I ordered a Whopper Jr. and quickly noticed how much smaller the burgers are these days. Prices are getting higher and food portions are getting smaller. The other day I went thru the drive-thru (DT) to grab an "Original Chicken Sandwich (OCS)" and a Medium Fries. It was around 5pm on a Monday, and I decided to try this BK. Service in the DT was friendly and prompt. You ask for ketchup, and they give you some and don't try to charge for extras. My $$$ total came out to be about $10 for a chicken sandwich and med fries. The fries were good. BK uses a thicker cut, so they retain their quality longer. However, the Original Chicken Sandwich was just OK and was poorly seasoned. C'mon man, how can you mess up salting a chicken patty? It's shaped like a submarine sandwich. So I bite into one end, and it's bland with no flavor. The bathroom was atrocious and there was no toilet paper inside. It's. It seemed as if it was left trash and none of the staff wanted to do anything about it. Being a customer in a restaurant you kno restaurant you know at the very least people are coming for food and something to drink. My last day at work was a few Fridays ago and I got on the road in time for needing a late lunch as I began my journey up to our Genoa NV home. I wanted something quick and easy for car dining and Cordelia junction seemed like a logical place to stop. Cordelia Junction has lots of fast food and my choice of which one was entirely predicated on the length of the drive-through line. The Wendy's line was impossible, but it was clear sailing at Burger King. I already had sparkling water in the car, so all I needed was a small burger and fries. Like other fast food, this place is what it is. And now that I no longer have this long distance commute, I hope to never darken the driveway of a fast food restaurant again (not including In N Out) for a very long time. read more

I used to live around the corner just rude staff. We had a problem with incorrect communication involving pricing; employee wasn't clear in anyway other than getting the manager.
