Stopped by on a Thursday evening for a quick meal. This location wants to solely rely on their ordering kiosk. We placed our $73 order (4 of us) and the system crashed. The manager says "it always does that, just re-enter it". So we did. After placing our $73 order, the system crashed again. She laughed and said "I figured it would do it again" we asked if she could take our order at the counter and her response was "no, cuz we're really busy at the drive thru". Not sure how hard it is to get an order right. When 5 items are ordered through DoorDash and the bag is extremely light, all of the items that are supposed to be delivered are not in the bag. The bag was sealed and the receipt was on the bag, absolutely atrocious. Do better and double check the orders before they go out. It was later during the evening so the excuse of being busy is out of the question. Another issue I have here is it is extremely filthy inside when I go inside. When I first started Yelping earlier this year, I told myself that I wouldn't review any of the typical, run-of-the-mill fast food chains. Reason being is that they're all usually the same. Nothing special. So why am I reviewing a Taco Bell? Simple, I feel that this particular location deserves some praise. I'm perplexed as why there's so many 2 star reviews. In my own personal experiences, including a visit earlier today, I have had nothing but great results. My food is always how I order it, the drive through line typically moves fairly quickly, the food is hot, and every single employee that I have encountered has always provided me great customer service. There's always a, "how are you today", "welcome to Taco Bell", "Thank you for stopping by", etc. Every. Single. Time. As stated above, every employee that I've encountered here has been great. There is one, however, that I feel deserves some additional praise. Her name is Shasta. I've seen her at the drive through window quite a few times now and she's so friendly. Her customer service is so on point it isn't even funny. I think Taco Bell is extremely fortunate to have such a great employee. While I prefer to try new places often and not stick to the same thing every time, if I'm going to go to a Taco Bell, it'll be this location. Out of desperation I went here again. My bad! This Taco Bell is THE worst. Ordered a side of Nacho cheese that used to be $0.50 and now is $0.80 and they as always filled the little cup 1/2 full. I'm over it! I actually went in and complained and yes, they gave me another container, but this should not happen. I am posting pictures: The first picture is what I got, the 2nd is what is advertised on the App menu! When I got home, I did a little measuring experiment and the advertised amount would be 2 tablespoons. The actual amount was 1 tablespoon. 6 hours into a 9 hour road trip, decide to stop here to stretch our legs and eat really quick Ordered at the kiosk in the lobby (no one available to take order at the counter register), watched for 20 min as everyone that came in after me ordered and got their food. I had a large order ($40+) for my family so no way could it have gotten by me. Went up to the counter after being the only customer left in the lobby and watching the kids that were previously making the orders just standing around. Asked if they had an order for me. They said no. Luckily I had the receipt sent to my phone. Told them the order number, they said they can't look it up that way (what's the point of an order number then?). They checked all registers, couldn't find my order. Finally the kid rings it back up at the front register after copying it hastily from the text receipt. Got our food plus a Cinnabon treat thrown in for our inconvenience which was nice of them. Finally get back in the car and down the road and realize they didn't modify a single item. When ordering food from the drive thru. Unsure what they were doing but it took them about 10min to get our food out. Plus when receiving our drinks it had a full cup of ice an then the soda "Lite ice" was forgotten I guess. But the cinnamon twists were just dumped in the bag an it was like no care. I know they do sometimes. I have had better service from this location so maybe it was just a bad day i understand that they have younger people working there but that's also a reflection of how their training and how the managers run the shift so if it's taking longer for items to go out place somebody faster and retrain during slower times in the day. Taco Bell is one my favorite places to visit. One bad visit isn't tarnishing my taste in coming back, let's just hope next time is better. Update coming soon. General Manager, Vici Miller has transformed this once mediocre Taco Bell into a restaurant which is consistently clean with a friendly and efficient staff. Any problems (which are uncommon) are promptly and cheerfully corrected. In my opinion, this specific Taco Bell is the best I have encountered. Since originally posting this, I have encountered numerous team members who go above and beyond to ensure a wonderful dining experience for my family. While the entire team at this location are professional and more than polite, I would like to single out Rey, Donovan, Abigail, Shasta, Stephanie, Sam (I Am), and Jasmine as regularly going above the call of duty.
