If I could give zero stars I would. I made an online order for the first time normally when I'm there in person, I can tell them that I want a little bit more of some items, etc. but this time I just put extra for the ones that they usually cheap and I hit remove for the ones that I didn't want on my sandwich. When I picked up the sandwich the bread was rock hard. There was no spinach in there even though I clearly said extra spinach. There are about four pieces of lettuce, even though I clearly put extra it said on my receipt there is barely any meat in the sandwiches. I asked for no onions and tomatoes, and they put on onions and tomatoes on the sandwich. The bread was incorrect as well as being rock hard. When I went to take the sandwiches back to get them remade, he refused. I asked him to call the owner who also refused. I asked for a refund. He refused that as well and told me to call corporate to get my refund if I want one. It was a buy one get one foot-long and he said because the second sandwich was free. I couldn't get any extra items on there, even though the app clearly says that I can hit the button for extra lettuce and spinach. The customer service here is horrible. The restaurant is dirty. Sunny was my server and he was rude. I will never be back there again and I hope you don't either. read more

How on earth do you advertise a sandwich meal deal of the day on the glass as well as online for 6.99 and then when I get to the register I'm told that's for the sandwich only with chips and a drink 10.99. OK so I have ordered the same. Sandwich almost every month with the mail coupon. The Sandwich i order is always the #23 wich you get double everything. This time the lady stated that you don't get double the meat and cheese with the coupon. This is something new, and I thought man businesses are getting so cheap with the food. There was seating for about 20 people (5 "sets" of tables with seating for 4 persons each). The store is spotless and bright. there is also outside seating for the 3 restaurant that are right there. Coupon shamed- Two Star Review for Subway on Business Center Dr-Fairfield Unfortunately, this Subway is the closest to me, so I've been a regular customer here, for a very long time. The staff recognizes me, and you'd think they'd value a returning customer, but the experience is frustrating, largely due to the owner's attitude. Almost every time I visit, the owner seems to be in a bad mood, making me feel like I'm not welcome. Despite always being polite and friendly, it feels like my presence isn't appreciated, especially if I use a coupon. Although they accept coupons, it's clear they dislike customers using them. Why offer them at all if they're such an issue? Today was the last straw. When I presented a coupon, my sandwich was noticeably skimpy--about half the usual meat and fewer slices of cheese. The owner appeared visibly irritated, practically sighing as she prepared my order. This happens every time I use a coupon, making me feel like I'm being punished for using a valid discount. If a business offers a coupon, they shouldn't make customers feel guilty for using it. If they don't want to honor coupons, they should just stop accepting them. Where do I even begin? Every time this man assists us, he is rude. I always give people the benefit of the doubt, but this was not the first time--and this time, he was clearly in the wrong. We only returned to this location because it is the closest Subway to us, but after this experience, we will not be coming back and strongly advise others to avoid it as well. The employee gave my mom less than the actual serving, and gave the next customer more (the other customer did NOT ask for extra). Twice in recent visits we ordered a BLT via the app, and twice the sandwich did not have any lettuce in it. Only three key ingredients, and they miss one? Lettuce is even explicitly in the sandwich's name! After the first time, I thought it was an honest mistake, but after the second time, it's apparent they just don't care about the customer. After not being able to speak to anyone on the phone, I resorted to an email to customer service, and each time, I received the same form letter apology with no offer to resolve the issue. On more than one occasion have I came to the Business Center Drive location for lunch and have stood in line politely waiting to be served while the employees chatted amongst themselves and completely ignored me for several minutes and were generally unprofessional in conduct. If I have to go to a Subway, I avoid this location like the plague. Even though I have very few complaints about most of the quality of the food beside the condition the meat is in, I'd rather walk a few doors down to Safeway to pick up a hot bowl of soup or some fried chicken for a much better price at that. I tried breakfast there once and I cringe just thinking about how horrible the breakfast sandwich I had was. You should never have to substitute taste just because you want to eat healthy. If I could give negative stars, I would. The staff is terrible, most of the employees barely speak English and the English they do know is resigned to menu items only. They bicker between each other in their own language and seem to want to talk to each other more than they want to help you. It takes a ridiculously long time for the employees to understand what exactly it is you want. After they do, their attitude towards you is yet another tipping point. The lunch crew tries desperately to rush orders, falling behind and completely ignoring customers in the process while the night crew is utterly ambivalent towards the consumers as they try to rush them out as quickly as possible in order to clean the store before closing. The manager, Daniel, seems awesome. However, the owner leaves much to be desired and seems to only come into the store for his money or free food. It seems he could care less about his employees, and the amount of employees they seem to go through is a testament to his lack of competency and the obvious abuse he must put his employees through. Do not go here. The food may be alright sometimes (depending on who makes it and what mood they are in), but the owner seems to be such a rude prick that I avoid this place just out of principle as I feel sorry for those that have no other choice but to work for him. This is one of my favorite Subways to get my sandwiches from! The family that owns and operates this spot are all very friendly and kind! Yes, they may close early if they are slow, so I always call ahead to make sure that my drive over is not a waste of time. I drive over here from Hiddenbrooke. As long as they know I am coming, they will keep their doors open for me. One time, they had closed, but waited for me to get there. They opened the door for me when I arrived and made me my sandwiches! And 3 other people came in while I was there, so they completed their orders as well. One other awesome thing about this Subway is they accept Subway coupons! You would think all the Subways would, but a lot of the privately owned Subways will not accept them anymore! It's a bit shocking! You get the coupons in the mail, but then are told you cannot use them. Not here! This family is happy to accept them. Another plus us that this Subway uses real avocados, not the nasty gross avacado spread that a lot. Of the Subways have resorted to. I guess the spread is cheaper for them. This family chooses to continue to use the real avacado on their sandwiches! The vegetables, meat, and bread are always fresh and I am always greeted with a huge smile! This is my Subway of choice! I come to this location almost weekly for my dinner as my school is just around the corner so its super convenient and I have to say I never have a problem. The customer service has always been good, chatting it up with the students about school and what not. It can get a little busy as the location is small with only a few tables but they make it work. I switch it up between the sandwiches and pizza and always leave satisfied. They are generous with the meats and veggies. Come here maybe twice a week. I know I can't ask for much from a subway but this was by far my worst experience. I order a sandwich and the bred is not cooked all the way when she goes to cut the sandwich open. So I ask for a different piece and she gives me attitude about it. I don't want to eat a sandwich with not fully cooked bread. The employees are so hard to understand that I feel stupid asking twice what they are saying. Then they talk in another language that I of course don't understand so I think they are talking bad about me!
