The 2 gentlemen working during the lunch rush were absolute hospitality professionals. From their warm greetings, to repeating back the order, to their eye contact, to their smiles, and finishing with friendly thank yous! I don't always write reviews but in this case for subway fans I felt I must. My order is slightly complex; and at most subways I feel like the employees are always disinterested or unenthusiastic when I explain what I want. There's an individual named "Larti or Lardi" at this location whose always smiling, always greeting everyone and always enthusiastic when taking my order. I work in this plaza so I'm here often, when I bring my son he always jokes with him and remembers his favorite cookie. So I keep coming back. If your a subway fan who feels other locations give you attitude or just don't seek enthusiastic when your asking for that extra Mayo. Come to this location hopefully "larti"'is working. Ps. You know what you're getting when you go to subway so there's not much to say. The only thing that makes the difference at a place like this is the people. They have a great crew at this one right now which makes all the difference. Always friendly and fast. I would have sandwich slapped the rude lady in front of me in line today if I worked there but the gentleman making her sandwiches didn't let it bother him. Nice job! read more

Worse food delivery. We ordered what we thought would be a quick meal but turned out to be a huge disappointment. Two sandwiches were disgusting and ridiculous fir them to even serve. The BLT on white was not white bread and hard as a rock and there was a bunch of rotten lettuce, a smashed up tomato, and one slice of burnt bacon and dry as hell! Not a sock of Mayo. The other sandwich was just as bad. We didn't get the chips we ordered or the drinks! Oh but they sure charged us a whopping $32 for delivery. Of course the delivery driver looked puzzled that we were asking for the rest of the order and said we had to deal with Subway. Well their excuse was they were training someone new!! What a joke. Ordered 2 wraps. Clerk seemed sad and unmotivated. When I got the wraps home, I realized she didn't mark wich sandwich was wich. When trying to eat the wrap, it fell apart due to bad wrapping. I don't recommend this store. read more

Hmmm this place is very open. This location on a busy street corner of Knott and Chapman. Most of their traffic is foot traffic because the shop was packed but the lot was empty. The line was long and cramped in a way. Service seemed slow and they tend to start a sammie and pass it on to someone else to finish it then to a third person to ring you up. Expect to wait a little while longer here. read more

Honestly, this was one of the cleanest Subway's I have ever been to. The bathroom even smelled great. 10/10 for cleanliness. My sub tasted exactly like it was supposed to; though I suppose it's pretty hard to mess up a sandwich from Subway. read more

I give these guys 5 Stars because 10 stars wasn't available. I get it...some may say that it's only a sandwich place, but these guys are an asset to the Subway chain. First of all, I've been coming here for years and it's always a friendly professional service that they do with quickly with pride. Second, it's extremely clean!!! Third, one night 7 mins before closing, they still accommodated me and my lil order. I had apologized profusely while one Subway employee was mopping and I was trying not to mess up his floor while the other Subway employee patiently took my order. ...and yes, I will come back again. xoxo to those guys. This Subway seems like a hit or miss type of place. This visit was definitely a hit Not only was it clean, the guy working, Edwin, made my sandwich fast, but didn't rush it, everything was fresh, and the service was great with no bad attitude. After a long busy Saturday, we went to pick up something easy for dinner, or so I thought. It was late about 8 pm, there were two people ordering. We waited and ordered six sandwiches. We saw a young lady in a Target shirt waiting to order and inquired if she was on a lunch break. When she confirmed she was, we had her order and leave before continuing with our large order. Six sandwiches. A cold cut combo, no problem. Two tuna wraps, no problem. Meatball marinara, perfect. A turkey kids meal....never made it in the bag. She made it, I just have no idea what she did with it. Now, there was a picture on the wall, turkey, bacon and avocado on a gluten free wrap...I said "that looks good". I was astounded when she first used the tomato wrap, but thought "no big deal", then she put turkey and bacon on it and asked what veggies I wanted. I told her and said "and Avocado". She said, after she has made the whole sandwich and people are patiently waiting their turn to order "oh we only have guacamole". Now, to me, avocado and guacamole are not the same. But, my niece who knows my mouth, says "just take it". Then, I get home and realize the turkey sandwich for little man and his entire kids meal aren't there! Very poor service. 1. If someone points at a picture on the wall and says I want that...tell them you don't have it!!!! 2. Don't forget a kids meal!!! They need to eat. read more

Giving 3 stars because usually this location is on point w my order. Yesterday I went into this location to get my regular tuna sub. I noticed none of the meat, cheese or veggies were covered. Which they should all have covers. I also noticed there was a little dark brown spot on the top of the tuna. I was expecting to the employee to get new tuna since that one looked like it had been sitting out for quite some time, but she just went scooping away. I'm not one to complain so I went w it not thinking much of it anyways. I get home to eat my sub and not even a hour later i'm stuck on the toilet which i'm assuming is some kind of food poisoning from my sandwich. (all i ate all day). I emailed customer service and received a phone call from who i assume is the franchise owner. She basically tries to brush me off like her tuna isn't what made me sick, because she has her team make it fresh every morning! It was after 4pm when i got my sub, and tuna is not going to stay "fresh" if it's not stored properly. I'm really unhappy w the quality of my sandwich and the food storage practices of this location. read more

Subway get the jobs done. I visited this particular location for lunch and the staff was very attentive and fast. I noticed this subway location seems to be remodeled or atleast it seems like it because it was very clean and well taken care off. Ordered items: Spicy Italian Footlong, salad, and 3 cookies. The staff made my sub very fast, she understood my order and immediately starting making out without many questions. The sub turned out to be delicious like always. The salad was also great. Just perfect with the amount of toppings and sauces. We noticed they had just taken out a batch of fresh warm cookies, so we ordered 3. The chocolate chip, white macademia, and M&M. All 3 cookies for only $1.50. Overall, great and fast service. My lunch is timed so this place is great for a fast sandwich, I will definitely be back for more. read more

So my wife walked in here today while I was getting a poki bowl next door. She was with my 5 year old daughter. She asked for the usual kids meal for my daughter. All my daughter gets is a wheat bun with a scoop of tuna inside. That's it. Rigo was the employee working there. He said tuna is not included in kids meals. But we get this same meal at EVERY other subway with no problem??? He's "following the rules" he told us. Well, we won't be going to this subway since the employees/owner don't know how to run this franchise that is equivalent to the exact same "rules" as every other subway. read more

I've gone to this location twice within a month both shortly after opening and right before closing. Both times the staff have been great. They have no problem loading up on what you ask for. I always ask for extra bell pepper and lettuce, they have no problem doing just that. Other locations tend to get a bit stingy or want to charge extra. I've for sure found my new go-to Subway. Not to mention parking is open, its in a pretty nice area too. Oh, and they have a new strawberry kiwi unsweetened tea... to die for! read more

I have gone to the subway on Knott and Chapman twice now and both times they didn't have enough break made to process my order and Was told it would be 20 minutes. I have to keep finding myself having to drive to go to the subway on katella and Knott by target to get my order. read more

Eh, 3 stars because the food was cool. The girl working tonight was very sweet, but they had a sign out that says free cookie with an add-on, and when I asked for the free cookie she said "No that offer expired we should probably take the sign down." I was mad.... That's why I added avocado :( I also asked for a mix of cheeses and she was going to charge me extra for the same amount of cheese, even though I was getting the same amount. Luckily, her co-worker told her they don't charge extra for that. Last but not least she forgot to ring up my soup so I had to do 2 transactions. Other than those few mishaps the food was great and the restaurant is very clean. read more

I love Subway. As a student, I eat it a few times per week since its the most healthy, convenient option near me. This was my first visit to this Subway, and it'll be my last mainly due to how skimpy they seem to be. I ordered a foot long with mustard, onion, and extra pickles: -They put about a tablespoon worth of mustard on it (about 2 passes of the bottle) -- I let it go because there was a line and I figured it wasn't a big deal. -He put 9 pieces of onion on it... when I asked for more onion, he put 3 more pieces. This isn't me grabbing numbers either... there was literally so few I could count. -They put about 9 pickles on it, and when I asked for more, he threw a couple more on. -The worst was the avocado. I know they are expensive, but that's why you charge me more for them. Every other subway I've been to does one half of an avocado per 6". I only got one half sliced extremely thin across my foot long. To add insult to injury, their avocados were the smallest I have ever seen. About 2/3rds (possibly half) the size of a normal avocado. I have never been so close to walking out of an establishment without my food and without paying. I suppose the only reason I didn't do it this time was because--again--there was a line; plus, I'm a firm believer in "vote with your dollars", so I'll simply not come back and advise my fellow hungry students to avoid this place. There are so many subways in the area, I can't ever see coming back to this one... but if you want to give it a shot, just be aware they they rip you off on avocado and--at least for myself--skimp on the veggies. read more

I walked into this location around 4:00 PM on Monday. Got greated but didn't get helped. I didn't get any assistance until I asked if this place of business was open. The employee put down her clipboard help me but with a really bad attitude. As there's a kid running in the back of the kitchen where there's other help she gets done with my sandwich proceeds to check me out and I order a drink for $2.15 for a drink. Right as I go proceed to go get my drink all three Teas have no liquid in them I don't drink soda I always drink green tea when I come to Subway I look forward to it. I bring it to their attention a manager comes out and asked me which one to would I like? My preference is to have green tea in the beginning of my sub sandwich and sweet tea at the very end. Why should it matter all three of them need to be working during business hours. read more
