First time eating here and we were so excited because every dish we ordered was delicious! We had the fish taco special and the fish was prepared. Beautifully. Each of the three sides we ordered was fantastic. This was the best restaurant we've eaten at in the Cincinnati area in a couple of years-- it's super casual (order at the counter and plastic cutlery) and the food is first rate.

Comal is some of the best tacos I've had in the Cincinnati area. The food is delicious, the portions are large, the drinks are refreshing and the owners are very nice and care about the quality of food they serve.

Food was so flavorful and delicious. We came early so our 4 yo was able to play freely with the board games they provide. I had the BEST drink of strawberries, bourbon and jalapeños.

Had another visit to comal on such a beautiful day and their special teriyaki chicken taco with pineapple hit the spot! The staff is always so friendly and a joy to be around and support! Highly recommend checking out this local small business for your Mexican food cravings!

Comal was recommended to me by a friend and I was pleasantly surprised! It's a quaint little place in Fort Thomas that offers open air dining in a very walkable area. You order as you walk in and seat yourself. The staff was very accommodating and the food exceeded my expectations. I got the Mexican salad with chicken and was surprised how fresh everything tasted and the homemade dressing was delicious. The chips were also clearly made in house. I can't wait to try more things on the menu!

I was highly impressed with this place! We wandered by here on a walk and decided to pop in for dinner. They had a welcoming and friendly environment, and you could really tell the owners cared about their work. The food was authentic and delicious -- not overpacked with grease, and very "authentic" feeling. They had fun Mexican sodas (which I had never heard of, but my husband had), along with other drinks (alcoholic and non). They had a very generous queso serving which even still didn't last us long - it clearly hit the spot. We both got 1 Diego and 1 Zapata taco -- very unique and delicious. They had plenty of seating as well as a bar that opened up to the street -- perfect for summer! They also were equipped with board games if you want to stay and hang for a while. This will be a regular place of ours! Big fans!

Green Line was a fantastic experience from start to finish. Really cool ambiance and vibe - it felt…read morelike a smaller place with a lot of people in it but somehow didn't feel too crowded. We had a reservation for 6pm and walked in and got right to our table, with drinks shortly following. I ordered their espresso martini, which was very solid. For an appetizer I ordered their soup of the day (clam chowder) and entree was the orange roughy in a lemon cream sauce, with wild rice and broccoli on the side (and my wife got the prime rib - WOW!). Both were EXCELLENT - wish the portion sizes were bigger honestly on mine! For dessert we all split the lemon mascarpone cake and cheesecakes, which were devoured. Then, because it was one of those rare warmer nights in February, we went outside and sat in front of the fireplace and drank a bottle of wine and hung out for an hour or two. Our server and the manager were absolutely awesome and hit all the high points. Definitely a great experience all around. Only SLIGHT downside was the parking lot around back, which was totally full, but can't really fault Green Line for that. We found street parking not far away. Five stars for Green Line - 100% will be back!

This is an update. My wife and I took my brother here before a theatre show. The food here is still…read morespot on. My brother's Orange Roughy was delicious, my wife's Pork Chops were as good as she remembered, my Seafood Diablo was excellent. Lauren N., our server was very good and checked in on us as needed. A few observations, though, that I would like to put in this review. We went for a reservation at 4:45 as my brother moves slow, so early, before the dinner crowd. The bar was in our sight and that is where all the servers were hanging out. If not there, they were hanging out at the doorway into the kitchen, chatting and doing whatever on their phones. I just think that this inappropriate. Surely there is something for them to do, or someplace that they can congregate out of customers view. My other observation is regarding the cleanliness of the restroom area. The hallway into the restrooms smells so much like urine and inside of the men's room the smell was even more pronounced. This needs to be taken care of. This is a successful business, with delicious food and I hope that the owners/managers take note, that things like this will eventually keep good customers from coming back. I will return be assured. My five star rating is for the food!
