This Burger King was playing extremely loud music through a JBL speaker, which was sitting on the counter, as we were trying to order our food, and when I said something about it being very unprofessional, the lady looked at me like I was a KAREN. Ok, whatever! The seemingly untrained cashier continued to ask us what we said, and he still got our order all wrong. He ordered us the wrong food, and he gave us small clear plastic iced coffee cups when we paid for medium soft drinks, and they had no lids for the coffee cups. I waited 45 minutes for 2 kids meals I didn't get because I can just "go somewhere else" after the lady took a picture of my card and me waiting for that long. If it was possible to give zero stars, that's what this one deserves. Long wait times, customers getting angry they'd been waiting too long for their food, one Door Dash driver having to leave without her pick up order because she had other deliveries getting cold in her car. My onion rings were stone cold and my bacon cheeseburger tasted like something to feed a dog. Only saving grace was the young lady who took my order and made my shake. She realized it looked watery and made a second one that was perfect. She did a good job of trying to help the two Tweedle Dee and Tweedle Dumb girls who were doing a confusing and chaotic job bagging orders and handling the drive thru window. How hard is it to look at the screen and put the right items in each order??? If the owner of this location cares at all, at the very least those two idiots should be fired immediately. The 3 ladies, one of them being the "Manager" was so unprofessional, i speak and understand Spanish, the words they were saying infront of my kids. Today Nov 28, 2025 at 1:20pm I ordered online inside the restaurant, waited and waited, saw how they dropped bags full of food and picking it up and saying f this! This is what they want! Absolutely terrible! No idea how they are still in business. I paid 10$ for a double croissant-which with egg and bacon. First off..why is it called a double if it only has one sausage patty. My husband got a whopper and it was three times the amount of food for the same price. The bread was mush..it was disgusting...my hashbrowns were overcooked...I told her I wanted medium and she charged me for a large...then I went to fill my soda up and there was no ice and none of the sodas had the caps on the spouts so I was sprayed with soda and the lady working didn't even care. I was hung up on when I called to ask if my toasted sourdough double was accidentally not toasted. I thought I got lucky and reached the cook himself, he said it was toasted, and said said I didn't believe it was, (you be the judge by the photo) he then got angry and said that they get a lot of calls about the sourdough doubles being toasted or not. I was the only one in the drive through so being busy was not the issue, The other restaurants and their drive through's packed. Not this one. I was told I'd be given sugar for the tea that I decided to go with, and got mostly Sweet and Low which doesn't work for me. The fries were old....and cold. The whopper was the same. They'd been sitting for awhile, I guess. No ketchup either. Guess I should have asked for it, not that drowning the fries in ketchup would have really improved the taste. I asked for a receipt once I got my order, but was told that there was no printer paper to make receipts. How in the heck does a COMPETENT manager allow that to happen? This store is just AWFUL. The owners of this franchise should really evaluate closing this place up. The quality is one star, and that's being NICE. I won't return. I want a refund. It was just nasty, bun wasn't toasted, it was limp, and I'm not even sure it was sourdough. I thought every place has a bad day, so I mistakenly tried again with the same results, even tried a 3rd time with a different order for a family of 4, and the food was just nasty. This review is based on this restaurants COVID-19 response. The three people working behind the counter that I can see are wearing masks that are hanging down below their noses or furthers (so their noses and in one cask mouth is exposed). They don't pull up the masks when they help customers. Another employee is on break in the dining room and he isn't wearing a mask and is talking loudly on his phone. There is a sign requiring masks in the restaurant, but obviously not enforcement or respect for the mask order. read more

When we got home I took the food out of the bag, the cheeseburger wrapper was wet and red - I opened it all the way up and it must've had a cup of ketchup and mustard on it. It was dripping!!!!!! Food all over the floor. Obviously they had been walking on the food. Papers on the floor. Obviously no one was cleaning up. I saw three people there. The kid that waited on me looked clueless when I ordered two patties only besides the whopper meals. He had to get someone to tell him they did sell patties. I sat down at one of the tables and it looked like the front area hadn't been cleaned all days. Dirty tables. Finally got my food and left. Very dissatisfying meal. I tried to stop here after working 14 hours overnight, but nobody was answering the drive thru. I waited a little while when i initially pulled up, and when nobody said anything, i said hello. I waited awhile for a reply, before checking Google to see what time they open, as i know that i have stopped here after work before, and they had been open for 23 minutes already at that point. I live in Fernley NV and have had terrible experiences regarding the quality of the food and its preparation. My last three visits had provided me with in one case inedible food. The food is consistently overcooked and dry. This is true of their hamburgers, their crispy chicken sandwich and their most recent chicken-bacon "whatever" sandwich. ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD !! I had gotten off work and needed a quick dinner, looked up the closing time for this location and it said the drive through was open untill 11:00 and I was in the drive through at about 10:15. There was one car in front of me that had driven off. I sat there for 10 minutes and no one asked to take my order. I then drove around to the window and waited another 5 minutes before becoming extremely agitated and honked my horn...... still nothing. Drove back around to the menu board and waited again, and still no one offers to help me or even acknowledge that I was there waiting. So I pulled up a little more to see two employees on their phones, as the one employee noticed me through the window she proceeded to walk and " hide" in the walk in freezer, so I snapped a picture of the other girl still on her phone. At this point I drive back around to the window EXTREEMELY MAD and finally at this point now it is about 10:45. One employee opens the window and simply says "What". I explain I have been through the drive through now TWICE just trying to order a sandwich but have recived no service and according to he sign that are still open for another 15 minutes. She simply tells me " we are understaffed so we closed early and then closes the window and walks away. I find it hard to believe it takes more than two people to make a burger. I hope the manager and owner of the establishment knows they are paying their employees hourly for them to turn away and ignore customers and can't even be bothered to inform people they " closed early" while losing money from those potential customers. This burger king is off my list. I went here for a their tender crispy sandwich meal. And some onion rings. I got home to find my sandwich was this super thin GRILLED chicken.
