The service was...okay. The crew member who assisted my large group was patient, which is appreciated. Some of our orders were incorrect but most things were fixed, I ordered a salad to go and got no fork. That was irritating since I'm traveling. I ordered the Dave's Single with NO PICKLE and these imbeciles put pickle on the sandwich. My friend ordered his sandwich with lettuce. He only got a couple dime sized pieces. I had a order for 5 drinks and food for the drinks... The girl hands me two drinks so I had to ask for a drink carrier because I couldn't hold them all. Then was pulled up to get my food.... After I checked my order I was missing a large French fry so I went back in and the boy asked can I help you I started to tell him I was missing a French fry and he said I'll be with you in a few minutes.... Just picked up food for myself, my husband and my son. Had to pass the food back and forth twice to get it correct at the window, and had to ask 3 times for my second soda. The teenage girl at the window thought it was hilarious they couldn't seem to get it correct and laughed loudly the entire time I was trying to get my food and leave. I have dined in this Wendy's multiple times and for the most part, have had a good experience. I have a large family and it's a great spot for us to all sit down at one place. It seems as though every time I dine in at this Wendy's there is a particular employee that always seems to cause problems. On multiple occasions there has been this same employee that lacks serious professionalism and radiates disrespect to not only me and my children but clearly disrespects her peers as well. I have watched her treat the staff with disrespect by yelling at them, calling them names etc. I have even seen her come to work in slippers and a robe and go behind the counter not in uniform. The first few times i have witnessed this behavior I have let it go. My family and I dine at Wendy's multiple times a week and she never fails to amaze me with her lack of professionalism and cleanliness. If you dine at this Wendy's please keep an eye out for a thin woman most likely in her early thirties. Who is usually in the back I think making sandwiches. She is extremely disgusting and I would prefer her to never touch my food again. read more

Definitely the best Wendy's experience that I've ever had! There was a mistake on my order, but the staff quickly corrected it. And speaking of, the staff was very friendly. I thought of this place as a pretty standard Wendy's, I guess I should have checked the reviews. We came in a little late on a weeknight, and the place only had two other customers. We ordered a baked potato, but were told they ran out. This isn't against the staff because that is something out of their control. However, what was in their control is not making the Biggie Bag double stack a mess of ketchup and onions...even though we asked for neither. I was enjoying my nuggets when I noticed that one of them was cold and had missing breading. I guess they decided to use whatever food was still lying around. I saw now hiring signs around the restaurant. I realize now they must be incredibly low staffed. I would like to note despite having a large team it seems some team members rather goof off then work. Enjoying a meal while some workers are hollering isn't wonderful. I believe some workers here have potential and suggest management make some revisions. read more

I just went through the drive thru and had the worst experience ever! First ordering the lady did not know what she was doing and then over charged me for something I didn't even order! Then I go through and get to the window where my food was and had a horrible experience again! The lady that was handling my food gave me the BIGGEST attitude I have ever dealt with! I simply waved at her to get her attention to fix my order and she raised her finger and gave me a nasty look! I told the manager about it and she was over there shaking her head at me! Unacceptable behavior! If I were to do that at my job I would get in so much trouble! I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN!! I got some of the worst service in there today. I went through the drive though and I had to tell the girl taking my order that I wanted a number 5 dry and it took her THREE TRIES before she understood me and I was speaking clearly too -- all three times. The order was also still wrong by the time that I got to work -- I got mayo on my burger and I wanted it dry. I didn't bother calling the restaurant, because I'm not about to repeat myself another 3-4 times, because somebody at the restaurant needs their hearing professionally tested and maybe their ears professionally cleaned out too. I'm not too sure if I'll be back to this restaurant or not. read more

Went here at 8pm on a Saturday and was shocked by the lack of "Management" or "Supervision" as the place was not at all functional. Drive-thru line wrapped completely around the building, and was not moving. My wife decided to just go inside to get two Frosties, and found that no one was even working the front counter. There was a line inside, but no orders were being taken. Two employees were outside smoking and flipping thru pages on their phones while all this was going on. Wendy's needs to get a handle on this. I was here last night. I originally wasn't going to write a review but I am still so disappointed with the service and treatment provided. I placed a drive-thru order at 11:00PM. When the order taker greeted me, I asked him for a moment. He asked three times within 1 minute if I were ready. Wendy's doesn't close until midnight. I don't know why he was rushing. When I received my food, I checked my order and the fries were cold. Some frozen. Some really saggy. All around cold. I asked for new ones. I am paying for food & I want proper service... He asked me to pull forward and wait three minutes AFTER he rolled his eyes and acted 'too busy' for my request. Honestly, I shouldn't have to even request warm food. I checked my burger. Half of it was raw. However, I didn't get to ask for a replacement because a different man brought new fries. When my fries were brought to me, there was no apology for the inconvenience (yes your service is an inconvenience) he QUICKLY handed fries to me and ran back inside. Lol.
