I stopped in to pick up something for dinner the other night and for the first time and recall memory my order was not prepared properly. I placed my order in the app for pick up and was really looking forward to my meal. Place in the order was relatively easy and my only complaint about the app was that I could not get my jalapeños grilled. It's one of those things that you can order in the location and I have witnessed quite a few people doing it. I had a fairly simple order with a little bacon cheeseburger and a little fry. I customized my burger in the app, place my order and headed over to pick it up. When I arrived at the restaurant, there were quite a few people working, but only a couple of customers in the house. There was one couple placed in an order when I arrived, and I waited to get someone's attention to see where I would get my order from. There was some sort of a management person in the house, stirring things up and telling everyone what they needed to do. I believe this might be where the breakdown was with my order. When someone did check with me, I told them I had an order for pick up and they asked what name it was under. They walked down to the end of the counter and I followed. They picked up a bag which was freshly made, and had just had the fries added to it. The young lady told me that she had just finished my order and handed it to me and thanked me. I grabbed some peanuts on my way out. An employee who was cleaning offered if I wanted a separate bag for the peanuts which I declined. They then opened the door for me, which was a nice gesture. I hopped in my car in and took the long drive home. When I got home, I opened the bag and tossed my fries in my air fryer to warm them up. I realized they changed the packaging on the french fries but they still don't skimp on the amount they give you. My burger was still nice and hot and I set it aside on a plate till my fries are ready. Imagine my disappointment when I opened my burger and realized there was a mushroom on it. I didn't order mushrooms because I don't like mushrooms. When I opened the burger up to check, I discovered there were a lot of mushrooms on it. Thankfully, I was able to remove them all and still enjoy my burger. Everything else was correct and I checked the slip that was included with my order and sure enough there was no listing for grilled mushrooms on the slip or on my online receipt. I did notify the company who offered to send me a gift card if I would just confirm my email address I did this and of course heard nothing back from them. It's not like they're gonna lose me as a customer, but I will be much more wary to use the app to place orders from now on. The restaurant itself was very clean and well lit. There are accessible spaces near the entrance, but the entrance is not accessible. Thankfully, either are usually employees around who will get the door if somebody needs assistance or not in some cases. As I stated at the beginning I believe this is the first time a Five Guys has really messed up in order on me so I will be back. They do make some truly excellent food. read more

08/2025 Rating: 5.0 We love this place. This location was bit hidden from the main road, which was good for us because we got all the parking and the restaurant to ourselves. We were greeted as soon as we entered the door and the staff behind the counter were wonderful as well. Another gentleman passed by and asked how everything was do customer service was really on point here. We ordered one double and one single with cheese, fries and drink. Everything was delicious per usual. I wish that the fries were a little bit more an the crispier side but it was delicious nonetheless. The restaurant was clean, especially the rest room. The dining area is huge and could accommodate huge parties which is perfect for this tourist area. read more

Five Guys is one of those more expensive but great burger! The Bacon Cheese burger was very tasteful! The fries, I have a love/hate relationship. Although more on the greasy side, it's still taste good, specially when you add the malt vinegar. The service was good and quick. The ambiance is very clean diner style kind of place. What a friendly Five Guys to walk into. I was greeted as soon as I walked in, and my order was quickly put together. There was a bit of a delay due to a fresh order of French fries being made. Prices have slightly gone up but so have everything else lols My favorite is the Little Bacon Cheeseburger with A1 sauce, lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, and grilled mushrooms YUMMY! Remember the toppings are unlimited so you can load them up :p A regular sized French fries is good for 2-3 people they give you so much! If you have been to a 5 Guys, you know what you are getting into... but this location is one of the best ones in the area if you have that craving. Their menu is simple and delicious. Burgers, dogs, fries. Their burgers are excellent and come with a wide range of toppings. Their dogs are also grilled to perfection. Fries are hand cut and great, but make sure to get the Cajun if you want decent flavor. Everything is served in a brown paper bag that you rip into. Delicious! This location is larger than most, cleaner than most and friendlier than most. They also have shakes which I haven't seen at all locations. read more

Mom was craving a greasy burger sonwe decided to hop into Five Guys for lunch. The cashier quickly greeted us and took our order. Mom chose a little bacon cheeseburger (code for single), a little order of fries (small) and a drink and I decided to try the cheese hotdog. They have a giant selection of toppings so I added grilled onions and mom chose grilled onions, mayo.and mustard. We grabbed some complimentary peanuts and took a seat. After a quick wait our order was ready served up in their familiar brown paper bags. All the sandwiches are wrapped in foil and your cup of fries overflows into the bag so trust when I say a little sized fry goes a long way. The fries are cut fresh daily and they always post where they are shipped from, today's potatoes were from Farm in Idaho. Her burger was cooked to perfection as was my hot dog. I would definitely try another one, just wish they had a chili dog as I am not as big on bacon as I once was. Terrible service, I ordered online for pick up and they shut the door in my face at 11:00 pm. Then proceeded to ignore me knocking and pointing to my already payed for completed order on the to go shelf. If the store was empty then I would understand but they were still dropping fries and cooking burgers for the customers sitting in there EATING!!! When we went there was no line to place an order and only a couple customer waiting for their ordered food. We both ordered regular sized burgers and split a regular sized fry. We love Five Guys. First time at this location, and fortunately the burgers were as good as we have had them elsewhere. The fries were excessively salty, but I am sure that's just a personal thing. We had peanut butter milkshakes which were just ok, no real taste of peanut butter. Service was quick and ingredients were fresh. My reason for 3 stars is the cleanliness of the restaurant. Tables were not cleaned after patrons would leave, there was food and trash on the floor, the trash cans were so full we could barely put our trash in them. Highly disappointing. The staff was very friendly and the place looked very clean. I'm not able to eat hamburgers myself, but I picked up lunch for my department here. The grilled cheese I ordered was a bit bland, but everyone liked their burgers. I give them a lot of credit for being very orderly and the food being freshly prepared. Everything was done EXACTLY as ordered. The fries are giant and they toss in extras for good measure. That was a hit. The bad part is the fries were so greasy they went through the bag and I had to clean my seats of oil after I got back to the office. I have leather seats, so it wasn't difficult. Went in for lunch with a friend. Sat outside and there were three Five-Guys employees taking a break. Two of them at a table, and the third one seating alone. As we started eating out food, the employee seating by himself got up and let go a huge burp. How freaking disgusting is that? So happy to have Five Guys open in Celebration. Finally I don't have to drive all the way across town for these delicious burgers and fries. So far this location has surpassed expectations, and deliver service and food slightly better than other locations I have been to in Central Florida. I also like that this dining room has booths and not all tables and chairs like most of the locations. Five Guys: Hit or Hype? I'm probably the last carnivore in America to have not had a burger at 5 Guys, so when my in-laws took me there, I was keen to see if they were indeed the best burger around. THE ROSES: Bright, attractive dining space, done in a white and read color palette that's evocative of 1950s diners. Fries are very tasty, and perfectly seasoned. Burger patties appear to be hand-formed from fresh ground beef. Prices are very reasonable for what you're getting. THE THORNS: The constant hyping of their product. Around the restaurant, the only decor are reviewer's quotes and reprints of newspaper and magazine reviews telling you how great 5G burgers are. The burgers, to be honest, are anything but spectacular. They cook their beef on a steel griddle, and I found my patty to be dry. It was hard to pick out any distinctive flavor in the burger itself by virtue of all the toppings and sauce. The dining space was also very loud and chaotic. The fries are a bit limp and greasy, and would'nt fare well if you tried to eat them too long after purchase. THE VERDICT: Is Five Guys the best burger place? Certainly not. My club, for example, puts out a superior burger which is thicker, has a delicious char-grill taste and aroma, is dressed any way you want comes with sides for $10, and you don't have to rub elbows with hordes of theme-park tourists (and we don't post signs everywhere declaring how great our burgers are). OTOH, taken on its own merits, 5Gs is just fine. They replicate the way a burger joint used to be in 'greasy spoon' diners from coast to coast before Ray Kroc brought his vision of mass-marketed consistency to the scene and changed the burgerscape forever. I think what makes 5G a draw is it's perceived uniqueness. McDonalds killed the greasy spoon diners with its consistent quality, and now, for generations of people who've grown up with Mickey D's, familiarity breeds contempt, and now they revel in the novelty of the inconsistently formed and assembled 'faux-diner' that 5Gs and its kin serve. Five guys is the place to go for your guilty pleasure. It has unlimited toppings so you can load up your burger however much you like. They're also known for using peanut oil with their fries, which makes them delicious! I ordered the BLT last time I went & it was stuffed with crispy bacon. I love this place.. This is the greasy sloppy kind of burger I love. If you love that kind of stuff this is the place to go. My tummy not so much but still worth it. The restaurant is in a strip mall next to a bank of America, nature's table and a phone store. When you walk in, you immediately notice that everything is red and white. Cute design in the tiling. The restaurant was open and airy upon walking to the register there is piles of bags of peanuts and paper trays to scoop the free peanuts into. They offer single burgers and double burgers. I always go for the single. There are several of the usual toppings such as lettuce, tomatoes, cheese. They have grilled onions and mushrooms which are amazing. They also offer BBQ sauce and A1. Always, always get the small fries. It is a small cup but I don't think they even worry about filling it, as they put your order in a brown paper bag and then funnel the fries on top of the order. Always too many fries. The fries are fresh cut and salted perfectly. They are cooked in peanut oil. By the register it lists the farm that the potatoes came from. The tables all looked clean when we were there, as did the soda/ice tea section. Like the cut lemons for the tea. Bathrooms looked very clean to me. We did pay a good amount for our food but I felt it was well worth the money for what we had. Freshly cooked not sitting around. Good and hot stuff. They also serve kosher hot dogs with all the normal hot dog toppings. That will be our next trip. The staff greeted us when we entered and even held the door open for us.
