Fresh off a flight from California for a wedding, we were craving something good to eat in a place we've never been and Yelp led us straight to Time and Place. As a fan of Jamaican-Asian fusion, I knew we were in for a treat. With Jamaica recently hit by a hurricane, dining here felt like a small way to show support while indulging in bold flavors. From the moment we walked in, the vibes were great. Rowen, holding it down behind the bar, greeted us with warmth and genuine hospitality. Before diving into the menu, I took a quick detour to the restroom which was spotless, well-stocked, and clearly cared for, which always sets a good tone. By the time I returned, menus were already at the table along with two bottles of water. I asked Rowen for his recommendations, and he absolutely delivered. We started with the beef patty and chicken potstickers. Each bite was packed with flavor. Then came the Montego Bay Pasta with Shrimp, a dish that deserves its own spotlight. Imagine a creamy curry explosion that dances across your taste buds; rich, spicy, and unforgettable. The ambiance? On point. The music? Perfectly curated. And to top it off, they had my favorite Moscato wine. It's rare to find a place that nails the food, the service, and the atmosphere all at once, but Time and Place does just that. If I ever find myself back in Minnesota, this spot is a must-return. 10/10 means I highly recommend.

We had been eyeing Time & Place for while and today we finally went! The staff were very attentive and friendly! The inside of the restaurant was designed nicely for Valentine's Day. We started our meal with some coconut shrimp. It has a nice crunch and the sauce had a good kick. We wanted to try two sandwiches. We shared the Cubano and the Banh Mi! I loved the Banh Mi! It was so flavorful and fresh! The pulled pork in the Cubano was a little dry but still was flavorful. I loved the sauce. We also tried the Cajun dry rub wings which were okay but next time we want to try the Jamaican jerk sauce! Overall a good experience and we look forward to going back!

Small quaint little place off the beaten path. Ate here for the first time today with my girlfriend. This is her new favorite place, knows the staff all by name even. Food was very delicious and presentation was amazing! Flowers served on each dish and everything fresh and made in house. Fun new find. If you aren't into the jamaican style food they also have burgers, teriyaki chicken, pho soups. Give them a try you won't be disappointed, very attentive waiter. Nummy!

The Food was good give it 81\2 Out of 10 they didnt have there liquor license at the time but they had just opened the restaurant the other issue was the price was a little spending when you didn't get large portions of the oxtail I'd say Mom and Pop restaurant so the customer service was excellent!

So good! Both the service and the food were fantastic. I was so excited to see rasta pasta on the menu and it was delicious. We also had the Asian street fries and we were blown away. My friend thanked me four times for suggesting this place for dinner. I will be going back soon for sure.

The service was excellent as well as our meal! Don't let the old Dairy Queen building stop you from trying this place!

The bacon was fatty and soggy, the meats were bland and tough, and the desserts were dry. Mandatory 20% tip added to bill be careful to notice .. 2 people one mimosa $165.00 Service was just average. Overall, it felt overpriced for the quality, and I wouldn't go back for brunch.

He was kind when we asked for the favorites and he was very down to earth. The views were beautiful and you could watch the players while your business people talked their business. :D We tried some appetizers - duck fries (plain but fried in duck fat but they tasted like regular fries), sweet potato tots with a marshmallow sweet dipping sauce, and the artichoke dip which was delish. I'm pretty sure I ordered the best dish - the blackened salmon with mango salsa was a hit and came with a mashed potato little mountain and some lovely carrots and asparagus. Desserts were mid - chocolate cake was dry, crepe cake was different and unique and the jam was tart and good, the cookie and ice-cream was ok - cookie was super hard and not warmed. I would definitely come back to try more of the main dishes and other appetizers. PS The older gentleman golf employee outside was the hardest worker ever!! He was going all night and doing all the things. Give that man a raise!

After 20 minutes of not one single server stopping by to take our drink order or even greet us, we got up and walked out. I've been here a couple of times in the past for banquets and the food has been great with excellent service. But after 20 minutes of no recognition, I won't be back and I won't be recommending it anymore.

Pour is in a little strip mall. They have added black curtains and some cozy seating areas from when we were here last. Nice updates. Our waitress was very accomdating until she got busy then we felt we were forgotten. We ordered the Drunken shrimp , bread with olive oil and the avocado toast to start with. The drunken shrimp is just as good as we remember the saffron sauce is sooooo good! but there were 3 of us sharing the apps and it only came with 2 crostini's we asked for a 3rd so we could each have one but little did we know that one very small skinny piece of bread had a $1.00 charge to it. The steak bites with their homemade blue cheese sauce was to die for melt in your mouth!! I even asked if we could buy some of the blue cheese sauce, she said no but that she would bring us another dish of it but she never did. My girlfriend ordered a cranberry mule drink, she was charged an extra $1.00 for the cranberry. We also ordered the goat cheese with sauces that were very delicious with an ample amount of crackers. We got the chocolate Ganache cake to share for dessert. But............ the waitress never took our empty dirty plates but showed up with the dessert with the mess on table, I asked for extra clean plates but she never brought them. Everything we ordered was very delicious, but as the night progressed our service got worse, we asked for the bill but she never came back to get our payment and we had questions my girlfriend walked it up to the bartender with our payments. 2 of us were paying cash and one a credit card and we were charged an extra fee of $5.18 for her using a credit card. That is when we saw the $1.00 charge for 1 piece 3/8" bread and the $1.00 for cranberry mule. Talk about nickel and diming. We would love to go back but unsure if I can get past some of these things. Also, now looking at the bill even closer, none of us had a mimosa and we were charged $8.95 for one.How did we miss that? All added up we paid $16.00 more than we should have. CRAZY!! Sadly, Don't know if I'll be back.
