I was in the area and decided to try this place for the first time. I had seen their commercials for the Detroit-style pizza, but I don't believe this location participates in that promotion. I ordered through the app, and the process was quick and easy. I decided to try the Italian salad and garlic knots. Both were good, although I wish the salad had a few more slices of pepperoni and fewer tomatoes. We cooked the garlic knots per instructions which were tasty, but they seemed just slightly undercooked in the center while the outside was nice and crispy. Their marinara sauce is definitely one of the better ones I've had compared to other pizza shops. Everyone working was friendly and welcoming. The cashier checked on my order, which Alexander was finishing up. After ringing me up, I noticed they offered a hot honey drizzle, so I had added it as another order! Overall, it was a good first experience and earns 4 stars from me. That said, Alexander's customer service deserves a full 5 stars. He was friendly, efficient, and left a great impression. read more

The papa favorite was nasty I don't know why. The all meat I got was so so.. both were on thin crust. Plus I work for a papa Murphy's in another state and my dough rises this one didn't. The dough wasn't pulled to the edge of the tray . read more

My family went here tonight, and we ordered 2 pizzas: Chicken Bacon Artichoke and Big Murphy's Stuffed Pizza. They are so good they even give you sause with them, and I love the bread; it has cheese on it and it's garlic bread. The best part is that they will let you buy just the pizza dough for any size, and it's not very expensive, so if you want to try to make your own pizza, this is the place for it. I love their crust, and the people that work there are so polite and have great customer service. read more

I have been to this location numerous times an its always feels like it's a rip off after rip off. All I can say is this crust less keto friendly pizza is not recommended for the price. Also they do not accept EBT im like I guess they don't like FREE Money! I guess. I seen alot of people wanting to buy food but when your turned away because your on government assistance. I am always impressed at how prompt and efficient on the timeliness of my pizza pick up. I am impressed at how my cowboy pizza is consistent in the way it's made. We also tried their calzones and ours were perfect. Stop by and order. The pizzas are wonderful and the prices are very reasonable. read more

The staff is always friendly, courteous, and fast to complete our order. They are knowledgeable about their menu items and are happy to answer any questions we have. My recent visit (last week) saved this review from being a two star. The reason? The employee taking orders was actually nice, said please and thank you, etc. Normally, that's not the level of service I receive here. I stop here a few times a month on way home from work as after being gone for a few days, the last thing my wife or I want to do is cook. So I'll stop here and pick up a couple pizzas. I've always had a fondness for Papa Murphys since my childhood when they sponsored my Little League Baseball Team. So this location, in particular, is a bit of a let down for me. The Manager isn't the friendliest person and rarely ever cracks a smile and mumbles quit a bit. One time, I walked in to the store and was met with concert level music blasting my ear drums. I stood there for a good 10 minutes before anyone came out to turn it down and take my order. At first, I thought maybe they weren't open yet, but after checking the posted hours on the door, I discovered they had opened an hour prior. By the time they realized I was there, not a single person apologized. Nothing. Some positives? The place is always clean, the pizza is always good, and I never wait very long for my order to be finished. The service is never really good except for my visit last week. I'm teetering on whether or not I want to come back here which if not, would suck, because while I do love the pizza, I'm not going to support a location where the service is consistently not good. All told, I DO recommend the pizza but not necessarily this location. I'll update this review if I go back and give it another shot. read more

Place sucks. We ordered chicken on our pizza and there was anywhere from 1-2 pieces of chicken on a THIRD of our pizza, the rest had none whatsoever. Pizza was also so greasy the grease was dripping down our arms. Y'all don't even have to cook the pizza, the least you can do is put the toppings on correctly. They told us we'd have to drive the hour and a half round trip back before they closed so they could remake it and if we didn't do that today the most they could do is give us $3 off our next order. There's a coupon for more off than that online that we can use for every purchase. Worst customer service and they're rude to top it off. read more

the staff is always very friendly and helpful, so far. they usually have good deals. they also take food stamps, which is a real plus with a lot of families. the only thing i wish they could do is do the specials in the store from the online menu and/or let a person pay with food stamps online. Amazon takes food stamp orders online, so why can't Papa Murphy's. i will say this tho, the pizzas are consistently good and usually piled high with toppings. the only pizza i don't like (and neither did my family or friends superbowl sunday) the new Italian pizza. it has no taste and wasn't worth what i paid for it. otherwise everything else has been perfect. read more

Papa Murphy's just opened in the last 2-3 weeks, and I'm thrilled. The other pizza options here are a little lacking. They're either super greasy, overly expensive, or just not that great. I've never encountered a super greasy Papa Murphy's pizza, and their prices are not wallet busting. This store is clean, the crew is nice. As is to be expected with a new store they're still on their learning curve so it's a little slower especially during dinner time. Of course since it's a new place everyone is trying it out so it's been a little busier than will be normal once the novelty wears off. In all it's great so far, but for the mean time it might be best to call and order so your food is read when you get there so you can avoid a line. read more

We have ordered from here twice since moving here in November. Never had an issue. The orders came out correct. The staff was ok.

I Put in a order and paid for it online and when I went to pick it up they said I needed proof. I went back to get my phone with the email verification and they said well we cant find it. Don't come here often. It is usually when we are driving by and decide to get some pizza. The staff when I went in was all high school girls who while did their job were more concerned with what their conversation was. Didn't really interact with me or my kids. Well my family and I like to have pizza a couple times a month. Mainly every other Friday, if we go, and with the samplings in Fernley mostly sucking, Papa Murphy's seems the best. The Murphy combo is great every time we get it and is so much better than Round Table out here. But the one thing I think I have had enough of is the customer service or lack there of. I swing over around 5:30 or 6:00 and get something for the adults and try for something for the kids. And every time without a beat they do not have the kids pizzas's. In the last 2 or 3 months the only time they had two was once when I stopped right after work at 3PM. Tonight however to the cake. The high school girl working the register, when asked about the kids pizzas, without even turning around to look, simply said we do not have that. No "we ran out just a bit ago or sorry but that is not popular so we only make a few. Nothing that would have been the very least of customer service. As this has happened so often now I did not let my disgust go unnoticed. When my 5 year old asked why she wasn't getting a kids pizza again I told her "don't worry, we will go next door and get a Boboli make at home pizza. The manager acted like he didn't hear me but I knew he did. And all told it cost about the same as two kids pies but I have enough to make pizza three times this month. Unless you want to eat in at some noisy place, this is the top of the line and the best for take out/you bake pizza. This location has friendly people, fresh ingredients, and smooth service. You can order on line for the quickest service but just walking in isn't bad either if you have a few minutes. The best value is the ten dollar Tuesday deal, but do yourself a favor and always order early. We usually get ours before noon while doing our errands and the wait is more than likely going to be just long enough so they can make it. The manager pays particular attention to keeping everything clean and organized which says a lot about their operation. This location has kept up it's poor standard of customer service that it held pre-covid. The young lady working the register was rude, constantly rolling her eyes and trying to rush through an order. She set the pin pad up for payment after each thing and didn't even give me an opportunity to ask for anything else, sighing heavily and being as passive aggressive about being annoyed at canceling it every time. She lectured me about walking in instead of calling an order in or doing it online. I tried to call in but the phone just rang nonstop and nobody picked up. If you don't want walkins then don't have a sign up front that says you welcome them in. There were 3 people there and they were more interested in rushing me through to get back to their chat. The pizza was the same it always is, better than the other local options. The lack of any standards for service in most places in Fernley is one of the reasons I am very glad to be moving. read more
