From 9a-12p, they also have a great breakfast deal where you can purchase a bowl of your choosing and get a coffee for $1-2! I stopped by with some of my pups and they are dog-friendly. They got complimentary pup cups of peanut butter and banana! They loved it. It's also a plus that the peanut butter is freshly ground, you can see their machine and taste the difference. All their ingredients are high quality and I love having these bowls for breakfast. Only downside is that the Nautical Bowls chain in general isn't super transparent with nutrition facts. You can look them up online though. They market their bowls as a "meal replacement" and "all-natural" but these bowls have more of a sorbet consistency as opposed to the fresh made-to-order smoothie bowls you can usually expect. They also taste a bit sweeter than other bowls I've had before. This doesn't automatically mean that they don't have health benefits or nutrients, but it makes me curious as to how their bases are prepared. This is a minor thing for me, I do go to this chain very regularly so take it with a grain of salt!

First, they do use Herbalife powders for the shakes and other items. Second, there are no nutritional facts posted online or in store which is not good for those counting calories or with any allergies or other dietary restrictions they need to look out for. However, I think an Herbalife smoothie is going to be better than fried chicken or a cheeseburger and fries in any healthy universe so whether I know what all that entails or not, the shake is the lesser evil. My main personal gripe is there are no visual representations of the menu items except from Instagram and that doesn't even cover a fraction of their extensive menu. Also, I was expecting my drink to be cute like all the pix I have seen, so was disappointed that my shake looked so basic. Not even chocolate on the inside of the cup along w toppings. The flavor was fine, a bit icy the first day, and I got about two servings from the regular size for my appetite. I wouldn't say it was anything special though. The service was friendly, but half of the space was for takeout for the restaurant and there was signage stating only tea consumers could sit in the tea side dining room. Not sure why they wouldn't let consumers order and get to go and be able to eat on that side. The food side was roped off and looked sad. (Only takeout due to no staff available to work). Boba: We both got fruit teas (lychee and pineapple orange) and they actually had the fruit in it. Which was cool at first until they tasted really odd in our drinks. The orange made the tea bitter as the skin flavor. The lychees tasted metallic and we both preferred them to not be in there. Overall, sad to say... we wouldn't spend $7 on a tea here again.
