Once I pulled up to the cashier window, I realized he was also the person who took my order -- and again, he was personable, welcoming, and genuinely kind. I made sure to let him know he was one of the better interactions I've had at this location. I usually try to avoid this McDonald's because of the lack of customer care I've experienced in the past, so I felt Osvy deserved recognition. He's a great representation of customer service and should definitely work the window more often. Per usual, they had me park and wait for the food, but Aspen was also very pleasant and actually thanked me -- which sadly seems rare nowadays.
