    Steak tacos
    Jessilyn C.

Just because we were lazy, didn't want to leave the resort, we resorted to this place right next to the pool. We were very hungry, but wanted something light because we were going to have a big dinner. I got the steak tacos, my husband got the mahi tacos. You get two each. 1. No flavor 2. Chips stale 3. It was cool. Not even warm. Not sure why since my husband got it right away from the cafe, then brought it a few feet away to me lounging by the pool. We ate them anyway because we were hungry, and I justified it by saying it's not Mexico, San Diego or L.A., so it's fine. Well no it's not fine. Please don't serve subpar food to your guest at Hilton Grand Vacations!!! I would've said 1 star, but I Feel like being generous, plus the customer service was ok. Not over the top like I've been trained when I worked for Disney in the hotel/travel department. Then again, it's not a Disney property. It's ok, dining at Disney Springs for dinner, made up for the not very good tacos.

1/2 an order of fish n chips

Food wasn't bad for a hotel. We ordered Ed the nachos and fish n chips for my son and I. We told them we were splitting the fIsh and chips, so tHey would plate 1/2 on each plate. When they brought it out, I reminded them we only ordered one, the waitress said that is one order! (that's how big it was!). The nachos were good and full of meat. Only negative was the waitress did not know how to make change. This was a solid place to eat and I would eat here again, especially if staying on this property. Morning note, the green nachos made my poop green! (TMI)

Amazing food! We ordered so much food and it didn't take long to prepare ! The food was fresh and delicious ! Love the chicken sandwich and the truffle fries ! And they had ice cream melts so delicious ! The cashier who took our order was so sweet and patient too!

Service can be slow at times but you get to watch your kids or other loved ones splash around in the pool while eating. Chocolate cake and caramel cheesecake are pretty good though there was much salt in the salted caramel. Pork belly appetizer is good but sometimes too dry and I would not eat the goat cheese romesco again. Mussels were ok with my two boys who are mussel experts but they said the broth was too fishy and very little of the flavor you would normally expect. Chicken wing appetizer is pretty big so it is good for sharing. The calamari was pretty standard but a touch salty. Overall comparable with a poolside restaurant and the convenience of not having to get dressed and drag the kids out of the water

I found this place on Yelp looking for some French food since I was too full on this trip to go to the French pavilion in Epcot and I was craving French brunch. This place was great. I got the lunch combination with a choice of soup or salad (I opted for soup du jour, which was a tomato soup) and the Croque madame. I paired my meal with the seasonal selection of matcha, the blueberry Matcha. Service was pretty quick and the food and drink were amazing. Croque Madame was cheesy and delicious with a yummy runny egg. The matcha was sweet and had the blueberry flavor from the whipped cream. The tomato soup was savory, creamy, and with tomato flavor and came with two slices of baguettes, which were great to dip up the soup. If I'm ever back in Orlando I would 100% make a stop by here again.

You order at the counter, grab a table, and they'll bring the food out to you. We got the Croque Madame with the soup du jour (broccoli cheddar) and a potato bacon quiche. The Croque Madame was tasty/crispy and the soup was flavorful but the quiche was quite bland. I added salt, pepper, and ketchup to give it more flavor. Staff was friendly and our food came out pretty quickly. We enjoyed the ambiance and the decor did transport us to France. This is a local spot worth trying because they have unique options than your typical Denny's/Ihop type breakfast.

It's a small hole-in-the-wall type of restaurant with a cozy atmosphere, and they can accommodate large groups, but keep in mind it's first come, first served, so we did have to find our own seats. Our group had 6 people, and once seated, everything went smoothly. We ordered the original avocado toast, huevos rancheros, 2 kids breakfast platters with chocolate milk, burritos, monte cristo, breakfast classic, a hot matcha latte, and orange juice. Everything came out hot and fresh, and everyone in our group enjoyed their meals. The customer service was on point the entire time, and the staff made us feel welcomed. My coffee and scramble were delicious. I also decided to add on a warm strawberry and cheese pastry . The scramble was keto friendly which was awesome. I would def come back here again everyone's food looked great and we had no complaints at all. The customer service was Awesome!

It was bagged nicely and well organized. The omelette was a generous sized portion with plenty of tender chicken, peppers, and cheese. There was salsa to add a bit of flavor, but it tasted that it was made in New York City (if you remember that commercial ;) ). The white toast was soft and buttery, and the potatoes were good. My mom enjoyed the banana pecan waffles, and I took a couple bites as well. It was sinfully sweet and enjoyable, especially the bananas. And I must say the coffee was so good, it was even better than the Juan Valdez coffee that I make at home. Since I didn't visit the restaurant, I can't comment on the atmosphere. But I believe the service is excellent because they nicely packed all items and kept it organized. I definitely need to take my family to this restaurant. It…read moreshares some elements of Peruvian and Colombian but uniquely their own with influences dependent on location. So, while on a road trip, I decided to seek out Ecuadorian food and found Cafe Pinton in Orlando. Being new to the restaurant, were unsure of how service was and so were offered at the counter but later observed that regulars simply took a table and were approached by the young lady at the counter who took their order. However, there were others who did the same as we did and ordered at the counter before finding a table. Being familiar with Ecuadorian cuisine and married to a first generation Ecuadorian American, the menu was easy to understand. For starters, we started with the Bolon Mixto. This was served with a meat based side sauce and hard-cooked Sunny side up egg. The Bolon was moist and tasty. The accompanying sauce was a nice topping for the Bolon and together with the egg, a complete meal. The fusion marinara or shrimp and fish ceviche was wonderfully refreshing in the citrus marinade. Add in crumbled plantain chips and you have another winner. Finally was the seco de chivo. The host was moist, tender, and nicely flavored. The balance of seasonings was on point. Why four stars and not five? The prices. Because it is hard to come by good Ecuadorian in Florida, after the initial shock, we committed to simply enjoy the food.

Floors were plastic LVP and tables were all light wood and close together, but it was very clean. I had the Seco de pollo which was pretty good, but it would have been better with more onion salad, limon, aliño, and cilantro. The onions were very good. The menu said it came with potatoes, but it came with plantains and avocado, which was a plus. If we had just ordered the Seco de Pollo, water, and shared it, I would have rated it a 4. I ordered naranjilla juice, one of my favorites in Ecuador, but the frozen pulp brand used is one that has an off flavor and the drink was served more like an icee. Most brands of frozen mora are good, so that may be a better route if you decide to try the juice. The salchipapas were nothing like pictured. The fries were just frozen crinkle cut fries, which had a school cafeteria texture. There was no onion salad on top either. My daughter ate just a couple of bites. She ended up getting sick on the way home. The total was just over $45. Too overpriced for lunch with plastic cups. Replacing the canned soda displayed up front with Ecuadorian Coca Cola in glass, fiora vente, and other Ecuadorian sodas, having more Ecuadorian decor and even chonta wood tables, and Ecuadorian TV/music would add better ambiance than AI screen savers. The service was slow, with drinks not coming until our meal was served and I had to get up to get the check. I mentioned how the fries were terrible, but didn't receive a response at all. Florida needs more Ecuadorian restaurants, but with great options like daily almuerzos with the many amazing soups, pinchos with garlic/cilantro mayonnaise, chicken/pea/carrot empanadas (Ecuador has amazing empanadas that are nothing like the empanadas pictured on this page), Parrilladas, and even volquetero.

I've literally never seen an asian bakery offer some of the items they have. Beyond that, they also have a full service menu of dim sum items and soups. The service is so insanely good that I felt influenced to buy more. They literally got me. They're located at 8231 S John Young Pkwy on the far end of Orlando. They've been featured on a couple of food bloggers pages and social media. So I got a lot of things. I mean it's a bakery. I am never ever going to walk out with just one item. If you see that happening, it's not me. My favorite item that I got was their snow bread. They have rotating seasonal flavors. I was able to try their pistachio one, but the classic truly is their best seller for a reason. Their snow bread is a well baked piece of bread that is filled with a cream cheese mixture and then covered in powdered sugar. It doesn't sound that complicated and I'm not sure if they've unlocked some secret recipe or ratio, but it's literally so freaking good. Snow bread is a 10/10 for me. Beyond that, I also tried their walnut toffee mochi cookie. This was good, but I wish there was more toffee in it. This was a 8/10 for me. I also go their banana bread, which is shaped like a banana and filled with a banana custard. This was a 8/10 for me. The last item I want to write about is their bread pudding. This item is behind the counter and refrigerated. It was good, but I think I wish it was served with a toffee or salted caramel instead of chocolate syrup. This was a 8/10 for me. I think I spent about $30 total and it was worth it. I would go back and willingly spend that much over and over again. I think more people need to go and try them. It's a bit of a drive but worth it. The space inside is very cute and gives me the feeling of Kiki's Delivery Service. 10/10 overall rating and I will be back.
