I just wanted a few crunch wraps but I get free drinks and free tacos? this place is amazing!

Where start for improvement? Everywhere. From the rude employees on drive thru duty to the skimpy food they serve. Once ordered a couple bean burritos, I guarantee the max they put on there was two teaspoons of beans. I felt like I was eating just a tortilla shell. Same with tacos, just a smidgeon of this and that. On burritos? Used to be a standard burrito was decent size, now your lucky if a burrito is 4 inches long and barely has anything on it. And what's with the red sauce? It's no where and I mean no where as good as it once was. Turns my stomach now. And my biggest and greatest complaint.....what the heck happened to the Taco Salad?! That used to be the whole reason why I'd come to a taco bell, and back then they didn't skimp. They removed one the of the best menu items yrs ago. If you want a taco salad, oh yeah they have these little mini ones for like 3 dollars but it'd take like 6 of them just to fill me up and satisfy me. Out of all the Taco Bell's in my area this one is my favorite. It is never too crowded at night-- and one time when I went, there was 1 worker taking the orders and getting them together and working the window, and she was so kind! These days it can be hard working in fast food and some people have trouble staying positive but she was so helpful and nice. read more

If I could rate this restaurant it would be negative 100 Took the time to place our breakfast order on line We was on our way to a funeral so we wanted to eat on our way out of state. I arrived at 9.58 am. No one answered the drive thru. The front door was lock and tried calling. No answer. Had to cancel the order. Called today and finally got ahold of someone. They said they open at 8-11 for breakfast but she was running late. Two hours late. Wow. Now have to wait 3-5 days to get my refund on my order read more

This restaurant just got a remodel and it looks a million times better in here. The restaurant is also under new management as well. I can tell that the food is actually made by people who give a damn about what they're making for people, because it just tastes a whole lot better than what I had in here last time. They even brought our food out to the table, when the order was completely ready too. There's even a new Diablo sauce that is available and I'm told by my hubby that it's yummy, (even though I don't do extra spicy)! read more

Okay Taco Bell seriously? I'm embarrassed that I have visited this location in a close enough time frame that I am a regular. Today when I went to pick up some quick food before I went to get my kids, my quick stop turned into a 25 minute ordeal. Wtf!?!? Did they have to make the tortillas by hand? My friends and i love taco bell. we ordered got our food and drove home. they didn't give us a receipt. when we got home the whole order was wrong so we called and told them. they said they would remake it and to come back. so we did. the order still wasn't ready and we had to wait 15 more minutes for them to remake it. we got in the car. still wrong. went back inside to ask for the correct order and they looked at me and said they wouldn't do it because they were "busy". there were two cars in the drive thru and one person inside. not busy. so now: we are out about $12 and an hour of our time. still no gorditas. read more

The premium crunch box is where it is at when going to Taco Bell. You get a Gordita crunch taco, a hard taco and a 5-layer bean burrito with chips and cheese/guacamole/pico and a drink for $7. Can't beat such a deal read more

With most restaurants, I'm surprised when they forget something. With this taco bell - I'm amazed when they get the order right. Soggy hard shell tacos....supreme tacos didn't have tomato or sour cream on them they were just meat lettuce and cheese....they said they had Sierra Mist in the back but wouldn't fill the machine because they were to close to close but they were still over an hour until close. 2 stars, and I'm being generous because I love taco bell. I refer to this location as a half- way house because the employees are so sketchy. They're friendly but seem pretty concerned about taking smoke breaks out back. Maybe I'm expecting too much. They get the job done and have never done anything to me so maybe I'm being a little unfair here but you'll see what I mean if you go here-- which you should do only if you've got a very particular craving for taco bell. It happens. Despite my low opinion of this location it will meet and fulfill your craving for 4th Meal or lunch or dinner. The food is good-- standard taco bell. I've eaten at other locations and gotten sloppily prepared food but I don't remember that ever happening here. Why the 2 stars then? Because the dining room is usually dirty, the napkin/pop dispenser is usually dirty, and they once told me they did not accept $50 bills. What on earth? You don't accept money? Legal tender backed by the fill faith and credit of the Federal Government? Maybe the owner supports a gold standard... Ron Paul 2012, right?! Well... until then I'm going to expect cash money to be good to pay my debts. I doubt they would have accepted gold or silver but I didn't ask. They take smaller bills and credit and debit cards, so it didn't get that far. Anyway... The slow prep time also warrants 2 stars. Taco Bell often gives you a short wait and calls your ticket number when it is ready. That happens here, too but the wait has been far, far too long on one or two occasions. Eat here if you just want Taco Bell-- dont let this review stop you-- but avoid it if you're indifferent about your food choice because you'll have a better experience elsewhere. read more

I never eat fast food, especially Taco Bell, but my husband and I decided to stop and try the A.M. Crunchwrap yesterday because it was free. I'm SUPREMELY grateful we didn't pay for them. I got the steak and my husband got the California. Neither one was very good. The steak tasted like flavorless, processed "meat" chunks. And it was greasy. The only redeeming part was the hashbrown that I could take out of it and eat. The California was not much better. It was supposed to have guacamole throughout the whole wrap, but it was concentrated in one spot, so he got his last 3 bites with ONLY guacamole. And it's not a very good guac. Waited 20 minutes in line without any movement. There was a car in front of me at this time, I heard the driver trying to get someone's attention on multiple occasions and no answer over the intercom. Once this car decided to move forward without ordering, we saw there weren't even any cars in front of him. No one was at the window for us to get their attention. The worst part was that I couldn't get out of line during this ordeal because of the multiple cars behind me and no room to go around cars in line. A quick lunch stop was turned into over a 30 minute ordeal. Very disappointed. I recommend stopping at one of the other fast food locations in the area. Which isn't saying much. read more

This place is ok for like drunks at night to eat (like White Castles), broke college students or folks wanting Mexican food on the cheap -- which is basically what this food is -- cheap Mexican food. The biggest problem with this place is that this place is crazy stupid slow -- even when they're not that busy and have like 3-4 people inside and like 2 cars in the drive through. I don't get WHY they're so slow, even when they're not that busy in here. Sluggishly slow, especially late at night when they're trying to save their time so they don't get slammed by management. It was obvious when we have spent 15 minutes in drive thru at 2 AM and 2 cars have gone through that service was not a priority. I will definitely be considering other Taco Bells before this one from now on. My girlfriend worked at Taco Bell and is furious with their late night service. We pulled into the line at 2:04 with 2 cars ahead of us. As of 2:21, only 1 car has made its way through the line. I severely hope there is only one worker in the entire resaurant because there is no excuse for this. The only reason we are still in line is because they are the only ones open right now, but at this point we could have gone home and made food. UPDATE: They told us nearly half an hour into waiting and my girlfriend approaching a worker standing outside on his phone that "their system is down." If this was the case, they could have come onto the intercom and told us so we could seek food elsewhere rather than sit there with our thumbs in our rears waiting. Even if their whole store was down, including intercoms, it would have just taken someone walking outside and telling us. Simply unacceptable. read more

Horrible. Walked over from the dorms across the street in freezing rain at 9:25pm tonight and the door was already locked when the inside does not close until 10 and the drive thru closes at 2. Now in the drive thru I am watching some friends of employees being let and goofing around the inside while they are still open. Never coming here again for a fast campus meal. Wow, not very many good things to say about this place. African American guy on the morning shift acts like he just wants to run up the clock rather than work. I stopped here and asked for a coffee one day and the person taking my order said "sorry no coffee". Another time I stopped and ordered 4 burritos and two drinks, to which the person replied, "Am I supposed to guess what you want to drink"? Really? Who is that rude to a customer? Outside of the sarcasm, the open signs are always turned off and the employees hide behind the dumpster outside to smoke. I just stopped to pick up dinner and was completely and utterly disrespected by a member of the staff here. Currently there are five dollar box dinners on the menu: the nacho box and the nacho TACO box. I ordered the nacho box but when the employee read my order back to me (she had not yet inputted it for me to view on the screen), she reiterated an order for the nacho TACO box. When I told her that wasn't what I wanted, she huffed, exclaimed, "Oh my god!", then paused for a five seconds. Coming back, she crassly asked, "What is it you're wanting?" in a very snide tone. When I told her the nacho box, not the nacho TACO, she seemed to get the message, and began making clearly over-the-top, fake niceties, I would assume in an attempt to keep me from complaining of her prior behavior. However, once getting to the window, I heard her making snide comments to another employee who took my money and handed out my order. I always try to treat employees of the restaurants I visit with total respect. I only assume the same curtesy. This encounter was completely unacceptable. There was no line, no one in the dining area, nor was it near to closing time. I suspect she and the other employee who waited on we're caught up in having a good time and not doing any actual work. Taco Bell is okay for when it's needed. I don't think many of them can get above a three star review because it is Taco Bell. Usually a good after bar stop I wanted to try their new breakfast waffle taco. It was okay.. Really kinda what you would think that it would be. They had these icing filled Cinnabon things that were excellent. The place is mostly clean.. The staff is friendly... A little eager to get me to fill out their survey. Never have I see staff members fighting in the drive thru at night. One night the "manager" got so mad at the girl at the drive thru window that he threw the empty cash register drawer at her. Food is still luke warm when you receive it. And the wait time in the drive thru sucks. They don't pay attention when you say "no ice" in your drink or you dont want something on your taco. If you visit when they're on the night shift, even though there are only a few customers there, it will take at least 25 minutes. Another thing is, there is always this black substance on my food. The 2 stars is because it is Taco Bell after all, you kind of know what you are in for. The staff is always very pleasant and friendly. I have however noticed on asking for quesoritto's lately ... that they have upped the spicing in them to volcanic. The last batch had me in distress for days. They are usually OK. (tasty and mildly spiced) but damn... it was like that last batch had ghost peppers in them. Beware if that would be an issue for you. read more
