On this visit, the young lady (teenager or early 20s, blonde) taking drive-thru orders was exceptionally pleasant, clear, and professional. She explained the process, apologized for having us pull forward to wait, and thanked us throughout each interaction. Even with what appeared to be a busy period, she remained friendly, patient, and genuinely courteous. It was one of the best drive-thru customer service experiences I've had in quite some time. Unfortunately, I wasn't the driver, so I couldn't see her name tag to recognize her personally. She truly deserves recognition for the outstanding service she provided.

I made sure to let him know he was one of the better interactions I've had at this location. I usually try to avoid this McDonald's because of the lack of customer care I've experienced in the past, so I felt Osvy deserved recognition. He's a great representation of customer service and should definitely work the window more often. Per usual, they had me park and wait for the food, but Aspen was also very pleasant and actually thanked me -- which sadly seems rare nowadays. (Some slices had less pep and vegetables) In Fernley, only a couple of places offer something similar. Pizza Factory is another favorite, especially with their Hot Honey drizzle.
