Some of the dishes I'd not seen before at buffets are these chopped oysters served on foil, or boneless ribs (really just sliced up pork shoulder cooked Chinese way), and steamed clams. I told the server that I d like my soup when her pizza was served, not before, because it was my meal. What do ya know, both soups at the same time and both big bowls. My daughter mentioned that she'd only ordered a cup and I repeated that I really wanted my soup WHEN her pizza came out, as it was my lunch. The server took mine away without comment. The creamy wine Marsala was ok but could have been better .We ordered some chicken wings and they couldn't even do that right. The pizza, the only good part about that was the crust. The waitress suggested to put Stracciatella on top of the pizza and that it would be ooey and gooey....wrong! The pizza was so soaked out that you would have to fold it up in order to keep it in place while that's so-called ooey gooey stuff ran down your hand and arm. Hope you enjoy using napkins because you'll need lots of them. We were there for at least an hour and a half.. with this kind of service, I would expect to be eating at a steakhouse for that amount of time. I feel the service could've been a lot quicker. For the price we paid, we would have been better off, going to a steakhouse.
