Definitely fan of Potbelly's.... have been to a couple different locations. But after reading the other two reviews, I think I'm going to have to break down and try one of their shakes sometime. Sandwich-wise - - I always get the same thing. "The wreck". "You wreck me baby. Yeah, you break me in two. But you move me honey, yes you do". (Sorry, Tom Petty fan...) But this location -- great service. No WiFi from the restaurant, but the staff will advise you to piggyback off of the FedEx store nearby. Okay.. ?? I've never encountered long lines here. And... not sure if this location has any entertainment either. (I would guess not, since it's a northern suburb.)

Turkey Swiss, w/ mushrooms, avocado, onion, hot peppers, lettuce, tomato and oil. Yes please.

The person making the sandwich was not helpful, made a mistake and told me they could not fix it. I will never be coming back here again.

Ordered delivery from this Capriotti's because I very much had a hankering for a sandwich. Perusing the menu showed it could be difficult to make a selection. I would eat any of their sandwiches except the tuna. I could not make up my mind, so I ordered the Capastrami and the Bobbi. First, I will upon receiving these two sandwiches - they are large! I mean, really large. I ordered a small Bobbi, a medium Capastrami, and a regular order of fries (there were a ton of fries too). A small was almost too much for me, and the medium was certainly a shareable, or an eat half now, and eat the other half later in the week situation. The Sandwiches themselves were good. The Bobbi with the turkey, stuffing, and cranberry sauce was excellent. More importantly, they offered a side of gravy. That really put it over the top for me. Who doesn't like gravy, right? I dipped everything, including the mountain of fries, into the gravy (everybody in the pool!). Definitely ordering this one again if available. The Capastrami would have been amazing if I had been able to eat some of that from my delivery. Even the following day, it was terrific. For a chain deli, it is much better than the usual suspects we have for chain sandwich shops, and this one will be first on the list when I want a sandwich.

We started with cheese curds. Loved that they were batter fried and not breaded. Very tasty and a huge app portion. My entree was the pulled pork sandwich with bbq beans. Everything was very good. Pork had a savory flavor and it was nice and tender. Portions were large. Topped it all off with a Hazy Little Thing beer. Great service. Easy parking. Just off a major road. Great stop.

He told me back then that someday we needed to check out J&J's. We love small business, local, non-chain restaurants. I decided to surprise my husband and take him to J&J's for Father's Day. We are empty nesters, so it was just the two of us for lunch. We arrived just after 12 p.m. There was a line out the door, which we expected since it was Father's Day and Sunday lunchtime. We were told it would be a 15-20 minute wait for a table, which we had no issue with. We ended up waiting less than 10 minutes because there was a table available on the patio. The weather was beautiful, and with summer being so short in Minnesota, we like to take advantage of it whenever we can. Our server came to our table shortly after we were seated, but it was long enough that we both had time to decide what we wanted before she arrived. I ordered the Texas Philly, and my husband had the brisket sandwich. We had to wait a while for our food, which we understood given how busy the restaurant was. Others around us were complaining about the wait, and those tables had a different server who was very apologetic about the kitchen being backed up. The hand-cut fries were piping hot and seasoned perfectly. It's so rare to go out to eat and get hot fries, let alone fries that are piping hot. That alone was worth the wait! My husband loved the brisket sandwich, and the Texas Philly was SO good--piled full of meat. We live in the south metro, but it was well worth the 30+ minute drive to get there. We'll definitely be back and will absolutely recommend J&J's to others!

However, I do want to share a disappointing experience I had this past Sunday. I ordered the Teak sandwich, which comes with salami, cream cheese, and pickles on sourdough. After taking my first bite, I noticed there were no pickles. I went to the counter to ask about it, and the employee simply responded, "Oh, sorry, we're out." My issue wasn't that they were out of pickles. Things happen, and I completely understand that businesses run out of ingredients. My issue was that they knowingly prepared and served the sandwich without one of its main ingredients and never communicated that to me beforehand. Had someone simply said, "We're out of pickles. Would you still like the sandwich?" I could've made that decision for myself. I specifically ordered the sandwich because of the combination of ingredients, especially the pickles. When I brought this to their attention, the employee didn't offer a solution. The manager eventually came over, but rather than acknowledging that I should've been informed before receiving my order, she also reiterated that they were out of pickles and offered a complimentary bakery item. I appreciated the gesture, but I had already purchased a slice of cheesecake with my order. With a long line behind me, I felt pressured to accept another slice rather than continue discussing the situation. I wasn't looking for free dessert. I simply wanted the sandwich I ordered. I ultimately ate the sandwich because I was hungry and had already paid for it. However, that doesn't change the fact that I didn't receive what I originally ordered. I wasn't expecting anything unreasonable. I simply wanted to be informed beforehand so I could decide whether I still wanted the sandwich without one of its main ingredients. What disappointed me most was the lack of communication and acknowledgment of the actual issue. Running out of an ingredient is understandable. Serving a menu item without a key ingredient and not informing the customer beforehand is not. I will absolutely continue supporting Annabelle House because I genuinely enjoy this establishment. However, I hope this feedback encourages better communication with customers moving forward. A simple heads-up would've prevented the entire situation.

The turkey was sliced super thin rift in front of you which I love and you can customize your toppings however you like. All the Cold subs can be served Mikes Way which is with onions, lettuce, tomatoes, spices and "the juice" which is red wine vinegar and an olive oil blend. You definitely don't want to skip that. On top of my meat, I ordered it Mikes Way with banana peppers, pickles, and a red pepper relish which is sweet and salty that get smeared onto the top slice of bread. Overall, I loved this place and the sandwich was one of the best of all the fast food sub chains. The only thing holding it back was slightly slow service for being "fast food" and not many drink options at the soda machine

I was familiar with one of the Gals working. It was the Guy running the slicer who seemed "OFF" and really didn't want to be there. I ordered two meats on my 6" sand. The Provelone cheese was sliced much thinner than the Pencil thin thickness but it was the second meat that was stopped short and not given the full usual amount. I don't know what the guys problem was, but my sandwich was not the same as it usually is and I could not wait to hightail it out of there, and I'll have to rethink my decision to go and return to that location, especially in the evening
