara is the absolute worst employee I've come in contact with. I also work in fast food (Burger King) so I know it is hard to deal with some customers but the fact I did nothing wrong is infuriating. She was rude and practically threw my receipt at me when I barely even said two words to the girl! She even took off her mask numerous of times ! It is so hard to get a job right now at least give it to someone who deserves one! read more

The lady at the front can't spell names, she most likely did not graduate high school. The fries are not crispy and hot like said on the bag. The burger is horrible and I was charged for an extra quarter pounder. read more

The Wendy's at the Florida turnpike was awful. Employees were very rude when my son tried to make his order of 5 large burger Pattie's that are $1.29 each. The employees at this Wendy's are the most rude, especially Dara. I know times are hard right now but still, you should know better you work in customer service. Your taught to have a positive attitude even when a customer is difficult. No only did she pull her mask down to talk to us but she scooped our fries with no gloves and touched the inside of my cup with no gloves again! Ridiculous! Especially in a time like now with the disease cutting corners is not the way to go, putting gloves on takes 2 seconds. Please enforce gloves and masks and maybe put Dara in the back if she can't do her job. read more

Don't waste your money here. They over charge and give you less food than a normal Wendy's. I ordered a full salad (which is the only size you can order here) and they gave me a container that was half empty with a couple pieces of chicken, what would normally be a half of a salad at a regular Wendy's. They said that's the portion size they give there. I quickly returned it and left. read more
