Pizza was undercooked, skimpy, and for this I paid 53.98. If I would have known, I would have bought a frozen pizza, at least you know what you're getting.(A better pizza). Ordered a pizza for delivery tonight. The delivery time was fine but the quality of the breadsticks and pizza was very poor. This used to be a halfway descent pizza place but not anymore. The pizza and breadsticks were way undercooked. The dough on some places in the pizza was like eating raw dough which will make you sick so I was only able to eat a half of one piece and it was cold when it arrived. The toppings were sparse compared to what I used to get. Bottom line is, it was a waste of 34$ because I had to throw the rest of the pizza away. No I wasn't in the twilight zone or on the show Punked, it really was this bad. This was the worst service I have ever encountered. And I am a super patient person who has worked in the service industry my whole life. It was shocking how bad this place is run. From placing the order to delivery and customer service, it was so bad I have to laugh now. I wouldn't know if the food is good since I never got to taste it. I originally wanted 2 My Hut boxes which consist of 1 personal pan pizza and a side of wings for $6.99 each. But I was told that the wings could not be naked. They had to be buffalo or honey mustard because the computer didn't give him the option to order it that way. But if I ordered the wings a la carte, I could get them naked. Made no sense. Whatever, I ended up ordering 2 medium pizzas, one order of naked boneless wings and one order of naked bone in wings. Total before tip was $47. Fine whatever. After the driver dropped my food on the ground I saw that it was 2 personal size pizzas and wings but I was still being charged $47. So I said it's ok, just take it back. I will just cancel all together and call for a refund. Well everyone claims to be a manager there but no one knows how to refund so they asked me to call the following day to talk to another manager who knows how. Ok... called the next day and that manager didn't know how either but she'd "give it a shot, but you may have to call back again the following day when their district manager would be in".... Good grief! After all that I'm glad I never tasted the food. Who knows what else would have gone wrong. It was a shame because all the kids I dealt with were actually nice but just had absolutely no idea how to do anything or even how to recover a bad guest service. When I asked for the refund, not one of them even inquired as to why I sent all the food back or what went wrong. Not an apology or ownership. It was pathetic. Not happy at all, ordered the New York double pepperoni and made the mistake by thinking that there would be a good amount of Pepperoni. Not in my case, the manager "Jeff" said that only means you get two kinds of pepperoni, doesn't mean you'll be receiving anything extra. I must say I was disappointed, it looked like a cheese pizza with a sprinkle of pepperoni, two or three pieces per slice, but Jeff defended their Constuction of that pie, told me to call Door dash with my concerns, usually I order direct from them but made a mistake and went through door dash, and when I order direct from them I always tip 20% or better in cash when the driver shows up, thinking this means something, guess not. I was thinking that by speaking to the manager would net some good results, but no Jeff stood his ground. Plenty of bad reviews on this pisas place. I won't continue ordering Pizza Hut Fernley any more, Jeff you won! Two stars because I ate most of it but I was pissed off thinking this sucks. Best pizza in town for your money! I always do a super supreme and never spend more than $16 after tax for a large. Go elsewhere and the same pizza with same toppings and crust can go as high as $28!!!!! They had to close and get remodeled because of the fitness place next door had a leak in their bathroom which then ran into the pizza hut store causing mold that had to be removed. We saw the commercial for the new cheez it appetizer so we had to try it. We called gave my boyfriend's phone number and they verified his name from a previous order. She was on her personal phone the entire time I was there and when the employees asked for help with my refund she completely ignored him. Would probably be a great place if management was better. The employees here are usually very prompt & friendly so I'll give it 3 stars, but yesterday I literally laughed outloud at how RIDICULOUS this newer employee was!! I ordered a personal cheese pizza for my 5 yr old over the phone-pretty simple order-or so I thought. I went to pick it up, gave the guy the money plus a $3 tip, (damnit!) opened the box & that's when everything went downhill...lol...the almost melted slime I figured was cheese, was smeared all over the whole pizza, no crust, just semi melted weird looking gooey cheese slime. I showed it to my 5 yr old, saying, "yumm honey, look pizza!" She looked at it & asked me why it looked like that. She poked it, (which thankfully, but oddly, wasn't hot). This was not your typical melted cheese consistency. You could stir it with your finger--which, she did. She asked if she had to eat it, I giggled uncomfortably & said no. I told the guy, "I'm so sorry but she's not going to eat this, we'll wait, no problem if you guys can just put together a new one." He said it'll take 15 more minutes, took the pizza, showed it to a scruffy looking taller white guy with glasses, they talked for a minute or 2 (truly), came back & said "so do you want it?" I said, "sure! Thanks, I'll just eat it"-(thinking he'd make a new one & give me the yucky one instead of throwing it away). He looked at me weird & said, "no...well it'll be another hour before it's ready" I laughed because I truly thought he was kidding - however, his look told me, he was NOT. I said, "really? You just told me it'd take 15 minutes to make another one. I order this all the time & you guys tell me it'll be ready in 15 mins, so why would it take an hour to make another personal pizza??" He said, "well we sold all of them today"...the taller white glasses guy goes to the fridge, pulls out an uncooked personal pizza crust, shows me & says, "See?" I said, "yes, I see it.....why are you showing me this?" He said, "this is all we have left and it takes one hour to rise". I again laughed outloud..."what?? So if someone orders a personal pizza right now, you'd have to tell them it'll be an hour?" He said yes. I said nevermind then & told them both that this was BEYOND ridiculous and dishonest. I left with a crying 5 yr old, asking me why it's going to take an hour this time. I said to her that I'm sure this pizza is fine, it will taste good, it's just a little cheesy...(knowing full well the cold slime was not going to be good). Lo and behold, when we got home, I microwaved the slime, attempted to fix it all up all pretty, gave it to her with hope...and it was a no go. She took a bite, pushed it away & started crying. I tasted it..it was an undercooked blob of ingredients in the shape of a small pizza. Needless to say, I'll be SURE to ask who's preparing lunch next time we order pizza. Whoever you are...(the short, slightly overweight, shaved head, Mexican, rude guy)you are a LAZY excuse of a "worker". I'm almost positive you'd be MUCH more useful as a houseplant. But, seeing as how that doesn't pay much, maybe you could be a model! Models don't do anything! That'd be perfect for you! You can be the "before" shot of some compaign!! We decided to try pizza hut for the first time tonight mostly because the round table service is so awful. We called for a delivery they told us it was gonna take a half hour. One hour later we decide to call and see where our pizza is. The guy that answers says he is overwhelmed cause the guy that cuts the pizza called in today so now he has to cut the pizza but it should be at our house shortly. 15 minutes later pizza gets here so it a total of 45 minutes late. After about 30 minutes of the order being placed he got the email saying it was on the way. I live less than a mile away. Well at least another 30 minutes pass and my boyfriend's friend called about his order. The person on the phone said told him that they have his order and that the delivery guy rang the door bell and called multiple times. I read their satisfaction guarantee and told them to just refund me my money (so i could purchase them correctly) they told me to come in..as i walked in the lady that i think was the manager started yelling saying she would not refund me, she would remake them only (what i wanted in the first place) and then proceeded to talk about me to her employees..i told her to forget it and to just keep my pizzas since no one would be eating them, she yelled and told me she would give me dipping sauce..i would have taken any, refund, remake or dipping sauce but her attitude was so rude and defensive when i was just trying to find a solution.
