I can't say enough how much I feel like home when I walk through the door. Each and every time i come, from the seaters to the servers, I feel like a family member being welcomed home. On this last visit, a server I have her many times stopped when she saw me and checked up with me since she hasn't seen me in a while. I am also a an observer of the world around me since I tend to dine out alone more now and I watch the interactions and everyone is constantly on the move checking on not only their tables but eachothers as well. It's so refreshing to see that kind of customer service. Food quality is always important to me and I have always had consistent meals. I love the seasonal offerings, my favorite is the blueberry lemon cornbread when it comes around in the winter/spring and I'm so happy I'm here for it on the final day. I had a business lunch, and this is where it had to be at. To be honest and fair to this review, I am probably one of First Watch biggest critics. Was the service good? Yes, it was. Did I like my sandwich, I hated it. I took a few bites of the bread, and it subsequently fell apart. This was all because it was stale. Needless to say, after three bites, I had to eat it without bread. If First Watch is your thing, then feel free to eat here. Stopped in for brunch while visiting my daughter. It was pretty packed for a Tuesday early afternoon which surprised me. The waitress said it's a pretty popular spot and can get busy on the weekdays. I ordered the avocado toast and was pleased with the amount of avocado but the EVOO was a bit much. It was sitting on top of my avocado instead of blended in. We ordered the blueberry lemon cornbread for the table and it was the star of the show. Delicious! So warm, soft, and satisfying. I could have eaten that alone with a cup of coffee. My daughter ordered the smoked salmon benedict which was good but one of the eggs was overcooked. Not a good look. I've been craving a good brunch out for a while and decided to try First Watch, and definitely was a solid choice! Our server was amazing despite how busy she was and was extremely attentive. She recommended the Barbacoa Breakfast Tacos to me and they were super filling and tasty. The eggs were cooked perfectly and over all had a nice balance from the spicy of the beef and the avocado and crema. I got my tacos with a side of potato, which I thought could have been cooked a little longer because I prefer my potatoes to be crispy. I also order the Honey Caramel Crunch iced coffee and it was sweet and delicious - my boyfriend said it tasted like a milkshake. This place tends to be crowded. We had about a 30 minute wait to be seated. One of the people in our party had the Bacon, Egg, and Cheese sandwich and couldn't stop talking about how good it was. Everyone else had fairly standard breakfast orders. Everything came out hot and fresh and the staff were always in the move trying to keep the customers happy. Stopped in for breakfast while in town. I got something from their holiday menu - the cinnamon chip pancake breakfast. It was a cinnamon pancake and I got scrambled eggs and bacon with it. The portions were large and the flavor was excellent. My friend tried some of my pancake and actually ended up eating 1/2 of the whole thing because they liked it so much haha! There was a 30 minute wait around 11 am for brunch time on a Friday but we sat at the bar since it's first come first served. Our brunch experience started with a chair that was wildly out of balance and the waitress did not want to go and get a better chair. Things went downhill from there. It took forever for the food to arrive about 45 minutes. Then one plate was warm and hot and the other plate the food was cold , couldn't find our waitress. She did not come back for about 10 minutes. We had to ask another waitress, who did take the cold plate back to be reheated. But when it showed up the sausages were cold clearly had not even been warmed up. Hash browns were fresh and hot though which was wonderful. The eggs were lukewarm and the toast was not warm the butter was not melting. I did have to get myself another chair once the neighbors got up to leave. Even the bus boy was sullen and was slamming everything around, as people were leaving the restaurant after the morning brunch rush. We haven't been back to this restaurant in about a year because last time it was not that great. First Watch in Arizona was good and we keep waiting for it to be good here in the Orlando area. The salad that came with my Bocado omelette was literally just lettuce didn't even look like there was any dressing on it just lettuce. The place is located in a new strip; the place still looks very good, and you don't smell grease when you walk in. It smells like a nice home-cooked breakfast. They did have a side area open and lately in Florida there's lots of gnats so there was some fliers near us and the food. Not very enjoyable. We were a big party, so it was nice that we were seated down fairly fast for how busy it was. When it comes to food, we got the superfood kale salad. This was nice and very refreshing. Everything went well together besides the bread. Did set that aside and just enjoyed a nice salad. The dressing was not to over powering so you are able to enjoy all the toppings. A plus is that they put the perfect amount of stuff that every bite was good. The Carne Asada Hash was very well prepared it's a plate you can share. Potatoes were nicely done had a nice crisp but soft core. Vegetables fresh. Now the Parmesan prosciutto toast this was not the best. Looked like something from Boston but not with snow but cheese you can't even see the toppings toast was a bit soggy I guess because the cheese chocked out everything. Not enough ham nor egg. It does not go so good together. When it came to service I think our server was not having a good day I think ( for this reason I won't name her) she seems to not like the bus girl. She was not someone you can even ask a question without getting a crappy answer. We got our food good but even when we brought up the fact the my daughter got bacon and not sausage her response was that not all the food was out that maybe it will come in another plate.( never came in another plate). I got the avocado toast. Some of the best toast I ever had and the egg whites were amazing and the bacon was so crunchy and filling.

Food was good. They have a Heart Healthy section for those who are conscious about their diet. Surprisingly the coffee was very good for a restaurant. I really can't say that for most places. The service was excellent people were polite and friendly. There is also plenty of seating so no need to worry about standing up. There is also plenty of parking. The bacon was crispy yet so soft in taste, and has the right consistency of seasoning. The eggs were sort of bland, but with salt they went well, the potatoes were good, and the toast was very soft and fluffy! But... the pancakes. Were awesome! They were very easy to just cut through and eat, they were life eating a cloud! A chocolatey round cloud. If you have kids and they want the pancake, just... think about it. I've noticed that apparently, I was the only one to finish my pancake in the family! So, just be careful The service was pretty nice, sure... maybe a bit mishaps here and there, and I won't say names. But they're getting paid like 6 dollars an hour, so I just let them be. While staying at Disney springs before heading to the theme parks with the family and friends, we went to First watch for brunch. Place had plenty of parking and we were greeted by kind hostess. There is outside seating as well but we had enough of the hot weather so decided to sit indoor. High ceiling and and the rustic interior had an great ambiance. We got a table fairly quick and ordered the avocado toast with egg, Belgian waffle with scrambled egg, frittata rustica and Tomato basil with grilled cheese toast. With no exception, everything tasted great. You can never go wrong with fresh raw material. Everything was fresh and the smell the texture was all perfect. Our staff had I guess too many guest to juggle with so small error in delivery can happen, but not a biggie! On the other hand, our friends got their plate with potatoes that may have been soaked in salt, so much that that must have been a mistake. In a hurry to get to the park they didn't bother to complain. So all in all, I will recommend First watch and will def go there again because of the ambiance and for the fresh flavor. read more

Second time at a First Watch and just as good as I remember it! A great brunch spot with lots of variety. Eggs, bacon, pancakes, sandwiches, and more. They also have different drinks other than juice and coffee, and they even offer alcoholic versions. Loved the purple haze drink we ordered. The avocado toast really had a hearty amount of avocado and the egg sandwich was delicious. We came around noon on a weekday so it wasn't too busy. Got seated right away and our food came pretty quick. But as with most brunch spots, it gets busy on weekends. The restaurant has a chic modern farm vibe which makes it feel really welcoming.
