I don't normally review fast food places. However, in a moment of weakness and hunger, I went to this Burger King for an original chicken sandwich. Quite honestly, I wasn't expecting much. I ordered an original chicken sandwich, churro bites, and a Coke I had to wait a little extra Time. I'm assuming for them to make the churro bites. They came out and brought me my order and let me tell you what the chicken sandwich that I received was picture perfect. Everything on the sandwich look like a commercial. Even the wrapping of the chicken sandwich was done perfectly.The churro bites were hot and delicious, and they even threw in an extra bag of fries because I had to wait. Whoever is working today, April 8th 2025 at 2 PM. Kudos to you! You guys are doing a great job the sandwich and the churro bites were amazing not to mention the free fries. The only reason I didn't give you five stars is because you forgot to put napkins in my to go bag and I really needed them after eating that delicious sandwich. read more

I haven't been to this BK in at least 2yrs because it has always been slow, with bad service, mediocre food, and filled with employees with bad attitudes. Sunday's visit was no different. When we pulled into the parking lot, we saw the drive-thru backed up and decided to go inside. Not any quicker. The order was placed in the kiosk, no issues there - this is the only reason they got the "one star". The order was placed @ 12:52pm, but we did not receive the food until 1:35p - almost an hour wait. The order was missing the Maple Bourbon Whopper Jr. It took several attempts to get the managers attention... I know she heard me, but was ignoring me on purpose. I mentioned I was missing the burger, and they made a regular Whopper Jr. instead of the special. Her attitude was like it was my fault . I didn't want spit on my food, so decided to just take it and leave. This BK needs to be stripped of its franchise and shut down. Or management needs to step in. Also, the quality and quantity for the price paid is ridiculous, the sauce packets were as big as the Whopper Jr. I think this will be my last time eating a BK. read more

I have very low expectations for fast food, especially in Poinciana, but when I order a cheeseburger I do expect it to actually have cheese on it. Today we worked really hard and didn't have time to eat all day so we only had a few minutes to finally grab food. When I went back to the desk and asked for a piece of cheese it turned into a huge ordeal with three people arguing about queso for a solid minute before I finally told them to forget about it. I ordered a burger to go with fries. I drive back home and when I removed the wrapper, they put the hamburger in a hotdog bun. I drove back and they told me that the reason they did that was because they ran out of the hamburger bun. Inexcusable as that is something you should tell someone ahead of time before ordering. I usually don't frequent Burger King because there's nothing there that I want but with the announcement of the impossible whopper, I had to go. The whopper was great. I got the impossible whopper & a normal whopper to compare. I could barely tell the difference. The vegetarian patty was thicken than the actual meat patty. Where do I begin. To be fair Burger King enterprises as whole has terrible customer service, but this location has to be trying to win some sort of "worst fast food ever prize ". Unfortunately my child wanted to go after a Walmart run. Please and I say this with Love, please go somewhere else. Sonic, Zaxbys and Popeyes are within a block and highly recommended. I have been to this location (against my will) previously and they never even once, once, had good service or decent food. I went to this Burger King today craving a perfect Whopper with bacon, and my wife craving and impossible Whopper with cheese onions and lettuce only. It has been months since we visited a Burger King do to poor service in the past and our orders always being wrong. Today was no exception. I actually went inside to order with a customer service representative. I ordered two regular Whoppers with everything on them plus bacon and one impossible Whopper with cheese lettuce and onions only. Also two large orders of fries. I paid for the extra bacon and my total came to just under $20. The customer service representative even repeated my order back to me for 100% verification. When I got home I found that I had an impossible Whopper with everything under the sun on it and two regular Whoppers with no bacon which I paid for the extra bacon. Also one of my large orders of fries was only halfway full. This is the same reason we stopped coming to Burger King. As I work in the fast food restaurant industry myself as a district manager your company will continue to lose customers based on very simple mistakes that can make or break somebody's dinner. I tried to call the location and speak with the manager but the phone number listed is disconnected and there is no way to call the restaurant whatsoever. This is completely ridiculous and I would like a full refund or at the very least compensation for the $20 I just spent and the 20 minutes I spent to get this simple order. Absolutely ridiculous. If no stars was a thing, or negative stars is definitely what this location needs! I placed 2 mobile orders for pickup this past Monday 5/24 around 10pm. The receipts said to pickup before location closing at 12am. When my husband and I arrived the employees were all sitting outside, and there was a cone blocking the drive-thru. Location lights off like their closed. We asked were they closed, they told us yes. One of the employees sitting outside said the manager had closed early. He didn't know why. He reassured us that if no one fulfilled the order that the payments on my apple pay would not process. Well, they did process and I needed 2 refunds for mobile orders that I never received. Called the number on the ereceipt for the location, and you get a recording saying it isn't a workable number. Go on the app, no options for "never received order, need refund". So, I had to Google the corporate number. Tell them the whole story and I am still having to wait on my refund. And this isn't the 1st problem I've had with this location.
