I visited this location on 7/27/2026. I am absolutely appalled at the way the male manager in his early forties was treating his high school aged female employees. He was degrading them, yelling at them, and cussing at them right in front of me. This man needs serious anger management and psychological help. I won't ever be back and I hope these poor girls find new jobs with a manager who values them. What an embarrassment to the corporation to call this man a leader. read more

A weekly staple in my household! My husband and I come here at least once a week for lunch and it is obviously one of our favorites. We get the same thing each week, always satisfied! Only reason they get 4 stars, is because 90% of the time they miss an item I added extra to my sandwich order! My husband and I came in a couple of nights ago for this particular fire house subs and we were quite happy with our experience here. It was quiet and the staff was super friendly and got our food to us quickly. We had come from next door (at another restaurant) and we had a bad experience next door. My husband and I were happy to be treated so nicely by the staff here at this particular restaurant, especially after what happened next-door at the other restaurant. We will definitely be coming back to this restaurant going forward, because the staff is always nice here, whenever we come in to eat and bring our food to us fairly quickly. read more

I'm back at it, reminding you to still snooze on this establishment. This time I have photos to share. Once again I am very, very sorry Mr. and Mrs. Firehouse but your subs are GoD AwFul. I got the potato soup (sorry it's not pictured) and it was brown in color. BROWN in color, completely flavorless. I was actively searching for flavor, never found it. Up next, I ordered the Philly cheesesteak sandwich- look at the amount of meat on there? Where's the rest? It was pancake thin! I asked for extra cheese and added bacon. Definitely not extra cheese and one strip of sad sad bacon, that we all know was probably a microwave cook. Fancy! In this economy, please for the love of sandwiches do not waste your money here. Great hot subs and the wait staff is nice and efficient too. We received quick service and it's nice and quiet in here at the moment. The beef brisket sub is hot and yummy. My hubby enjoyed his sub too -- an Italian sub. We received our subs pretty quickly tonight after we ordered them. read more

We love Firehouse Subs! This location was a little messy when we visited and it had long since been rush hour. We got there at 2 pm on a Saturday. We ordered our subs and we always ask for extra pickles. We didn't get an extra pickle today but that's okay. While we were there, two civilians walked in and were behind the counter talking with the other workers. read more

I love how the bread is always so fresh and the pickles are so crunchy. Definitely my favorite sub sandwich restaurant.

They do NOT skimp on the meat... And the staff is always nice. I do however wish that their normal meatball sub was a bit more flavorful.

One star because they have a good pop machine. No more than that because they took 40 mins to make a small turkey sandwich. Let me remind you and maybe them that this is a fast food joint and I expect food to come out in 15 mins or less. When I addressed the problem they said they were backed up... but 40 mins backed up?! I'll never come back, I haven't heard the best reviews but wanted to try for myself and I regret the 16$ I spent on a sandwich that took almost an hour to come out. read more

There are 3 sub shops in my area(ie-subway,jimmy johns & firehouse) and each have their pros & cons and the only 2 things pro i can think about this shop is that they have a nice theme(ie-firehouses/firemen) it was clean.the sandwiches were okay, not overstuffed by any means, if anything they were understuffed. the prices were up there to where you'd think you'd get a big sandwich but you don't and i thought it took longer than normal to get them. i would not go back here unless it was my birthday(you get a free sub) or someone else is paying(although i'd ask if we could go somewheres else) read more

I love this place. Period. I've had the hook and ladder, the meatball sub, and the steak and cheese. All were the bomb. I want to work my way through the menu. The staff at this location are great also. The place has been clean at every one of my visits. Keep up the awesome job!! read more
