I still try and limit myself to a couple visits a month. But I think they have had an ownership change a year or so ago. And it certainly did change the seemingly effortless, unempathetic costumer interactions many of these type of restaurants employees fall into often enough. I know it is only McDonald's, but there are many who would feel blessed to have just that opportunity. That would be something I'd like to see taught both individually and as a whole from not just This location, but in other McDonald's and in other food service businesses as well. Always has large drinks for $1...and they have the best sweet tea... I would also like to see a return to the super fine grain McDonald's salt, anyone over 16 or so can certainly remember their salt packets.

They may have been a little overloaded but got everything right and made sure we were happy. They're running a deal right now where you get a free drink with a meal, so that was a nice bonus. The biscuits and gravy were some of the best we've ever had! The hot honey chicken biscuit was great and my youngest son was in love with the biscuits too. My oldest had the French toast and also loved it. The iced coffee is Carabello's and it was great (we got vanilla). The prices are fair and portions big. We will return for lunch!

I really like Wendy's chili, its supposedly made out of the burger patti's - I've heard rumors that it's Wendy's practice to use leftover or overcooked patti's to make the chili - rumors you know but it still tastes good. The spicy chicken sandwich is one of my favs too - Burger Kings version just put some spicy sauce on their sandwich that was a bit disgusting. Wendy's actually has the flavor and heat in the breading and sandwich itself - it's got a little kick and is quite good. Had only 1 issue in a number of visits over the past few years where I didn't get a burger I ordered from the drive thru - managed to catch it before leaving the parking lot. Went back in and the manager apologized and tossed in an extra cheeseburger for my trouble. I doubt that is standard practice but made a happy customer and shows service and the customer experience is important to them. I have not had really any other issues.
