I visited this location on 2/28/26 and they were extremely busy the line was out the door but was moving in an orderly manner, the ladies on the line were kicking ass there were four workers and they all did an amazing job, we got everything in a bag and no items were missing and I need to give credit to Tia, Nate, Cailynn and Richie . I saw their names as I was ordering let me tell you guys Tia was starting and she's fast and very very kind, cailynn did the veggies and she had a smile on her face and Richie rang me up and it was the best experience I had a subway in a long time and Nate let me not forget nate running back and forth making sure her coworkers had everything for how busy it was they all remained professional and made the environment welcoming and my wife and I will be coming back again the food was delicious read more

This location use to be one of the best in the area. Last several visits, definitely has gone down hill. On 5/26/25 I made a mobile order for a footlong sub, got home and the bread was AT LEAST day old, this was 3:40PM, should have been fresh bread. The toppings were skimpy and some missing entirely. With Jimmy Johns and Jersery Mikes nearby, you made the choice of not coming back so much easier. The past 4 times in a row, my subs have been made wrong. Today's was absolutely messed up. Asked for turkey and ham, double meat, double cheese, extra mayo...I got a tiny bit of turkey only, tiny bit of cheese and barely any mayo. I'm so tired of this place. Every time! My third visit in the am to this location. They serve day old bread in the morning. The quality of the bread is poor compared to their very yummy fresh bread. The day old bread is rubbery outside and dry inside with kind of a skunky flavor. Better if toasted but do not order fresh without toasting it. Not sure when customers are served fresh bread at this location but breakfast and early lunch times fresh bread has not been available. I would suggest asking how old the bread is before choosing your order. Flat bread or wraps or a different subway location would be my advice if you are expecting and wanting delicious fresh bread. Positives: staff are nice and polite although my daughter was waiting to pay and they helped the person behind her first. Oh well I'll wait to pay if I get fresh bread :) read more

If you want to catch Covid use their drivethru. OMG... They have a touch screen to place your order. Touch for type of bread, touch for each added ingredient, so forth. Stopped in this morning for a breakfast sandwich w a co worker and the service was AMAZING!!! The crew was super fast, the food was great, their shop was clean and their coffee was better than Starbucks...HANDS DOWN! Will definitely be returning for future lunches. This subway just has bad customer service, and it is dirty. The sub "artist" was apparently practicing his splatter skills when he just threw my sandwich together... What a mess... and a huge disappointment. Could not find one table that was even close to clean. The one across 169 down highway ten is much better. Alot more clean with a friendlier staff as well. Service in the drive-through was so terrible we were never even able to place an order. And when we complained to the guy, Tony, he pretty much just laughed at us. Took over 3 minutes to get the phone number for the manager. Only 3 cars in the parking lot and 4 people working the sandwich line... Not quite sure why they couldn't make our sandwiches. This is my go-to. For around $22 I can feed 5 kids, myself, and my husband, and often have enough for another meal. Can't be said for the sub shop across the street. I love the drive through option and the staff is always polite and have never had an inaccurate order. Also, they don't give you 6 olives, they give you handfuls! That matters to my kids! The only "issue" I've noted is the tuna sometimes reeks like its 3 days old. Other times it's just fine. They didn't have an issue taking the last one back either, which I thought was nice. They just made a different one for my daughter and didn't charge any extra. Highly recommended! read more
