Flimsy sandwiches. They under fill the sandwiches. Literally one piece of meat per side of a footlong. Save your money and skip this location. read more

Used the app to get my sandwich and used a deal. Was so happy as I couldn't get a lunch without it. Everything went through and said it was being worked on. I went on my break to go pick it up and was told it was void since they don't do the deal there. I wasted the my break to be told I couldn't get my sandwich even though it went through on the app. So disappointing as this has happened before at a different subway. Never trust these deals they are scams. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. I made an online order for the first time normally when I'm there in person, I can tell them that I want a little bit more of some items, etc. but this time I just put extra for the ones that they usually cheap and I hit remove for the ones that I didn't want on my sandwich. When I picked up the sandwich the bread was rock hard. There was no spinach in there even though I clearly said extra spinach. There are about four pieces of lettuce, even though I clearly put extra it said on my receipt there is barely any meat in the sandwiches. I asked for no onions and tomatoes, and they put on onions and tomatoes on the sandwich. The bread was incorrect as well as being rock hard. When I went to take the sandwiches back to get them remade, he refused. I asked him to call the owner who also refused. I asked for a refund. He refused that as well and told me to call corporate to get my refund if I want one. It was a buy one get one foot-long and he said because the second sandwich was free. I couldn't get any extra items on there, even though the app clearly says that I can hit the button for extra lettuce and spinach. The customer service here is horrible. The restaurant is dirty. Sunny was my server and he was rude. I will never be back there again and I hope you don't either. read more

How on earth do you advertise a sandwich meal deal of the day on the glass as well as online for 6.99 and then when I get to the register I'm told that's for the sandwich only with chips and a drink 10.99. I clearly pointed out the sandwich meals of the day for the week only for the lady to pretend she couldn't understand what I'm saying. I say forget it then and walk away and she tries to barter with me ok sandwich only 5.00 probably because the sandwich was already made. No I will not barter with you. We are in the US and no IDGAF I no longer will buy from you for the simple fact you cannot have a sign saying one thing and the worker not abiding by the signs and acting like she does not understand. Maybe you need to hire people who speak English and remove your signs. read more

ZERO STARS. 12/23/25 @ 2:25 PM Restaurant is dirty and smells like raw sewage inside. The Sandwiches I ordered were served with rotten ingredients. Lettuce that was brown rotten mush and moldy cheese. The owner, Frances, does not do anything to fix the problem, he is making people SICK WITH THIS FOOD. I have been sick for 5 days and am still not recovered from this incident. THE OWNER DOES NOT CARE AND WILL NOT ADRESS CONCERNS. read more

OK so I have ordered the same. Sandwich almost every month with the mail coupon. The Sandwich i order is always the #23 wich you get double everything. This time the lady stated that you don't get double the meat and cheese with the coupon. This is something new, and I thought man businesses are getting so cheap with the food. You barely get any on the Sandwich as it is and now you can't get double with the coupon. I think it's a scam, they mail you the coupon to get you in and purchase something more expensive or pay for extra. read more

This location isn't the closest to me, but it was the closest that took the FL699 coupon. I ordered online and picked it up. I was greeted when I arrived and my items were ready. There was seating for about 20 people (5 "sets" of tables with seating for 4 persons each). The store is spotless and bright. there is also outside seating for the 3 restaurant that are right there. My order was correct and well made. I'll be back. read more

Coupon shamed- Two Star Review for Subway on Business Center Dr-Fairfield Unfortunately, this Subway is the closest to me, so I've been a regular customer here, for a very long time. The staff recognizes me, and you'd think they'd value a returning customer, but the experience is frustrating, largely due to the owner's attitude. Almost every time I visit, the owner seems to be in a bad mood, making me feel like I'm not welcome. Despite always being polite and friendly, it feels like my presence isn't appreciated, especially if I use a coupon. Although they accept coupons, it's clear they dislike customers using them. Why offer them at all if they're such an issue? Today was the last straw. When I presented a coupon, my sandwich was noticeably skimpy--about half the usual meat and fewer slices of cheese. The owner appeared visibly irritated, practically sighing as she prepared my order. This happens every time I use a coupon, making me feel like I'm being punished for using a valid discount. If a business offers a coupon, they shouldn't make customers feel guilty for using it. If they don't want to honor coupons, they should just stop accepting them. After today, I'm taking my business elsewhere. It's disappointing to feel so unwelcome as a regular customer. NOT RECOMMENDED. read more

Just spent $40 for two sandwiches that we couldn't even eat. So disgusting! Lettuce, pickle, olives and onion. My husband ordered tuna and it looks like brown paste. So gross!! read more

they never answer their phone!! I made an order to this location in error via the subway app and tried to contact the store multiple times to cancel (as only the store can cancel) immediately. They never answered phone or returned my call from the v/m left. Just took my money. read more

Where do I even begin? Every time this man assists us, he is rude. I always give people the benefit of the doubt, but this was not the first time--and this time, he was clearly in the wrong. We only returned to this location because it is the closest Subway to us, but after this experience, we will not be coming back and strongly advise others to avoid it as well. A business like this has no place in our wonderful community. The level of poor customer service we encountered was absolutely unacceptable. Yesterday, we placed an order for a meatball sandwich. The server, who is also the owner, decided to smash the meatballs. My daughter politely asked if he could remake her order with whole meatballs, but he claimed there were none left. She then asked if she could order a different sandwich instead, since she never requested smashed meatballs. At that point, an employee in the back said, "This will just go to waste." The owner then raised his voice at my daughter, insisting there were no more meatballs. At that moment, I stepped in and told him that it was unacceptable to yell at her. She was simply asking to change her order, yet he continued talking over me as I was still speaking. I firmly told him, "Don't be rude and let me talk." I was livid. I could not stay silent while my daughter was being yelled at. This behavior is not only unprofessional--it is unacceptable and unsafe. No customer should ever be treated this way. read more

I walked into this Subway because the place next door was closed. Big mistake, should have went anywhere else. The woman working was rude. I was the only one in there & she was rushing me, even let out a grunt to show she was annoyed. I asked her to give me a minute because I was waiting on a text message of what to order. She turned less crabby when another customer walked in. I also said 'yes' to having all 4 sandwiches toasted, but none were. Lastly, I bit into something hard that didn't belong in the sandwich. Like SO never again, that if this Subway and a gas station hot dog was the only food available, I'd go for the latter. read more

This was a horrible subway. The workers treated my mom with disrespect, and didn't even complete our sandwich. The employee gave my mom less than the actual serving, and gave the next customer more (the other customer did NOT ask for extra). My mom pointed it out, and the employee gaslit her by saying it was the same amount. It was clearly less. My mom stormed out, rightfully. The employee wasn't even addressing her concerns. Then, the employee had the audacity to try and paint my mom in a bad light, saying "Oh she's just mad and out of control." The employee had no respect and no right to say that about my mother TO MY FACE. I'm never coming here again. read more

DO NOT recommend this Subway. Poor customer service, manager was rude. Ordered a sandwich on line to get the advertised $6.99 special. When I picked up my sandwich noticed that I was charged full price, no discount. Told by employee that it was my mistake. I understood and requested refund. Told no refund. When I asked for number to corporate I was told by manager "Omar" to look it up on my own. They lost a long time customer because of poor customer service. read more

Order online or phone. It'll be faster to take your order. I made the mistake of going there and hoping they would accommodate me after 5 grueling min of standing in an empty line. The two were very busy with all of the orders. Even between putting something in the toaster, I was not accommodated. Plus they don't honor coupons. read more

I'm so upset that this is the only subway that is nearby!! The man and woman that work that are absolutely horrid to communicate with and I felt uncomfortable just walking into the establishment. I ordered a sandwich through the app with a bottled Pepsi. When I come in I am told I cannot get the bottled I order! I showed them on the receipt as well as on the app that I ordered a Pepsi NOT a fountain drink. He proceeded to ridicule me and say I can't have it because I didn't pay an extra charge. It's not my fault the app doesn't charge extra for the bottle! There was no client accommodation or willingness to at least charge me the difference. Just stubborn and rude. On top of that my sandwich wasn't toasted as I requested! But I could not be bothered to go back in at that point. The second star is only bc I love subway and the sandwich was still edible. So as long as you don't care about being yelled at and mocked, and having part of your order withheld from you .. then there should be no issue. read more

Sandwich is fine, expensive now for a footlong ($13-$15)! Negative review is for the soda fountain. I found dirt and hair particles inside my drink either from the ice machine or the lids. Had to dump my drink because it looked unappetizing. read more

They don't accept any of the Subway specials or coupons :( The food was fresh and prepared as ordered.

Beware! 5 dollar foot longs are NOT AVAILABLE HERE! I ordered on the app as required and was charged almost double of the listed price. To make matters worse, i tried to call to question the charge and nobody answered their business phone. Once I arrive to question the charges the owner said he was unwilling to refund my order. I left without any sandwiches and a refund and disappointed. Their business practices are frustrating considering I tried to get some sort of clarfication without any williness to work with me. read more

Ordered 2 sandwiches (Turkey, provolone, Mayo, mustard) (Italian, toasted, provolone, chipotle) and 2 drinks on the app. When I went to pick them up, I asked for my drinks, she looked at me, then I proceeded to point to the receipt she just handed me and said I ordered two drinks. Had I sent my husband, the drinks wouldn't have made it home. Got home, sandwiches were wrong. They mixed up the meats and sauces. Went back to get them fixed. Messed them up again. Asked them to remake them a 3rd time. Nobody else was in the shop at the time, and if we didn't constantly have problems then I wouldn't think it would be such a big deal. Something so basic shouldn't be this hard. read more

Unfortunately I highly recommend staying away from this location. While I like to support local businesses, regrettably, I can't endorse this one. We've had disappointing experiences recently. Twice in recent visits we ordered a BLT via the app, and twice the sandwich did not have any lettuce in it. Only three key ingredients, and they miss one? Lettuce is even explicitly in the sandwich's name! After the first time, I thought it was an honest mistake, but after the second time, it's apparent they just don't care about the customer. After each of these visits, I tried calling the restaurant to resolve the issue, and each time, I got a message that their mailbox was full. After not being able to speak to anyone on the phone, I resorted to an email to customer service, and each time, I received the same form letter apology with no offer to resolve the issue. Needless to say, I'll not be patronizing this business anymore, and I recommend you stay away lest you be cheated. read more

Stay away from this place. Snarky ladies that do not accept 5.99 for a foot long sandwich. I ordered the pastrami foot long and the woman went sideways on me. I paid full price, and while I was leaving the two woman were talking in there native language. Probably about me. Stay safe and far from this place. read more

We have visited MANY Subway sandwich establishments. I must say this Subway is clean! The young lady that prepared our sandwiches has an amazing personality, patient and so sweet. We did not feel rushed as many establishments try to get you out. The bread is so soft, fresh tasty . The produce is so fresh and crisp . We will def be getting our sandwiches here again. Worth the trip for excellent customer service and yummy sandwiches . This is everything so many establishments lack. Thank you... read more

As much as I love a good sub, their customer service is horrendous. On more than one occasion have I came to the Business Center Drive location for lunch and have stood in line politely waiting to be served while the employees chatted amongst themselves and completely ignored me for several minutes and were generally unprofessional in conduct. If I have to go to a Subway, I avoid this location like the plague. Even though I have very few complaints about most of the quality of the food beside the condition the meat is in, I'd rather walk a few doors down to Safeway to pick up a hot bowl of soup or some fried chicken for a much better price at that. I tried breakfast there once and I cringe just thinking about how horrible the breakfast sandwich I had was. You should never have to substitute taste just because you want to eat healthy. There are enough food locations to choose from in this shopping area that I don't miss going here at all. read more

Quick place to grab a sandwich! Although I have to say that if you decide to come around 12-2pm, you may have a bit of a wait so be patient. It also depends on how many people they have on staff and if customers are being picky. They seem to fluctuate in employees and many of the old ones are gone and in place are new ones that need BETTER customer service. One, don't look so huffy when we take a second to decide. Two, don't try to rush people when there is NO ONE else in line and third, employees need to keep opinions to themselves. I had one straight up and ask "what's on your nose?" Uhm a scab from a scratch. " oh you should get something to cover it." WTF. Awkward pause and chuckle... read more

If I could give negative stars, I would. The staff is terrible, most of the employees barely speak English and the English they do know is resigned to menu items only. They bicker between each other in their own language and seem to want to talk to each other more than they want to help you. It takes a ridiculously long time for the employees to understand what exactly it is you want. After they do, their attitude towards you is yet another tipping point. The lunch crew tries desperately to rush orders, falling behind and completely ignoring customers in the process while the night crew is utterly ambivalent towards the consumers as they try to rush them out as quickly as possible in order to clean the store before closing. The manager, Daniel, seems awesome. However, the owner leaves much to be desired and seems to only come into the store for his money or free food. It seems he could care less about his employees, and the amount of employees they seem to go through is a testament to his lack of competency and the obvious abuse he must put his employees through. Do not go here. The food may be alright sometimes (depending on who makes it and what mood they are in), but the owner seems to be such a rude prick that I avoid this place just out of principle as I feel sorry for those that have no other choice but to work for him. Pro's: The manager does his best and it shows. Con's: Pretty much everything else, especially the owner. read more

Horrible customer service for one particular worker(young Indian women). She seemed as if it was a burden to make my sandwich( which she made wrong after slamming everything together) and do her job. Wouldn't recommend having her make your sandwich. There was another worker (older) was very sweet and actually tried to make sandwiches accordingly. It's obvious training needs to be done or Atleast hire someone who actually knows how to have customer service. read more

This subway is pretty good. I sometimes come here for some lunch during the school week. Their tomatoes aren't actually soggy or flimsy like some other places near my home. The taste is all the same like the others. So, if you love Subway, you will be happy. haha There is a restroom at this location. There are not so many tables so lunch can fill it up quickly. The parking lot is massive so you can park anywhere. read more

When ever I am working clinic here, I always go to subway. Nothing really changes between the chains right? Well, the 3 women here are very friendly and maybe overly welcoming! I come to this location almost weekly for my dinner as my school is just around the corner so its super convenient and I have to say I never have a problem. The customer service has always been good, chatting it up with the students about school and what not. It can get a little busy as the location is small with only a few tables but they make it work. I switch it up between the sandwiches and pizza and always leave satisfied. They are generous with the meats and veggies. Overall I have to say its a good place to grab a quick bite to eat and go on your way. read more
