Super long wait times, huge dip is consistency, and allowing you to select pick up in the mobile app for orders but they lock the doors at random, despite the hours stating they're open. The kids went to pick up the order and the line took 45 mins to pick up online order in the drive thru (no lobby option) They were pressured to move out of the line before they could check for accuracy and when we unpacked the order at home we were missing 8 of the 24 items paid for. The items we did get were crushed and or unwrapped, and the slushie was 50% full. No response on the mobile order customer service. I will not be back to this location. Stopped by on a Thursday evening for a quick meal. This location wants to solely rely on their ordering kiosk. We placed our $73 order (4 of us) and the system crashed. The manager says "it always does that, just re-enter it". So we did. After placing our $73 order, the system crashed again. She laughed and said "I figured it would do it again" we asked if she could take our order at the counter and her response was "no, cuz we're really busy at the drive thru". I come to this Taco Bell every other Monday with my grandparents, and unfortunately we've had the same issue multiple times. My sister and I usually order first, then my grandparents place their order if they want anything. Every visit, some of the employees become rude and impatient with my grandparents. They have naturally quiet voices, so they sometimes have to speak a little louder to be heard. Instead of treating them with respect, the employees mocked the way they were talking, which was incredibly disrespectful. On top of that, our order was incorrect. We paid for Cheesy Fiesta Potatoes, but they were missing the sauce, and we ordered two Nacho Fries but only received one. My grandparents were polite and did nothing to deserve the way they were treated. Customer service should be respectful, especially toward older customers. For "running out of product" If you're starting to run of product, you can put more product in the rethermalizer 30 mins prior, can put the rice mix with hot water 30 mins prior, can put hot water in the instant beans 20 mins prior. If I could put 0 stars I would. We ordered quite a few items and we had to double check the bag of course to make sure we had everything. We noticed 3 quesadillas missing and 3 of our minis messed up. It was ridiculous after they gave us 3 minis and forgot the large we had to ask again. THEN we get back and realize some of the other food was messed up as well. And the new quesadilla had zero cheese on the end slices! 6 hours into a 9 hour road trip, decide to stop here to stretch our legs and eat really quick Ordered at the kiosk in the lobby (no one available to take order at the counter register), watched for 20 min as everyone that came in after me ordered and got their food. I had a large order ($40+) for my family so no way could it have gotten by me. Went up to the counter after being the only customer left in the lobby and watching the kids that were previously making the orders just standing around. Asked if they had an order for me. They said no. Luckily I had the receipt sent to my phone. Told them the order number, they said they can't look it up that way (what's the point of an order number then?). They checked all registers, couldn't find my order. Finally the kid rings it back up at the front register after copying it hastily from the text receipt. Got our food plus a Cinnabon treat thrown in for our inconvenience which was nice of them. Finally get back in the car and down the road and realize they didn't modify a single item. When ordering food from the drive thru. Unsure what they were doing but it took them about 10min to get our food out. Plus when receiving our drinks it had a full cup of ice an then the soda "Lite ice" was forgotten I guess. But the cinnamon twists were just dumped in the bag an it was like no care. I know they do sometimes. I have had better service from this location so maybe it was just a bad day i understand that they have younger people working there but that's also a reflection of how their training and how the managers run the shift so if it's taking longer for items to go out place somebody faster and retrain during slower times in the day. Taco Bell is one my favorite places to visit. One bad visit isn't tarnishing my taste in coming back, let's just hope next time is better. Update coming soon.
