This is my daughter' go-to! The burgers are always freshly made. The Frosty machine is never broken! We liked the salted caramel special. The employees are always patient and helpful. Love the new remodel. Convenient location right near the freeway. Try the Spicy Saucy Nuggs!

    Caramel cold foam

I ordered their new caramel cold foam ! I have ordered that drink in the past. The lady taking my order probably heard me wrong because when she handed me my drink it looked like a a cold brew with foam, TASTED LIKE STRAIGHT WATER. Didn't get no receipt, went in and asked for a caramel cold foam. She remade it and handed me wtv that is ! She just pumped caramel syrup, some foam and water...it was nasty, threw it away! If you charge nearly the same as a starbucks coffee the quality should be there as well. And they didn't speak English and my spanish is not that good, so big lack of customer service and communication.

Not a bad Wendy's at all. The dining area was very clean and orderly. I had the SW Avocado Salad ($9.39). It did not disappoint, and provided an excellent, tasty lunch meal. Plenty of ice in the soda machine, and yes, they have Coke. Service was fine, no reason not to give four stars. Yes, prices have escalated greatly, but guess what, it ain't Wendy's fault.

What do you think does that look good?

Can't beat the deals that they offer here. I get the four for $4 option. Which would remind me of an adult happy meal next to the five for five dollar biggie meal. I like this meal because you get a choice of a burger or chicken sandwich with nuggets and a drink and fries. Just enough to hit the spot and not feel sluggish after having a meal and then having to go back to work Utilize the drive-through during this visit clean location on the outside was a little busy during the lunch hour but they held the pace pretty decent. They have a really good peach mango lemonade that they offer also.

I hate having to pull ahead and wait.

They make you pull ahead and wait. Ive been here nearly ten minutes waiting on chicken nuggets and fries.

    Pretzel Burger anyone?

Just took a huge dive in everything. The last few times I have ordered I have received the wrong things (cheap replacements like plain bun and American cheese on a Pretzel Burger with barely anything on it - so an $11 Jr Bacon Cheeseburger, NO burger at all, and etc. and now I just won't ever eat there again. Yes my name is Wendy.

I went in on June 21st to order this breakfast sandwich. I got to work and opened it in my meeting only to be greeted by mold! Disgusting!! At 6 months pregnant thank goodness I didn't take a bite! I went back to the restaurant later that day when I got off from work only to be treated rudely by the staff and they spoke a different language making me completely uncomfortable. The manager snickered at me when I asked for my receipt back (which I'm glad I took photos of) and told me I'd be refunded in 7 business days. I reached out to corporate via Twitter AND their 800 number and no one seems to want to refund me or help me. Fast forward to now July 5th and still no refund. So I have no choice but to not only take legal action because this is a form of stealing & awful customer service but I thought I should warn others in the community to steer clear of this Wendy's location.

I went out to eat at wendy's just for a quick little snack and when I was eating my 6pc chicken nuggets with some sweet and sour sauce I found this. I found boogers in my sweet and sour sauce, I about threw up how disgusted I felt. The only reason I don't give this a 1 star is because the chocolate frosty I ate was good but everything else was horrendous.

Super personable, great energy, and made the whole experience feel effortless. I ordered the peanut butter and jelly burger--smash-style patty with bacon, peanut butter, jelly, Tabasco, and pickles--and wow... one of the most unique and satisfying burgers I've had in a long time. It hits that perfect balance of savory, sweet, and nostalgic. I asked Paul what he would pair with it, and he absolutely nailed it. He introduced me to "Chimp My Ride" from Solano Brewing Company, a rich stout with chocolate and peanut butter notes that complemented the burger perfectly. It honestly brought back that childhood lunchbox feeling in the best way possible. On top of that, Chef Jamie personally brought out the food and took the time to connect--great conversation, great presence, and you can tell there's real pride behind what they're doing here. The vibe, the style, the food, and the people all come together here. Easy five stars. I'll definitely be back.

Within minutes, I knew I'd found exactly where I wanted to spend a hot summer afternoon. The atmosphere strikes the perfect balance between neighborhood tavern and craft beer destination. Vintage bicycles hang overhead, dozens of rotating taps line the wall, and the energy is lively without ever feeling chaotic. Whether you're catching the match, meeting friends after work, or simply escaping the summer heat, Rustwater has that welcoming vibe that makes you want to stay for another round. Following the bartender's recommendation, I ordered the Chicken Ciabatta from the specials board with a side of crispy tater tots, and it was absolutely the right call. The sandwich arrived beautifully presented on a perfectly toasted ciabatta roll with just the right amount of crunch. Inside was juicy grilled chicken layered with smoky bacon, melted provolone, crisp lettuce, ripe tomato, and a flavorful pesto mayo that brought everything together without overpowering the fresh ingredients. Every bite delivered a wonderful combination of textures and balanced flavors. The tater tots were exactly what great tavern food should be, golden, crisp, and light on the outside with a fluffy interior. They became downright addictive when dipped into a combination of ketchup and a Ghost Hot Sauce that once they are out they are out adding a slow-building kick that complemented the crispy potatoes perfectly. As I enjoyed a cold pint from their outstanding rotating tap list, Spain put the finishing touches on a 2-0 victory over France, sending them to the World Cup Final. Great soccer, an exceptional craft beer, and a fantastic lunch, it doesn't get much better than that on a scorching summer afternoon. Rustwater has earned its reputation over the years, and it's easy to understand why. Friendly service, an outstanding craft beer program, elevated tavern food, and an atmosphere that invites you to linger long after the final whistle. If you're looking for one of downtown Fairfield's best spots to enjoy creative tavern fare, explore an ever-changing lineup of craft beers, and catch the big game, Rustwater Kitchen & Taproom deserves a place on your list. I'll definitely be back to see what's on tap next, and without question, those crispy tater tots will be making another appearance on my table with the ghost hot sauce, if still available, due to the company going out of business.
