Arrived at 11:45am and went to check on my wait time. They said it's another 60 minutes. I said what?! My original wait was 65-90 and I've already waited 60 minutes. They said I was 14th on the list. I said all these people ahead of me have waited almost 2 hrs! She said yes. There are 30 groups that registered online. The app needs improved you can't take 30 reservations for the same time slot. There were empty tables inside and out. This is RIDICULOUS!!! I will never go back. We left at 12:35pm and our table was not ready yet and still empty tables. The place closes at 2pm. Never again at this location. Crestview Hills location is the best!
