The store is in the back corner of the shopping center by Dollar Tree we had a hard time finding it. It's at the corner of Central Ave & W Henderson St. When we came in there was only one person in front of us, and a few people dining in. Good customer service and fast service. Our order was made as we asked for it with good portions. Bread was fresh and not too hard. Vegetable offerings looked and tasted fresh. Prices were good. Store looked clean with no dirty tables when we looked around while waiting for our turn. We took our order to go but they do have tables for dining in. read more

Our server was Richelle and she was insanely slow, they were out of olives so she went into the back to grab some and she walked really slowly and just stood there talking to a coworker, so another employee went back there and grabbed the olives, Richelle was extremely slow even checking us out. We were in a rush but even if we weren't I would still be upset at how slow they were. read more

If you order online, order like 2 or 3 hours in advance because they are never ready when the online order says it should be no matter how many people they have working or customers they have coming into the store. read more

This shop is set up pretty much like all Subway Sandwich Shops. Workers are pleasant and attentive! There is adhearence to safety and sanitary laws/rules. Food is fairly priced,good tasting and healthy! There is a huge vatiety of veggies to pick from, as your food is made to order as you watch! You can pick from a variety of faves, or simply give directions to the preparer of what specifically you want! They are so big and jam packed to the max, that you may want to eat half, and save half for later! YUM! The sub can actually provide 2 meals! read more

They forgot to add avocado to my sandwich, the one ingredient I paid extra for. I wanted the substantiality of avocado on my vegetarian sandwich for dinner and am sad I didn't get that. We ordered three footlongs, and all of them were really bad... stale bread. And the ones that were heated... two of them... were overcooked to the point that the bread was too hard to eat... hard as in like a cracker. One of the sandwiches was a Philly cheese steak... light on the mayo... it came with mayo dripping out of the sandwich and NO cheese... on a Philly CHEESE steak. I have NEVER had three sandwiches in one order so inedible! Most of it was ordered online and one was ordered at the counter...all three were terrible! An employee who works at this specific location has the best customer service ever! I'm not sure of his name but he makes such an effort to make your experience amazing. He drives some red orange car and when I see it parked outside I know the sandwich is gonna hit, he really makes your visit feel very individualized and it's makes the food taste better. read more

Skip this location and go to the one on 4th I've been here a few times and the service is usually slow and the employees had an attitude, just like the one that used to be at bayshore. This location at the Eureka Mall though is especially awful. I almost got a fountain drink last time I was there but changed my mind because it was NASTY. Some kinda putrid slime growing in the tray, the whole area was filthy and doesn't look like it was cleaned in awhile. That experience really turned me off that whole place, like what does the kitchen look like? How often are you cleaning? Not often enough. Idk who is managing that place but WOW! I'm surprised I still see people going in and out of there. The food quality is poor, the general service is only sometimes ok, and the vibes are shriveled up and moldy. read more

we are on a road trip and stopped here. it was clean, they were friendly, and the sandwiches were really good! Well today they got our sandwich order wrong AGAIN. It's the last time it will happen because we are done with them. Our replacement order wrong too. Not just a little wrong but the wrong sandwiches and condiments. I swear it's ridiculous. I didn't pull a Karen, just called to say that our order was wrong and asked if we could get the correct order made. The woman who answered the phone was rude and said "yeah, you got the wrong order so someone else is trying to pick up their order which is missing". Sorry.... How is this my fault. When asked again about making it right she sarcastically said, "well I guess so". I thanked her and sent my husband down to get the correct order. The replacement order is completely screwed up again but we ate it because we were starving by now. I should have just walked away when the coupon sent to me this morning 2/17/23 via email wouldn't work because it expired six days ago. Skip this location and go to the subway on 4th st if you want fast and friendly service! The employee is never there at 8am like it says on the door and she is really slow. I went there today the first time the register was locked ( that I understood) the second time I had to wait 15 minutes because the toaster wasn't heated up. OMFG.. As soon as I walk up the sandwich lady told me to hang on. She finished taking someone's money and asked me what I wanted. I ordered steak as everything else was trashed and unkep A F looking. She used the same filthy gloves she just touched money with and since there was no utensils in the shredded beef. She scooped up a handful with the glove and plopped it on my bread. We ordered five sandwiches through the Subway website and it said that they would be ready 25 minutes after we ordered. When we went to get our order it was not ready. Not only was it not ready, it was not started. We ended up waiting there for 35 additional minutes (1 hour from the time we placed our order) for our order to be completed. While we were waiting they passed our order over to complete Door Dash orders that came in while we were waiting there (evidently our money was of less importance to them then a door dash order). As if the 1 hour time it took them to make our order was not enough, three of the five sandwiches had major mistakes in them (wrong sauces, wrong vegetables, even missing avocado - something I paid extra for). I've come in multiple times submitting an online order. Ive shown up at the time it's supposed to be finished and they haven't even started it. They almost always get the order wrong except sometimes when there's this specific worker there. But almost ALWAYS get the order wrong. I wish they'd get people like that one worker who pays attention and does good work. read more

The young lady working around 3pm on May 25th was very rude for no reason. She sloppily made my sandwich and after I paid she used profanity(said "f- you"). I ignored it so I wouldn't cause a scene, but I wouldn't recommend going here. The service is never really good, there are better subway options in Eureka than this one. Went at dinner time with one employee working, her pants hanging down below her belt line, a beet red face and slurring her words. She was in the middle of an argument with the lady ahead of us trying to tell her "story" when all the woman wanted was for the "sandwich artist" to put mustard on her sandwich. Zero stars if I could....I placed an online order for pickup in the subway app. The orders were made incorrectly. I tried to call the number listed online and it is not in service. I had to drive back to the store to request a refund. I was told by the cashier Ortega "I can't do that I'm just a cash register person". Another employee Joseph intervened, rolled his eyes when I asked for a refund and told me I would have to wait for a manager. I waited over 15 minutes before asking what is the managers name and contact number. Ortega said she did not know the name of the manager or how to contact him. Joseph said the manager was his brother and he was living in a van. I was told to come back tomorrow to try to talk to a manager. These two employees were extremely rude, elusive and unhelpful. Joseph flipped me off as a I left the restaurant. I have filed a complaint with subway, PayPal and the BBB. Will never return. read more

Disregarded the current one-star review, thinking, "Hey, it's Subway, how bad can it be?" Immediately upon entering the virtually empty restaurant (crumbs on tables), the manager informed that they were not taking credit cards and we would have to use cash. We said that would be fine and patiently waited for the sandwich artist to attend to us. (The manager was standing at the register with no apparent purpose.) We asked for veggie patties, which were on the menu. The employee asked the manager about them and the manager replied that they were "buried in the back" and basically inaccessible. The worst sandwiches ever. Screwed up the veggies, no extra meat (paid extra $3 for it!), no mayo, mustard, instead they put sweet onion teriyaki sauce on the Club.Eek. The worst was the stale bread. Maybe day old. Yucky.Called to complain and was told that the MANAGER herself made them. So it all starts at the top. Not one sorry.
