Poor takeout service for 6 wings and chicken strips. Waited 45 minutes after pickup time.

The food is just so low quality. For the price I should be receiving so much more. We won't be back.

Showed up on a Sunday afternoon for lunch with my family and was seated immediately. We did were left for a significant amount of time and without anyone coming to take our drink order let alone food order. I'm writing this with an empty stomach. Starving, impatient, and absolutely distraught. What started out as a good idea to enjoy a couple of wings for the big game became a night of frustration. I was told my take out order would be ready at 6:50. It is currently 7:33 and my order is not in sight. All I see are long angry faces of other customers waiting for their meals. As I stand here with zero hope that this will be resolved soon, I read the other reviews of this location, and apparently this place is notorious for kitchen backups, SAD! I'm not sure if it is the manager, the owner, or Sally J Smith herself, but good grief, GET IT TOGETHER. UPDATE: they made the same order twice hahahaha. I'm super disappointed. This location has always been good. Tonight's staff was 50/50. I ordered online for delivery. When my food arrived the bag had no safety sticker and I was missing my nachos. The lady I spoke to on the phone was super nice and said I could pick up the missing item and would throw in a cookie plus a brownie. Called back later and asked if I could have my whole order remade since it's cold already. They agreed. Got to the restaurant and received my food. I double checked and almost the whole order was wrong. I was supposed to get a plain burger, they put the works like ketchup, lettuce and etc. I wanted chicken nachos with cheese and peppers. They put chili on it with everything else. I had to go back and ask for the correct order. They REMADE the remake. I left and went home after a quickly checking my order since they close at 11 and it was 10:40ish. Got home and my order was still wrong. My burger was supposed to plain, absolutely nothing.. they put cheese which isn't a big deal. But I simply asked for no chili on my nachos and they still put chili. They hid it. My friends and I went there to watch the first regular season NFL game Thursday night. The sound for the game was HORRIBLE...could not understand anything the announcers were saying !!! Our family has a Super Bowl tradition of getting takeout from Buffalo Wild Wings so that we can just sit back and relax for the game. This is our first time ordering from this location for the Super Bowl, and it was by far the smoothest. There was a long line when we arrived to pick up our order we had placed ahead of time, but they were very organized and efficient and got us out quickly. We ordered our go to Medium Boneless Wings and a side of Chili Con Queso Tater Tots with Sour Cream. We will definitely be coming back to this location for the great customer service! read more

Had a very strange experience dining in. I won't give the name of my server out of respect, but she was absolutely out of her mind. She made my family uncomfortable, almost yelling and being disrespectful when my daughter told her what she wanted to drink "we don't have that what else do you want". I understand you need reassurance but there's a nicer way to do that. My daughter hid in my chest out of fear while I told her what would be a good alternative. Got us our drinks, took our order, gave us the wrong food after a 30 minute wait then she started spazzing out and talking to the manager after we told her it was wrong, while also bothering other servers with questions while attempting to do their jobs. Never apologizing by the way, but going on a tangent about how she did exactly as we told her (she did not, we've been here several times and it was always accurate before this experience). Got it remade (incorrectly) and wanted it comped. She started huffing and puffing and the manager got it comped. We spoke to the table adjacent to us who had their check completely wrong. If you have children, do not come here because they will be made uncomfortable by the waitress who likely smoked crack the night before. Will not be coming back to this location. Our family ordered 30 spicy garlic wings they brought out bbq when we told them the order was wrong they wouldn't fix it but brought out the correct dipping sauce . So dipping BBQ wings in spicy garlic sauce is pretty gross. When talking to the manager Nicole she was extremely rude and did not care to help. The beer selection is respectable. I've been to "specialty" bars with a better selection, but for a "Restaurant & Bar" it's good. The liquor section is disappointing for a bar, but if you're not particular about brands it'll do. The pricing isn't going to make this the bar of choice if you are just looking to get drunk. They also have the buzztime network trivia and poker, golden tee, a boat race arcade, claw game, and an update modern video take on the claw game. The bar has a bar top video game station and there are tablets with games to take to the tables. Indoor & patio seating, nonsmoking (except the patio). This location is not accommodating to families with small children requiring a high chair/ booster. We came to this location for lunch and the dining room was closed (probably due to staff). They were only letting people sit in the bar area. They were very slow and had several tables available but they were only high top tables. When we asked if a high top high chair was available for our 2 year old we were told they don't have that. The waitress could not offer a solution so we just left. I don't understand why they could not have just closed one of the high tops and opened a low top in the dining room next to the bar. We aren't talking about a huge space, it's like 20ft. Instead they are fine with turning business away. Oh well, went to Skyline instead. Don't waste your time trying to get a table in this wide open place. read more

After a District Championship game hosted at Simon Kenton vs Grant County we decided to grab some food before heading home. Thats when the adventure started. Upon coming though the doors we were greeted by (what we initially thought was) a nice young lady that informed us it would be a 20 minute wait (as they were pretty busy). No worries right, we can wait out turn. During the wait I approached the bar and ordered a beer from a polite and hard working bartender. Upon returning to wait with my family we watch multiple more groups come in and a few go to table which that had already been seated. after another 15 minutes of waiting, putting out total time in the building at 30 minutes we watch 3 tables get seated before us, but the problem with that is they were only waiting for roughly 10 minutes compared to our 30+. With being hungry and a bit tired we asked the hostess how much longer our wait would be? She preceded to as her assistant manager Bridgett how to handle the situation since we were it initially told 20 minutes, and returned to inform us it would be another 20 minute. This decision was made because we were the opponent of tonight's game in their home town. The manager Bridgett informed Ella to seat all GC people after they seat SK people. Thats where we get Chris the so called Manager involved, to say the least he was useless. After remaining polite and calm for 40+ minutes for our table we finally are being seated. While heading to our table I stick my head in the kitchen and again politely ask what the ladies name was (assistant manager) for future reference, but I was rudely informed that they cannot and will not give me her name! This cam as a surprise because I am business owner my self and would never allow this behavior from my employees period. I just say ok thank you and move on to my table. Now here is when our experience turns to good. Our server Rikki did a fantastic job of making sure that we had EVERYTHING we could need and want during our meal. She was also tipped very well for her politeness and hospitality. Now as for Ella, Chris and Bridget their hospitality was non existing this evening and I would assume it's a daily occurrence. This is a shame and astounding that a business has these type of individuals in place as the faces that greet and manage. In conclusion, it seems because we were from Grant County and had lost the district game to Simon Kenton we were treated in such a manner that was unacceptable and as a plague. Well as life shows we all have the same green money and the same red blood! There's a reason this location has such low reviews. We ordered food on feb 6 at 9:30 pm through the app. We pick up the food and realize they didn't give us any of our sides or sauces and they gave us the wrong size wings. We called twice that night with no answer. The next morning we call and the women says they will remake it for us just let us know next time we come in. My husband goes there tonight, presents the receipt and they say because he doesn't know who he spoke to that they won't honor it. Why would we scam $30 worth of food? That not a lot of money.
