The only reason this Taco Bell is still in business is because it's the only place open past midnight. Otherwise this establishment is sad. The wait times are ridiculous. It's almost like they're back there watching vine compilations in YouTube instead of preparing food. After 10 pm they will no longer do more than one order. This makes absolutely no sense considering I'm going to order the same amount of food except it puts the burden on one person to pay then everyone pays him or her back later. This is a bad place, even for a Tacobell. They have the slowest service I have ever seen (30min-1hour depending on time of day.). They often get orders wrong and it seems like they have serious problems keeping their staff. I've been told several times they give full priority to the drive through and my most recent visit I waited 45 minutes while a dozen cars made it through the drive through. My order was wrong and when I told them they did fix it and it only took 2 minutes to remake the 3 tacos that made up the majority of the order. There is no excuse for this store to have so many issues with their service. They have resorted to giving away free food and drinks to try and encourage people to give them good reviews even though they have these problems. read more

Ive been going to this taco bell for several years now. Im a student at NKU so this give me a cheap lunch or dinner option between classes or on my way home. Also have had many 4th meals at this location. Food prep is not very good compared to other taco bells. The burritos are always built with ingredients towards one end of the burrito. For example, on a 5 layer beefy burrito or chicken burrito...the sour cream will all be stuffed in the bottom while the beef or refried beans will be stuffed at the top. Its rare to get one that is mixed well. I also NEVER get my reciept through the drive through. No matter who is working the window. This bugs the he** out of me, cause sometimes I forget to throw the transaction in my register. I always just assume that the sketchy employees aren't educated enough to know that there are people out there that need reciepts. Its funny too, because right underneath the window is a sign with a phone number that reads: call if we fail to give you your reciept. There is also always employees standing right outside the entrance smoking. Definately worse Taco Bell's out there, and most certainly better ones. Give out the damn reciepts. read more

I've been to a lot of Taco Bells in my life. A lot. And to have a Taco Bell right across from my college dorm was a dream come true. But this Taco Bell needs some work. I've never been to a fast food place that consistently gets my order wrong or that takes 15-20 minutes to get me my order on a slow period of their day. It's also really dirty and has this awful smell. Not even like the 'I just cleaned' smell, but 'something probably died in here somewhere' smell. They're also supposed to be open until eleven, I think? Maybe midnight? But they always close hours before they're supposed to which is a real bummer. EDIT: I just checked and it says 3 in the morning is their closing time? Yeah right! Better check up on this one. read more

Worst service I have ever received. Hours online say they are open when the employees lie about being open. Food consistently is poor and I will never buy from there again. I highly recommend not buying from.them. I hope they close and are replaced. read more

This place just sucks a#s. Horrible. Granted, I usually go there way too late hoping that I will, for once, get my actual order, as ordered, BUT that is probably my own fault. And even if I did - I'd regret it the next day, BUT - this place is just HORRIBLE. I swear to gahd I have been there after work maybe say.... oh... idk.... 9 times?and late at night maybe 10 times? And each and every time they have screwed up my order. I'm not lying - I swear, every time they screw it up usually shorting me items or over-charging - i don't really care... it is just crazy to me that you can screw up an order that consists of say "3 crunchy tacos - beef, and a chalupa supreme" - how? Seriously, how do you screw that up and hand out one crunchy taco and ... ah screw it - you get what you pay for I guess.... but it is just mind-boggling to me... I get it, weed is not evil BUT don't do it when you are supposed to be supplying people with simple orders and are not capable of carrying it out.... SMFH. Even during the day they screw up the majority of orders... I just don't get it - I almost think that Taco Bell uses it as some sort of bizarre experiment dealing with how much ineptitude an individual can deal with without losing their fkin minds...... OH - and the other thing that bugs me....., they claim EVERY night that they "ran out of shredded chicken" - seriously - I have no idea what it takes to keep shredded chicken going at a taco bell but it is obviously a lie..... come on - if you run out 3 weeks in a row then one might assume that you would make sure you have the resources you need right???? Nope - not this location...... damn, idk if I feel dumber for even reviewing a taco-bell or just angry because of how bad they screw things up on a regular basis...... read more

It seems to me every time I go to this restaurant they are always understaffed, lines backed up for days, and they never seem to get the order right. I don't quite understand how a remodel and hiring all new staff was going to make that any better. If you can't fix it remove it. read more

This place is awful. Spent 20 min in line for a cold quesadilla that wasn't even cut. I'll go find a sit down restaurant next time.

Recently when I attended this fast food restaurant with a friend. My friend and i were sitting out side. A worker who had closed that night was sitting in the parking lot for a long amount of time. My friend and i were sitting on the curb side when she had pulled up and made an uncalled for comment. Of course my friend and i just laughed and had shaken it off, but she suddenly backed up her car and got out. When she had walked over to us she had an awful smell of weed on her. She also had assumed we were making a comment back to her, but all we did was laugh. She threatened to "beat my friends ass" and mine. I don't know exactly who she is, but as someone sitting in the parking lot for a long time, making comments and threats, and having the smell of weed on her, DOES NOT make me feel safe. I'm sure anyone could agree to that. I'm also sure having those type of people working in a fast food restaurant is severely inappropriate. read more
