Pretty average McDonald's not to much to ride home about but overall it was alright! It's a good location to stop by

If you're going to be closed 30 minutes before ALL your sites say, maybe you should just consider shutting down for good. This was already the last place I wanted to go to, but after starving all day I needed something quick and easy. Not only that, but when I tried to call to cancel my order since on the app they had "already started my order", the employee wouldn't pick up the phone even though I could see him standing there, picking up the phone and hanging it up again. Newer McDs along the highway if you are between Sacramento and the bay area. Self order kiosks - and lots of windows in the dining room. Bright and cheerful. USed a gift card I got in a strange little Christmas unwrapping game. Worked with ease in the kiosk. Very fast delivery of food. Everything hot and perfect. read more

On a long, 3 hour road trip with the fam, we got hungry and chose the nearest Mcdonald's to refuel. Only to realize that you had forgotten not only my brother's big Mac, but all of our requested sauces. Now, this wouldn't have been so inconvenient if we didn't have to turn around and drive back to correct the order. To top off this already frustrating ordeal, the fries were so salty--almost as salty as my mood after eating them. As a well-known, lasting franchise, we expect more than this careless service. Is this what my dear family gets in return for simply wanting a shred of hope and energy on this bleak drive? I'd honestly like to say, "you're better than this," however, this experience is has become expected from you. Mcdonald's, do better. read more

There is a McDonald's on the way down to East Bay for a quick bite of breakfast! Yes!! What's bad is that this restaurant may or may not take all app coupons! Bummer! Who do I blame? Corporate or the individual store like this one? First world problem I guess. It's times like this that I remember I am part of the Elite who complains about food deals or food quality on social media when many others don't have food. This location is by far the worst Mcdonads I have ever been to. A few days ago, I went through the drive through to order dinner for my family and almost a visit to the ER. Being the newly added burger and all the rave, I decided to order a Big Arch and other items on the menu for the family. The n the families burgers, I ordered extra cheese (on 6 burger). To my surprise, I was charged for the cheese, but they did not add it to the order. I ordered large fries, they were not in the bag and when brought to their attention, they said I never ordered them and to pull back around the drive through. I also ordered hot honey for the nuggets, they charged me for it but provided hot mustard instead. All these items I could overlook, but when I bit into my Big Arch, they had left the wax paper on one of the burger patties. They cook the patties with wax paper on them that had become attached to the meat. Then the proceeded to build my burger with that attached and serve it to me. Disgusting, and how is that even possible unless it was intentional. After taking a bite and choking on the paper, I realized it was across my entire burger. When brining this to the managers attention her first response to the other employee was "can't you help them? And what do they need? After letting her know she serve my food with contaminates in it that choked me, she decided to help. While she was helping, one of the other employees behind her was complaining about when she will get her break saying it is going on 4 hours without even a suggestion of break. This place needs some serious looking into. Not only are they serving food that could kill someone but they are potentially breaking labor laws. Oh and don't bother calling their cooperate line as I did and I requested a call back from someone higher up and I still haven't received a call. I haven't even received an apology or explanation about how I was severed wax paper and charged for items and I did not receive. read more

Constantly gets orders wrong. Ordered 20 nuggets, got 10; 2 fries, got 1; and requested no pickles no lettuce, got extra of both.

For a quick fast-food stop, this one hit the spot. My order took a little longer than expected given how simple it was, but when it arrived it was worth the wait -- everything was hot and fresh, and the fries were exactly how I like them. Piping hot with that perfect little bit of crunch on the outside, soft in the middle, and just the right amount of salt. Sometimes it's the small things on a road trip that get you going. The location was great - easy on and off - and close to EV charging nearby, so you can charge while eating and get back on the road. read more

I went through the drive-through and ordered coffee with three creams and three sugars, and when I got my coffee, I didn't see any cream and sugar in the bag. So, I asked the manager for cream and sugar, and she politely handed them to me and put them in the bag while the poor girl who told me she put the cream and sugar in there, stared at me confused. Then when I opened my coffee to pour things in it, they were already in the coffee! So shout out to that poor girl who thought I was a jerk, and props to her for keeping her cool. This is the closest McDonald's to where I live so I almost have no choice but to go here. I don't know what it is, but their fries NEVER taste like McDonald's fries. Even if you ask for no salt, meaning they have to cook a fresh batch without salt...they always taste OLD & NOTHING like what they're known for. Please fix it. Please. Also, please work on customer service. The orders are only right half the time, the other half, something is always missing. Clean kids area. My son and I went to this location and enjoyed the playground area. They also delivered our food to our table that was in the room as well. Which made it easy for me to focus on him and his play. The food was better than the other McDonalds in Solano County area. And their employees are really thoughtful and nice too. read more

I've eaten here a couple of times a month for a decade. They usually get my order right, and it's usually up to McDonald's standards. The most common failing is that the hashbrowns aren't crispy, but that's fairly rare. Even more rare is something missing or wrong in the order. Once, they refused to give me a frozen coke/cherry mixed, even though it's an option in the app. A couple of times, one or more of the frozen flavors is out. For years, they didn't have the McRib when it was available in other parts of the country, but I think that's a regional thing. This year, they have the McRib when it's not a national release, so I'm very happy. I've had four McRibs this year from them, and every one has been McRib perfection. read more

This place has gone downhill fast. Ever since they replaced order takers with touch screens, there's no one to help you. They don't pay attention to you and don't acknowledge when you're standing there waiting for someone to help them. The tables and floors are always dirty. They clearly never prioritize sending someone out to clean up. I'm scared to know if they ever clean the kids play area. Several times I've had to go ask for a towel and spray bottle to clean tables myself. Ridiculous. And of course the prices are through the roof. $50 for a meal for me and 2 happy meals for the kids. I'm going to start telling my kids we can't go here anymore. read more

This is the McDonald's at Cordelia Junction, which is a convenient stop at the 680/80 interchange for various gas, food, or shelter choices. I was heading home last night after a meeting in Occidental (Western Sonoma County) and needed gas and a quick bite before heading home. I normally try to avoid fast food, but since I wasn't in the mood (or did I have the time) for a sit down dining experience, a "lap meal" was the best alternative. Also, unless it's In-N-Out, fast food places are somewhat interchangeable, so my choice of this McDonald's, over the nearby Burger King, Carl's Jr., etc. was somewhat random. This was a newer McDonald's, with a sleek modern-looking drive through and what you would expect regarding service and food. I got what I sought, no more and no less. read more

Bought dinner for the family. Used the mobile app to spell out the order. Arrived at the window and the cashier was confused with the mobile order. After repeating the code she found it. Went to the second window and was asked to wait in stall one. Shouldn't a mobile order be easier since it was in the system. Waited five minutes before the food arrived. Not even can I get you anything else or I apologize for the wait. Got home and my wife's burger was the wrong burger. I tried to call the restaurant but no one answered the phone after three attempts. It kept asking me to enter my access code. This location lacks attention to detail, lack of customer service, and lack of service recovery. Would not recommend if you want efficiency and a location to stand behind you as a customer. read more

The lady at the first window that takes the money at this time 5:23 PM ( Spanish speaking lady ) is absolutely putrid. Im always very nice & she was absolutely disgusting with the way she treats customers. Is it because I paid for a small fry in change? Possibly, I had money but also had change that's just as easy to spend & my bag is starting to feel like I'm carrying Narnia with how much change I have in it at times. So yeah I'd love to be able to get rid of it without judgment but of course not. One of the most rude people I've ever encountered she told me a price and then told me a different price and got pissed at me about it. When I go back I'll make sure I take a picture of her, and mind you I'll only be going back just to get a picture of the specific lady. I ordered breakfast at 10:25 am on the McDonald's app. I drove to the drive thru gave my mobile order and I was asked to pull up to the window. Employee tells me she did not have the order in the system. A manager then told me the same thing. I showed my receipt from app which was time stamped with my order and with the correct store. I showed receipt 4 times to show proof of the time, the location and the items ordered. While people behind me in the drive thru growing inpatiently. The manager finally handed me the order and said, "I didn't get your order " and shut the window. To top it off, the bag she handed me was not the correct order. I don't get why there's so many negative reviews about this McDonald's. I stopped by here to eat breakfast before my state board exam around 5:50am. I went into the drive thru since inside wasn't open yet. The drive thru window employee was very nice and greeted me good morning. We even had a small chat. She was sweet and in great spirits for being up this early cause I know I was still just waking up. She told me inside doesn't open until 6am so I decided to start eating in the parking lot until then. I came inside and the place was newly remodeled as everyone else has mentioned. It's actually one of the biggest McDonald's I've been to. There is a playground area for children. Self service kiosks, menu is on a big screen. There was a gentleman with tattoos cleaning the bathroom and tables. Everything looked nice. Great music playing as well. The big breakfast I had was hot, like just made. The OJ didn't have a lot of ice which is nice so I actually had more juice. Hash brown was my favorite. Anyways, the staff was nice and attentive. I wouldn't mind coming back here if I was in town again. read more

Solid McDonald's for a breakfast and coffee meal. We stopped here while on our road trip from CA to OR. We went inside to order our sausage and egg McMuffins, hash browns and large hot coffees. Everything came out hot and fresh and tasted delicious (can't go wrong with breakfast at McDonald's! They are King). The front cashier was nice, bathroom was clean. I'd come back again. read more

This McDonald's is one of the last to have a play structure and it's a great play structure at that. The problem is given the presence of said play structure it's catered to families with children yet the restroom has no diaper changing station/table and it doesn't even have toilet seat covers when your trying to take a young child to potty. You can tell people here don't care about customer service and they really don't like their job! No greeting, got the order wrong, had to go inside, and workers/lead give you dirty looks because they don't know how to do their job. When my order was done, worker said "here" and walked away. I would recommend coming here if you have kids. The Play Place was surprisingly very clean, big and just a lot of fun for my kids. The food is fast food lol. At least the fries were nice and crispy. I ordered 2 kids meals, a small fry- which I requested hot ones, and a 20 piece nuggets. The fries tasted hot but soggy because they were refried. All the nuggets were spicy because they are all fried in the same oil!!! THAT SHOULD BE POSTED BEFORE ORDERING!!!! These are Childens meals and should NEVER be spicy!!! Awesome place to stop by on or back your way from Tahoe, especially if you have kids, also an area for 0-3 yr olds. Love the indoor play structure, very clean and tables around it so you can eat while watching your kids play.
