Thanks to Little Big Radio 101.3 KRNG, I won a text contest for Pizza Factory! We've eaten here a few times before and have always enjoyed their pizza, so this was a nice little bonus! We arrived about an hour before closing, and I have to give the team credit for their work ethic! Our order was prepared correctly and quickly, and we really appreciated the service. Let's be honest, sometimes when you show up at a restaurant close to closing time, you can tell the staff is ready to call it a night. You either feel rushed or they really don't want your business. (Unfortunately, we've experienced that at Sushimoto more than once.) Thankfully, that was NOT the case here! I wanted to give a special shoutout to the team members who helped make our experience a positive one: Courtnie (L) - Sarah (R) - Nathan (Back) Thank you for taking care of us and making sure our order was right, even with closing time approaching. It's always nice to see team members who take pride in their work and make customers feel welcome! And a big THANK YOU to Little Big Radio 101.3 KRNG for the contest win! We enjoyed our Pizza Factory dinner! read more

Good basic pizza, especially for a small casino town. Crust could be closer to epic if it got fully cooked and was thrown better. Service is good and they are very attentive. Decent beverage menu. Pricing is pretty high compared to other places in town but it's probably because of fresh ingredients and good pay for employees (hopefully). The restaurant and dining area are clean and the kitchen is open and also looks clean. I have only tried the pizza. Leftovers are better if you eat them as soon as you get home and cook the crust a bit more. *Just a Chicago native wandering the universe looking for a good pizza but always waking up and realizing I'm not at home anymore. read more

I genuinely don't know why this place has such a bad rating. The service is good, it's always quiet and peaceful, and the pizza is tasty! Recently tried wings for the first time and they were very tasty too, albeit a little oily. We keep coming back! read more

I grew up with a Pizza Factory super close to home so any opportunity I get to have this delicious, classic pizza I'll gladly take. If it's not broken, don't try to fix it. The pizza just tastes so good plus their ranch is top tier. I ordered to go but the restaurant is always welcoming. The staff member was super friendly on the phone and helping me with my pick up order. Go and check them out! read more

Walked in on a Friday night early and not terribly busy. Was immediately greeted by friendly staff. Ordered me a small pizza and a beer they had on tap. Pizza came out in a reasonable amount of time and tasted excellent. Ordered an old three item favorite and it did not disappoint. If I had one minor complaint/suggestion, it would be that the draft beer be VERY cold. Tastes much better that way. Restaurant was very clean and casual. I've eaten at the Factory in other places, and Fernley's place is pretty darn good. read more

The best pizza! I love their bread twists and ranch. The staff is always so friendly and welcoming! Fast service and clean environment! Definitely recommend! Their wings are also bomb I get them well done read more

Pizza is decent, price is decent. They tend to add a bit more sauce than my liking but that's me. Staff always helpful and nice. I would choose this over a few other's in town for sure. read more

When I'm traveling with my crew, I know the best way to feed them and keep everyone happy is either a buffet or pizza. I'm glad to see there's a Pizza Factory in Fernley, cause it's my fave chain that I can depend on to deliver a consistent pizza quality. This Pizza Factory is located in east Fernley at the Raley's shopping center. I do love the crust at Pizza Factory. Plus, hardly anyone else does Calzones, so score one for Pizza Factory. Service was fine and I placed the order. A large Combo is like $30 bucks now ... yikes , glad it's on my company account! I also got a Large Calzone combo for around $18. The wait wasn't long and we dug in. The Calzone was great, some of my guys never heard or saw a Calzone before. Our meal was great and now it's back to the hotel .... actually I'm writing this at the hotel. I think I should have ordered more pizza so I could have leftovers! read more

The Pizza is Amazing!!!! Service is Great place is Clean well come Back Again n Again

Clean, cozy, comfy, and delicious. Spacious interior that was very clean despite our server saying that they just finished a lunch rush. Check their daily specials before you order, as they tend to be really good value deals. read more

This place is getting ridiculous!!!! $75 for the everyday "special" and 24 wings. And half the time they don't have a delivery driver. Won't be going there anymore. read more

We showed up around 9:30pm after our 10u football team's first win of the season. The staff was absolutely amazing and accommodating to at least 50 of us even though it was late. We packed the place and I'm sure it was overwhelming. They brought out our 13 pizza very quickly and we're so patient with our rambunctious excited boys. We really appreciate their willingness to take care of our team and help our boys celebrate their first win! The employees that were working on 9/9/23 definitely deserve to be recognized for their amazing service! read more

This has to be top 5 pizza I've ever had. Simple and GM tasty. The crust is ridiculously good. They sauce and cheese are not heavy handed making the pizzas not greasy at all. The employees behind the counter are friendly and attentive as soon as you walk in. But the pizza is the hero of this story. read more

My family has been going here since the 90s and today was the first time that was a terrible experience. Two burnt flat cardboard pizzas! No sauce boneless wings. The soda was flat and everything made everyone sick. We ordered everything 30 mins in advance before we got there and we still waited 30 mins after to get our order. The place was dead and one other couple were there. To top everything off we paid over a little 70 dollars for 2 pizzas that were just awful to look at not to mention the taste and some boneless wings with no sauce!!!! 70 plus dollars!! I'm just stunned beyond belief on the service today as the quality of food. There is gourmet pizza places that u can eat at for cheaper than that! Never again! By the way I've been to restaurants and order two meals an appetizer and plus and spent way less then I did here today. UPDATE!! woke up with sharp glass bowels this morning! read more

Great customer service, pizza was delicious. Definitely the best pizza I have found in Fernley.

Pizza is ok, but any time you need a deal this is not the place! No specials other than a single pizza with 3 toppings and it's $17 + please put up some weekend specials that cater to the community other than forcing me to buy two pizza which puts me over $30 just for pick up. Thanks read more

I LOVE Pizza Factory. They make the very best bread sticks, their ranch is seriously amazing, and I've never gotten a bad pizza from them. They are definitely the best pizza in Fernley. read more

The food is really great and good service. But the last time I was there a manager named chera or sheerah was yelling at her employees. Doesn't look like a fun place to work. But again the food was amazing ! I like watching them throw the pizza dough in the air. read more

There is nothing that brings down a place faster than terrible customer service. This place seems to rank King. The young woman with hot pink hair seemed to be having the worst day possible. Her distain was palpable. I get it, people have bad days, but I certainly don't want to feel like it's my problem when I walk up trying to place my order. Especially when no one is in line. Her poor attitude and bad temperament made the entire transaction awful. The food was mediocre at best and with only one other family dining at the time, it was disturbing to see a room filled with unbussed dirty tables but 4 or 5 people working. Do yourself a favor and go across the parking lot to Papa Murphy. At least they have the courtesy to smile. read more

The staff, although quite young, is always friendly. My kids love this place, mainly for the arcade games, but also for the pizza. The breadsticks are delicious; soft and garlicky. The marinara dipping sauce is also delicious! The pizza is hand-tossed, fresh-tasting, and consistently good. I have tried every place in town and this is my family's favorite! read more

I tried calling in a order two times (45 minutes apart) on a Thursday night and was put on hold for ever. I guess they don't take phone orders or they are too busy to take new orders. Either way, it is not good for a pizza place. read more

I had ordered an XL Sausage and green pepper today 8/4/2020 around 3;55 p/m which I paid $25 cash and never got a receipt and I failed to ask for it as I was going over to Raley's to get milk/water and would return. Again I did not open the box as it had a seal on it; so I brought it home 5 miles away from them in Fernley NV Got home open it and found the green peppers were burnt and sausage was crumbs on the pie. The green peppers were the butt of the pepper or leftovers, not good to eat. I did take some pics of the one half to show what I was talking about. Maybe because I was a senior (82 YO) they figured they would take advantage of me?? The last time I go there, I will wait for the new Domino's to open next to the credit union and see how they operate.. read more

100% fresh ingredients, home made pizza dough, excellent place to take your kids or large groups. They have board games and a fireplace! Bottled specialty beers and beer on tap, I love this place. The pizza is so fresh and the salad bar... best in town. Delivery is very fast and the employees are fun and friendly. Reminds me of Shaky's in Reno from years gone by. I love that they brought in a second big screen TV for Super bowl! read more

Well, I seem to have struck gold...again! Where in the past, it was impossible to get anything delivered from this place, and usually I hung up after 10 minutes on hold for "2 calls waiting", about 5 or 6 months ago a real change happened. Polite, knowledgable, minimal time on hold, everything correct & hot AND DELIVERED!! Tonight was again great. Don't know what changed, but don't change back! read more

I gave this pizza joint a 3 stars because the place is clean. Went there for lunch and had the lunch buffet. The pizza was cold and there were 2 options to choose from cheese n pepperoni... we were the only ones there. The salad bar is ok nothing out of the ordinary. read more

For a pizza joint in a city in the middle of no where, this place is great. All things must be judged from a proper point of reference, and this pizza spot is in Fernley, NV. If you are in Fernley and thinking you should be eating San Francisco level pizza, you are nuts. But this place is really great for a clutch place in the middle of no where. We ordered a ham, sausage and pineapple, and took it back to our hotel. The ingredients were fresh, and the dough is hand thrown right there when you order. The sauce is great; nothing amazing, but good pizza sauce. We also got a salad from their salad bar and all the vegies were really fresh. read more

Pizza Factory was the only option in town after eating Round Pizza. We ordered pickup. The gentleman said 25 minutes for pickup or 2 hours for delivery. There was no way this pregnant lady was waiting 2 hours. So we picked up the pizza. Pizza was delicious. Unfortunately we ordered bread sticks with sauce as well and we never received the sauce. Not sure if we were charged for it or not. They print out a receipt with no details. Overall the food was quality, I would recommend eating in if you have time though to ensure that you receive the food that you ordered or check really good. The Hawaiian pizza was good. read more

Great food good atmosphere and awesome service 5 out of 5 will come here with my team again

It's been awhile since I ordered pizza from this place. I ordered the Fernley Special no onions or bell peppers. Well done to crispy! The special has pepperoni, ham, fresh mushrooms, onions, bell peppers and Real bacon! No bacon in sight! Full of mushrooms! Come on I didn't order a mushroom pizza. Not cooked well done it was still white dough! At best it was tepid not even hot. I'm calling the business tomorrow not satisfied at all. read more

Today after work I went in for a pizza around 2:30pm and the lady that was there that was in charge was amazing at customer service! She was very polite and was "training" a young male there and was very professional and went out of her way to help him at the register to make sure I wasn't over charged. She went above and beyond to make sure I was a happy customer! Thank you Fernley Pizza Factory! read more

I loved this place. My son loved watching the girl flip the pizzas. And I love the food. I'm from NY so I think out of all the crapy pizza places here this one is the best. I expect a lot from my pizza and I like it a certain way. I love my pizzas thin and crisp on the bottom and a ton of toppings. And this falls close to it. The only problem I had here was when I used the bathroom. The light doesn't work so I had to use my phone light to see anything. read more
